ARNAQUE : un appartement en rez-de-chaussée avec des grilles aux fenêtres, donnant sur une cour jonchée de déchets. Un appartement insalubre avec de la moisissure, salpêtre dû à l'humidité. Danger Pour la santé. Gestionnaire malhonnête qui malgré la preuve en photos refuse de nous rembourser. FUYEZ.
• Verpe21 (10/5): En general bastante bien - El anfitrión es muy atento, responde rápido a cualquier duda. El apartamento es muy acogedor. Colchón muy cómodo. Todo muy accesible. Huele un poco a humedad.
• Bianca (8/5): Clean and close to the tram - Good space, clean and close to the tram. The fact that the person in charge wasn't very friendly and only allowed us to pay the tax with PayPal or Revolut. I asked if it could be cash and he said no , which in other places in Italy was allowed. There was no kitchen towel nor sponge and dish soap. The bed of the sofa-bed had a dip in the middle. The area of Navigli isn't so close. You must take the tram for several stops or walk 30 min to the area where the restaurants are.

• Sara (1/5): No recommendation - There were 4 of us in the accommodation and there was not enough hot water for even two, it was too cold in the apartmant when we asked the host about heating he said to take a warm bath to warm up because he refused to turn on aircondition, wifi didn't work at all.
• Nikola (2/5): All in all, one of the worst experiences. Poorly equipped apartment on top of the attitude host had, made us wish we boo - Location was good. Apartment is spacious. Where to start. First it is mentioned in details that necessary information will be sent on departure day; they weren’t, until we asked for them. Once we landed at around 9am I have sent message over booking is it possible to access the apartment earlier; no response, so we had to wait until 3pm since we received no response whatsoever. Once we came to the address around 2pm answer we received message with check in instructions, only after, as mentioned previously, we asked for them. When asked how we prefer to pay for tourist tax, we told the host we can pay in cash since we have no paypal nor revolut(once again, this was never indicated). We got told that host will come around 8pm so we had to wait. Time frame passed and I asked if he’s coming, he said he will be at address in one hour. We agreed to leave the cash in safe since we cannot wait any longer because we’re wasting precious time on a 3 day trip. We were also told that money for taxes is claimed before our check in, which I found rather audacious since we weren’t even greeted by host so I dunno how we could pay him without him even getting in touch with us. After one hour wifi died; host got informed but he literally didn’t bother to do anything about it. There are two AC’s and none of them works. Turned off completely. This may not be the problem during earlier autumn months, but apartment was literally freezing cold where heating system is installed to heat up the apartment through a water heater where radiators indeed are warm, but if 3 people take shower while heating is on, hot water is drained pretty fast and you’re left with a feeling you’re sleeping in a cave.

• Loredana (7/5): - La posizione vicina ai mezzi di trasporto, il letto e il divano letto molto comodi, il self check in e check out Il bagno è pieno di muffa sia sul soffitto che sulle pareti anche se sono piastrellate. La casa risultava fredda forse per colpa dell'umidità.
• Bartosz (5/5): - Apartament w dobrej bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, zaraz obok przystanku tramwajowego z którego w 20min można dojechać pod katedrę, szybki kontakt z właścicielem. Apartament zniszczony wymagający odnowienia, bardzo dużą wilgoć w środku, grzyb w łazience. Ulokowany na parterze z wyjściem bezpośrednio na podwórko, drzwi wejściowych nie dało się zamknąć na klucz od środka przez co musieliśmy spać całą noc przy otwartych. Właściciel zbagatelizował problem twierdząc że to bezpieczna okolica...

• mariagrazia (7/5): - Posizione comoda in zona ben fornita, indicazioni chiare e semplici per il self check-in/out, host disponibile e facile da contattare. L'appartamento era pulito e abbastanza ben equipaggiato. Unico suggerimento: qualche piccolo dettaglio come far trovare una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo, togliere/coprire alcune macchie visibili sul mobilio o muro (dovute al naturale uso), aggiungere scottecs/tovaglioli alla dotazione in cucina, farebbero salire ancor di piu il livello della permanenza.

• Swetlana (7/5): - Wir waren auf der Durchreise und wollten Milan besichtigen. Für ein paar Tage ist es ganz okay in der Wohnung zu übernachten. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist die Wohnung zu dunkel. Aufklärung wie man in die Wohnung reinkommt ist durch den Besitzer super gewesen per Video Im großen und ganzen für zwei Tage eine gute 7-8 Punkte. Bitte die Steckdosen reparieren und den Toilettendeckel 😅🙏

Kontakti nederēja standarta eiropas kontaktdakšām ( tikai vannas istabas pagarinātājā varējām iespraust fēnu, datoru utml). Izļurkāti citi kontakti( laikam sekas citu mēģinājumiem tur iespraust/izraut savas ierīces). Autostāvvieta bezmaksas ir tikai brīvdienās (un darba dienās līdz 8.00, trešdienās vispār nedrīkst atstāt auto pie mājas).

• Miguel (6/5): Disapponting but it could be better with a better way of communicating with the guests. - The host gave instructions and even videos for check in. He is reachable via chat and easily responds. We originally booked this one (somewhat recently renovated and an almost complete apartment). However, the host moved us to one of his other apartments on the day before we arrive. The apartment (even though listed on a higher price- located in San Siro) is not what we wanted. It is on a different location and the house, in general, is old-type and not our style. The towels etc. were not complete and the apartment is too hot - only with one AC, which also seemed old and doesn’t cool the room that much. He also insisted that we should’ve arrived earlier so he could’ve come and help - but the dissatisfaction and disappointment we felt (towards the state of the house and the host prioritising other guests) is not something that could be fixed by him sending a locker code to where we can find shampoos and soaps. The host should not also blame the guests for whatever time they are arriving. Also disappointed by how the host communicated with us after we had expressed our disappointment - as we were not mad but just expressing that this was not what was expected.

• Hang (9/5): Hassle-free rental flat - Clean and comfortable. The beds were made with fresh towels presented neatly on the beds. Adalberto is friendly and professional. Parking is free outside though you may need to search a bit for available parking on a busy day. The sink drainage may use some service but trust that the host can solve the issue easily.

• Ieva (8/5): Nice apartments - Good location, possibility to park car near apartment on street. Staff was easily reachable through WhatsApp. Bathroom sink should be fixed.

• Visanta (7/5): Big flat, good for a group and quick way to centre - Big apartment good for 2 couples. Location in the night could feel a bit odd but overall safe With the tran yes centre is close by , but if you move from around there then getting out at the metro requires a bit of a walk and in the night was not the pleasant walk but overall connection is good. Responsive owner and overall good facilities. Needs some work interior wise wall next to the door is kind of falling apart look really bad maybe invest into a quick fix so at least it is not so obvious.

Free parking outside the apartment and close to Tram and stores etc. Would have been nice to have a few coffee capsules and sugar for the first day.

• Dong-myong (7/5): Good - Good location and quiet. There is mold in both rooms and also in the bathroom. Not an issue for one night, but also not very appealing.

• Daoud (1/5): Very poor stay they should not repeated - Nothing Temperature was not controlled or the owner is controlling the temperature by WiFi some times it’s very cold always full of humidity, walls have fungus , bed not comfortable actually poor unit

• Petia (8/5): Another stay in South Milan - The property is located in one of our favourite quarters. That's why we've chosen it. It's in a closed back yard - 1-st ground floor and has a separate entrance. No matter it's on a big street, it's silent. It has all facilities including wi-fi, iron, hair-drier, coffee machine, kettle and all kitchen facilities. The apartment is renovated and nice. Sheets and towels are perfect. Beds are comfortable. The host is polite. Close to the apartment you can find Esselunga, many coffee shops and restaurants. The pictures are better than in reality. Due to the location at a ground floor, back yard - the apartment is not reachable by the Sun which makes it gloomy and humid. So especially during winter - I don't know how it will be. Now it was nice since the weather was hot. The handheld shower was broken and the host didn't repair it during our stay (3 nights). The cleaning was not perfect.
• Helen (5/5): Nice but would never use again - The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. It was handy for transport links but use the tram that is metres away, not the underground which is a 30 minute walk away. The tram gets you to Duomo Square in 15 minutes. The area is not the best, very few handy restaurants and bars. The shower leaked all over the floor of the bathroom. The host expects you to send pictures or details of your passport ahead of your arrival, I was not comfortable with doing this to a complete stranger and felt very hassled. He also asked me to pay the tourist tax of 12euros to his paypal account, gave me the wrong address and asked me to resend it, please beware. When I am on holiday I do not appreciate having to spend time sorting all of these things out, this should be done through booking.com at the time of booking, a real downside.

• Laura (9/5): Comfortable, modern and clean apartment in a great location with a fantastic host. - Excellent communication with the host. He was always on hand to answer any questions we had. Host left useful information for us which included recommended places to eat and drink in the local area and modes of transport. He went above and beyond. Great location of apartment with lots of different ways to get to Milan central area. Apartment modern, comfortable and clean.
