Neil (4/5): Great location, would be perfect if they fixed the aircon and provided clean bedding! - Location is great - a couple of minutes walk from the main Termini station so easy to travel around Rome using the Metro. There is parking on the street for anyone driving (it can be busy but we didn't have an issue finding a space). The apartment itself is really nice and quite modern with good facilities. It is a good size and has the main amenities (toiletries, fridge/freezer, cooker, TVs, etc). One of the air conditioning units only blew out warm air which made it difficult to sleep on the soft bed in the lounge area. In the bedroom the air conditioning unit worked fine but was quite noisy, making it hard to sleep at night! Each bed came with a hard pillow and a soft pillow... there were spare pillows but they were quite dirty with no covers available! We did raise both of these with the management company but never heard from them.
Vitalii (9/5): Great place and location, I can recommend it. - Comfortable apartment, newly renovated, great location near Termini, easy to get to anywhere. Large comfortable bed and huge dressing room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, but no microwave. A creaky sofa and no microwave.
