• Bert (5/5): Never again! - Roomy The water taste is awful. Beds and mattresses are low quality. Internet doesn’t function well. Not enough bathrooms, house is not functional for an air bnb.

• Nichole (10/5): If you’re wanting to relax and take it easy, this is the place to be! - Very Cozy with lots of space!!! Minutes from downtown Frankenmuth, grocery stores, and lots of other activities. That we couldn’t stay longer
• Jennifer (1/5): This place is more than a pig sty hell hole, it is dirty bug ridden, rotting property no one should set foot in . How an - Nothing The rusty bathtubs , the rotting front porch , the filthy floors , the dead bugs laying all over , the hairs found on the sheets of a supposed clean bed , the goodwill mattresses that were supported by plywood on goodwill beds, dog hair all over the broken down cushions of a sofa , filthy rugs that haven’t been cleaned ( more then likely ever) the dirty toilet that wouldn’t flush , the nearly no water pressure to shower . The hole in the walls the dirty woodwork, all through the house . The Bunk beds shoved into once was a possible walk in closet , the dirty bedding , bed blankets , the scarred up nasty dining table the 3 black towels and a washcloth that was tossed onto dirty paint chipped shelves , they looked dirty . The place is a hell hole

• Nicole (10/5): In love! - It was a magical little farmhouse! We were lucky enough to get clear skies and a full moon and beautiful temperatures. When it did get cool the heat worked great. We will be back again! Nothing not to like. It was wonderful. Plenty of supplies, facilities worked, outside was gorgeous!
• Kelly (8/5): Weekend away - Great proximity to everything that we wanted to do. Lots of space at this rental. Great having access to a full kitchen and multiple bedrooms. Really nice to be able to spread out as compared to a cramped hotel room. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and extra linens. House was clean and despite being pet friendly did not have any pet odors. It's an old house with great character. We visited in summer on a hot humid weekend. Appreciated that they had AC units downstairs and in each bedroom upstairs, which helped us sleep comfortably. Host moved the check in time an hour later, the day before we arrived, which would have ruined our plans. Thankfully it worked out that they were able to get the house cleaned and ready for us to check in at the original time but we were in limbo waiting to hear, which caused some unnecessary stress. The host did communicate promptly. As other reviewers mentioned, the water has a very strong sulfur odor. It made showering and brushing teeth really unpleasant. There's only one bathroom upstairs and it is ensuite to one of the bedrooms. So upstairs guests will need to walk through that bedroom or go downstairs to use the restroom.
• Theresa (10/5): Great place for friends to gather - This home was super comfortable, well furnished, and a great spot for friends to gather. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances, plenty of fluffy towels in the bathrooms, wifi, and convenient parking.

• Rebecca (10/5): Lovely Farmhouse - Farmhouse was the perfect getaway with family! Super cute, and plenty of space for everyone, including our canine friends 🧡.. We loved our stay here, and we recommend it if you are looking for a relaxing getaway with family just outside the city of Frankenmuth.
• Marcia (5/5): Wish I could give a more positive review but think honesty is more helpful. - Living room and dining room. Christmas decor. Large closets. Plenty of refrigeration. Laundry accommodation. Plenty of supplies. Location to downtown. Strung lights on porch helped us locate the property at night. Quick hot water. Comfortable beds and pillows. A bit of a damp smell on entry. Bathrooms are old. Some mold on the grout. Shower curtain on first floor bathroom was way too long and and a safety hazard. Steep and narrow stairs.
