• TszTing (9/5): Clean Stay with Great View - The room was clean and offers a great view. The host provided very detailed self-check-in instructions, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. Having a parking space at the accommodation was very convenient. Although it takes around 30 minutes to walk to the Old Town, it’s only a 5-minute drive, which made getting around very easy. There is also a supermarket nearby, which is a big plus. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay!

• Izabela (8/5): Apartament z potencjałem, ale nie doskonały - Apartament w świetnej lokalizacji – około 15 minut spacerem od głównej plaży i starego miasta. Dodatkowym atutem jest ładny widok z balkonu. Na miejscu można skorzystać z miejsca parkingowego pod budynkiem, co jest dużym udogodnieniem. Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony – dostępne są wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy: naczynia, sprzęty kuchenne, żelazko, pralka, suszarka – wszystko, czego potrzeba zarówno na krótszy, jak i dłuższy pobyt. Właściciel bardzo pomocny – przesłał wszystkie potrzebne instrukcje i zgodził się na przedłużenie doby, co było dla nas dużym ułatwieniem. Zdecydowanie polecam! Apartament ma wiele atutów, jednak niestety pojawiło się też kilka istotnych niedogodności. Przede wszystkim część elementów w mieszkaniu wymaga naprawy. Największym problemem były zepsute drzwi balkonowe w salonie, które mogą być niebezpieczne w użytkowaniu. Dodatkowo niektóre szafki się nie domykają, co sprawia wrażenie, że mieszkanie nie jest na bieżąco kontrolowane pod kątem stanu technicznego. Widać też, że poprzedni goście nie zawsze dbali o wyposażenie, ale tym bardziej właściciel powinien zadbać o komfort i bezpieczeństwo kolejnych osób – zwłaszcza że nie otrzymaliśmy żadnych ostrzeżeń ani informacji o tych usterkach. Na szczęście mój mąż zna się na oknach, więc udało się uniknąć poważniejszego problemu. Warto również wiedzieć, że ciepła woda działa tylko po włączeniu odpowiedniego przełącznika – niestety taka informacja nie była zawarta w instrukcji, co może być kłopotliwe dla gości.

• Nedim (7/5): Tolle Unterkunft, aber schlechter Service durch das Personal - Lage, Balkon, Aussicht, Ausstattung Self-Check-In: Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Einfahrt zum Parkplatz bzw. mit der Karte für die Schranke, da die vorherigen Gäste den Parkplatz verlassen hatten, ohne die Karte gescannt zu haben. Wir haben den Eigentümer kontaktiert, der uns jedoch nicht persönlich geholfen hat, sondern uns lediglich gesagt hat, wir sollen warten, bis jemand von den Nachbarn kommt… Als wäre es die Aufgabe der Nachbarn, seine Gäste beim Parken zu unterstützen… Zum Glück haben wir schnell den Hausmeister getroffen, der uns tatsächlich geholfen hat (und dabei völlig berechtigt gemeckert hat). Es ist absolut inakzeptabel, dass der Eigentümer, dem die Unterkunft bereits beim Reservieren bezahlt wurde, keine Hilfe im Problemfall leistet. So geht das jedenfalls nicht!

• Bellwalder (9/5): Tolle, empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit eigenem Gratisparkplatz - Grosszügige, modern und schnörkellos eingerichtete Unterkunft mit Balkon im 8. Stock an sehr guter Lage, 10 Minuten Fussdistanz zur Altstadt, mit grosszügigem, geschütztem Parkplatz inklusive, bereits um 14 h mögliches Checkin. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

• Ivan (10/5): Predivan apartman, blizu centra grada. Ljepo mjesto za šetnju ,odmor i popiti kavu uz more! - Sviđa nam se apartman , jako lijepa terasa, pogled na more. Pristupačan domaćin. Treba popraviti tuš kabinu jer voda curi van , nama ne smeta ali šteta da voda uništava pod jer očito neki gosti ne paze pa su već vidljivi tragovi štete nastale poljevanjem !

Kein Parkplatzsuchen und das ist einfach genial! 3 min. zu Fuß und man kommt zu einem kleinen Mini-Markt, der alles hat, was man im Urlaub im Apartment braucht. Restaurants sind nicht weit entfernt. 15 min. zu Fuß am Meer entlang spazieren und man kommt in die Altstadt. Wir kommen wieder :)

• Wendy (10/5): 4 nights in Zadar in fabulous property - Absolutely everything! This is a 10/10 property. The apartment is in a new building with secure parking. 15 minute walk to Old Town. Large grocery store 5 minute walk. Apartment has everything you need - fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, comfortable bed and sitting area. We cooked all our dinners here as the sunset views from the balcony are stunning. Best accommodation we’ve stayed in. Nothing. This is a fantastic property

• Icko Trajkovski (10/5): - First of all, this is extremely well equiped apartment. You have everything you need even for a much longer stay. Everything is new in the apartment, the kitchen and the appliances, the bathroom, and so on. You have your own parking spot, which is on a covered lower level, and your car is safe from the sun. The view from the balcony, which is pretty big, is excelent, and you can watch the sunset from here. The owner is very communicative, gives you all the information you need, and makes it very easy during the stay. In overall, i will definitely stay here again when I visit Zadar.

• Vivek (9/5): Comfortable stay! - Apartment was clean and neat. Amenities are as mentioned and Apartment is same as shown in the picture. There was a small damage on the balcony door which will not allow you to completely close the door. On a usual day it’s not a problem because of the weather. But in my case I stayed in April and with Wind warning in the coastal area, it was a bit difficult. Unfortunately, property owner didn’t know about it and to fix it he need a expert to do the activity, which he couldn’t able to find it.

• Željka (10/5): - Boravak je bio zaista ugodan. Smještaj čist, lijepo uređen i potpuno opremljen svime što je potrebno. Domaćin je bio izuzetno ljubazan i susretljiv, što je dodatno uljepšalo naš boravak. Svakako bih ponovno došla i preporučujem svima koji traže kvalitetan smještaj.

• Michael0816 (9/5): Tolles Apartment mit Blick auf Zadar, haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, zentral gelegen - Toller Ausblick, zentral gelegen, super Parkplatz, kurze Wege zum Einkaufen und in die Innenstadt, sauber, toll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden was man braucht, schöner Balkon, unkomplizierter Check in und Check out, ruhig trotz Lage an einer Hauptstrasse, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter schnell und einfach Seifenspender defekt, Toilettensitz lose, Fenster müssten eingestellt werden, bei Ankunft kein Wlan vorhanden was aber vom Vermieter schnell behoben wurde
