• Szilágyi (10/5): Jó elhelyezkedés, ár-érték arányban megfelelő. - Központi elhelyezkedés, bolt, strand, éttermek pár perc sétára. Vendégszerető szállásadó, helyi gyümölccsel várt minket, mindenben segített.
• Natali (10/5): Теду большой привет и пожелания здоровья!!!! - Спасибо Теду за комфортный отдых!Хозяин не беспокоил нас.Когда нужна была помощь- он тут как тут.Если хотите попробовать самый вкусный авокадо в мире - это в саду у Теда. Отличное расположение аппартаментов .До пляжа мин 4 , проходя мимо ларька,где можно купить всё для пляжа перекусить,выпить и обратно домой.Близкое расположение до магазинов.Рядом кулинария,где всё сьедобно и дёшево. В этом году приятно удивило,что на пляже теперь появилось много ларьков с едой.Голодными не останетесь,если не идти в кафе. Это самая удачная локация на всём острове! Не хватало гигиенического душа или биде в ванной комнате.Не знаю почему...у них это не принято. Хотя в городе Виктории ,в Публичной библиотеке, есть гигиенический душ в туалете.
• Nadezhda (10/5): - Спасибо большое за чудесный отдых. Удачное расположение апартаментов, 3 мин до океана, 3 минуты до супермаркетов и еды. В тихом месте, не на основной улице. Чистота, вся техника есть. Тед очень хороший хозяин, нас встретил из аэропорта по хорошей цене, отвечал на все наши вопросы, помогал. Разрешил продлить на несколько часов за символичную оплату. Спасибо большое 😉

• Svatava (10/5): Naprosty klid s pohoda, takove ubytování chcete. 😊 - Ubytování je velmi prostorne, ciste, s krasnou terasou a vyhledem. Kuchyn skvele vybavena. Lokalita skvela, vse po ruce. Hostitel Ted je mily, napomocny, doveze kam potrebujete. Donesl nam ovoce ze zahrady, daroval suvenyr na pamatku. Vse bylo dokonale. 😊
• Yuri (10/5): - Отличные апарты недалеко от Ба Валлона, есть все для комфортной жизни на Маэ, отличный хост Тед, который помог с трансферами в аэропорт и по острову и в целом был очень приветлив и заботлив. Место классное для самостоятельных путешественников, которые ищут отличный вариант по соотношению цена-качество. Рядом магазины и бары, до пляжика прогулочным шагом 5-7 минут, и очень тихое место - вас не будет донимать шум транспорта, только птички:) спасибо, Тед! Будем рады вернуться!

Everything was great — the place was very clean, the location is perfect with shops nearby, and it’s only about a 5-minute walk to the ocean. The apartment was cleaned every 3 days, which we really appreciated. The host was amazing — always helpful and kind. Ted orginized for us transfer from and to airport. He even welcomed us with fresh fruits and coconuts when we arrived, which was such a lovely touch. We’re especially grateful for the early check-in after our long flight — that made a big difference for us. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality! Highly recommend this place!
• IRYNA (9/5): - Чистые , комфортные апартаменты. Хорошо оборудованная кухня. Гостеприимный хозяин. Фрукты и небольшой набор продуктов при заезде. Уборка номера и смена постельного белья и полотенец через день. Удобное расположение относительно магазинов, пляжа, остановки автобусов. Однозначно рекомендуем эти апартаменты. Периодически выбивал wi -fi . Нет розетки возле большого зеркала. Неудобно сушить волосы. Это не первые апартаменты на Сейшелах и везде такое неудобство.
• Sergey (10/5): Уютное место недалеко от всех необходимых точек - Апартаменты были забронированы за 1 сутки до заселения. Хозяин Ted организовал трансфер из аэропорта (35 евро). Апартаменты чистые, большие. На кухне есть всё необходимое. Большой балкон с видом на сад. Множество птиц, можно наблюдать за жизнью летучих лисиц. Убирают через день. Удобно расположен: рядом остановка общественного транспорта и супермаркет, в 5 минутах ходьбы пляж Beau Vallon. Рядом масса ресторанов и недорогих кафешек с едой навынос. Также хозяин помог с трансфером в порт. Большое спасибо! В следующий раз обязательно буду у Вас! Все понравилось
• Liliya (10/5): - Очень комфортные апартаменты со всем необходимым, большой балкон, отличное местоположение- в тихом саду, но рядом с пляжем, до супермаркетов ходили пешком. Хозяин помогал со всеми вопросами, организовал трансфер, угощал фруктами. Спасибо Теду за гостеприимство!

Питьевая вода при заселении, в холодильнике соки, масло, яйца, джем, приветственные фрукты. Вид с балкона на сад с фруктовыми деревьями. На территории клетка с летучей лисицей ) До пляжа идти 7 минут. С Тедом всегда можно договориться с трансфером. Идеально!

• Lena (10/5): Wunderbare Unterkunft mit toller Lage und sehr nettem Gastgeber - Sehr sauber und moderne Einrichtung mit guter Ausstattung und super Lage. Bad ist super sauber und ordentlich. Der Gastgeber ist äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereit. Hat uns alles super erklärt. Rücktransport zum Flughafen war uns eine große Hilfe. Parkplätze vor der Tür und zur Begrüßung gab es eine Kokosnuss. 😊 Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Können es zu 100 % weiterempfehlen! - alles super, weiter so!

• MarioJau (10/5): - We liked everything about this apartment. The location was great. Although Beau Vallon is busy, at the apartment everything was calm. It felt like a hidden paradise. From the balcony we could watch the birds and enjoy the view. Ted was a great host and helped us with renting a car. The beach is only 5 min walk away. Restaurants are just a few minutes away.

• Evgenii (10/5): - Провели 17 ночей в этих апартаментах и не хотели уезжать. Все было прекрасно, от встречи в аэропорту, до последнего дня. Хоть мы прилетели рано утром, наши аппараменты были уже готовы. Немного продуктов в холодильнике, фрукты и прочее. Нам достался лучший номер 4 на втором этаже. Будем ещё долго вспоминать наши завтраки, обеды и ужины на этом замечательном балконе. Отличное местоположение, до океана - 6 минут неспешной ходьбы, а в самих апартаментах, всегда тихо. Палящее солнце не попадает на балкон, а ветерок, даёт возможность принимать пищу, даже в обед, когда очень жарко. Во дворе растут авокадо и бананы. Красивый сад, пальмы и цветущие деревья. Ну и огромное спасибо, хозяину-Тэду! Он обеспечивал нам поддержку и помогал по всем вопросам. Приносил фрукты и рыбу. Помог взять машину на прокат( брали на 2 дня. Никаких депозитов. 45 евро в сутки. Рекомендую) пригнали прямо во двор дома!! Есть все необходимое для проживания. Мы ели, практически всегда дома. Рядом 3 супермаркета с хорошим выбором продуктов. ( только не оставляйте никаких крошек, мелкие муравьи, моментально прибегут!!) 3 раза в день, как по расписанию, прилетает маленькая красная птичка. Это Красный или Мадагаскарский Фуди. Не боится, ест крошки прямо со стола и с руки. Вокруг огромное количество деревьев с манго. Мы подбирали их прямо на улице и ели. ( они, Почему-то, были всегда вкуснее покупных) Надеюсь ещё вернемся сюда. Кровать, не много узковата. Крупной паре будет не комфортно. А так, в техническом плане, все отлично.
• Olga (10/5): Потрясающий отдых! - Очень красивые апартаменты, тихо, уютно, отзывчивый хозяин, приятный в общении:) Близко к пляжу. В апартаментах есть плита с духовкой, стиральная машина, что просто необходимо в жаркую погоду, вся посуда, холодильник, тв. Также хозяева помогали с трансфером, угощали фруктами, подарили сувениры на память:) лучшего отдыха и представить невозможно, большое спасибо! Всем рекомендуем именно сюда! И сами если еще поедем, то тоже только сюда. 💙 -
• Anzhela (9/5): Великолепно - Я не устану всем предлагать эти апартаменты.Находиться в зелёной зоне.Свежий ремонт.Всё со вкусом.Есть вся необходимая бытовая техника.К морю,ресторанам,кафе 3-4 минуты пешком .Приятный бонус при заселении свежие фрукты и вода и сок.Прекрасное соотношение цены и качество.Мне есть с чем сравнить.Гостеприимный хозяин,готовый всегда и всем помочь.Всё на 10 баллов.Обязательно вернусь Такого нет

• Guest (10/5): Замечательные апартаменты Бо-Валлона. - Отличное место для тех, кто хочет остановиться в районе Бо-Валлон. Просторные апартаменты с кухней и большим балконом. Имеется всё необходимое. Пляж в 5 минутах ходьбы, а также рестораны, еда на вынос, магазины, обменники, остановка автобуса, пункт аренды авто. Отзывчивый хозяин поможет решить вопросы с экскурсиями, арендой авто, такси. Не понравилось уезжать спустя две недели, хотелось остаться ещё.
• Valeriia (10/5): Прекрасное место и прекрасный хозяин - Прекрасное место и прекрасный хозяин! Роскошные комнаты, в которых предусмотрено все для максимально комфортного проживания. В комнатах все абсолютно новое и чистое. Пляж, магазины, рестораны: все рядом. И при этом домик стоит не на дороге, а в отдалении. Просыпались не от звуков машин, а под пение птиц. Тед организовал для нас трансфер из отеля, наивкуснейший ужин в честь дня рождения одного из гостей, сделал лучшее предложение по организации поездки по острову (но у нас изменились планы). Это одно из лучших мест, где мы останавливались! И мы обязательно вернемся снова, но уже на длительный срок:-)
• Paloma Nims (10/5): INCROYABLE !!! - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Ted ! Dès notre arrivée, il nous a accueillis avec une noix de coco fraîche et a toujours été disponible pour nous conseiller, notamment pour organiser des activités avec des guides de confiance. Nous avons également utilisé son service de transfert depuis/vers l’aéroport : tout s’est très bien passé, merci aussi à son ami qui nous a raccompagnés avec la même gentillesse. L’appartement est parfaitement équipé, propre (ménage fait tous les 3 jours) et situé à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la magnifique plage de Beau Vallon. Rien ne manque, tout est pensé pour que le séjour soit agréable. Ted est un hôte attentionné qui prend soin de ses voyageurs jusque dans les moindres détails : il nous a offert un beau souvenir et il nous a même écrit après notre départ pour s’assurer que nous étions bien rentrés. On ne pouvait pas espérer meilleur logement ni meilleur propriétaire. Il n’y a clairement pas assez d’étoiles pour qualifier sa prestation : nous recommandons vivement ce logement et surtout l’accueil chaleureux de Ted qui fait toute la différence. RAS

Le Green selfcatering est un appartement très spacieux, très propre, très bien placé près de la plage (5 min à peine à pieds) avec restaurants, take away et épicerie à proximité. Avec terrasse entourée de verdure, très agréable pour y prendre notre petit déjeuner. Parking devant le logement. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous recommanderons sans hésiter le Green selfcatering à notre entourage !

The host, Ted, welcomed us warmly, helped with the luggage, showed us around the apartment, and even treated us to fresh coconuts and fruit. The apartment was spacious, beautifully furnished, and well equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, and air conditioning. Ted was very helpful and even after our stay, he kindly offered support via WhatsApp, for example with bike rentals on La Digue. The location is a great starting point for exploring Mahé. There was nothing we would improve.

• taxion (10/5): - Провели неделю в Green Self-Catering Apartment — тихий зелёный оазис в шаге от Beau Vallon. Хозяин Тед — золото: угощал фруктами со своего сада, помогал с любыми вопросами, организовал туры и поездки по острову; трансфер из/в аэропорт — за разумную сумму и без хлопот. В день рождения жены Тед сделал нам рыбное барбекю и красиво украсил номер — настоящий душевный жест. Апартаменты — современные и идеально чистые (уборка регулярная): полноценная кухня (плита, холодильник, микроволновка, тостер, посуда), стиральная машина, мощный потолочный вентилятор, кондиционер и тишина. Не хватает только сеток на окнах. Любимое место — балкон со столиком и мягкими подушками; во дворе — крытая лаунж-зона с диванчиком среди зелени и цветущего сада. Вечерами после снорклинга сидеть на веранде с рюмкой рома и слушать природу — отдельное удовольствие: птицы не боятся людей, над пальмами пролетают летучие лисицы, а взгляд упирается в гору с «вечными» облаками — абсолютная тропическая идиллия. Локация удачная: дом в стороне от дороги и шумного пляжа, но до моря — пару минут пешком. За углом — La Fiesta restaurant & Bar (харизматичный шеф, вкусные блюда https://maps.app.goo.gl/LFnXGGC3Wac3hg6GA , рядом Sun Coco Pizzeria (отличные для локации пицца и бургеры https://maps.app.goo.gl/ERn7p4317fbfe3ki6 неподалёку — маркеты, ATM и магазин алкоголя. Совет: загляните в Cheers Wine & Spirits и попробуйте тёмный ром Takamaka — настоящий сейшельский ром; там же есть ATM, а через стену — неплохой маркет https://maps.app.goo.gl/Ntx3cdw3cXEKgFpM9 Это жильё — про искреннее гостеприимство и умный комфорт. • Maksim (10/5): - Очень удобное расположение. До пляжа примерно 5-7 минут пешком, рядом расположены кафе, тейк-эвэи, множество супермаркетом. Приветливый хозяин, готовый помочь в случае необходимости. Новая мебель, в номерах есть все необходимое, кухонные принадлежности и т.д. Ухоженная территория вокруг.
• Stephanie (10/5): Toller Aufenthalt im Grünen bei sehr lieben Menschen - Ein toller und entspannter Aufenthalt in einem Appartement im Grünen in einer ruhigen Gegend, wenige Minuten zum Strand. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und verfügt über einen Safe, Waschmaschine, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und der sehr liebe Besitzer Ted hat Obst, Kaffee, Tee und Wasser, sowie Tipps und Empfehlungen parat und hilft auch wenn man sehr früh zum Flughafen abreisen muss. Er selbst ist sehr entspannt, freundlich und war immer erreichbar. Die Terrasse und das sehr gute W-Lan haben den Aufenthalt abgerundet. Morgens beim Frühstück oder Abends den Tag auf der Terrasse ausklingen zu lassen war prima, man kann verschiedene Vögel beobachten und deren Zwitschern lauschen. Durch die zentrale Lage war man schnell an verschiedenen Supermärkten und ATM. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen*** Das mein Aufenthalt nur kurz war. Wäre sehr gerne länger geblieben und würde wiederkommen :-)

Просторная комната, ванная комната и кухня, квартира оборудована всем необходимым: утюг, стиральная машина, кухонные принадлежности Очень приветливый и гостеприимный хозяин. • Miriam (10/5): Best and fully equipped apartment at Beau Vallon beach - with great host ! - I was very satisfied with the accommodation. The apartment was clean, fully equipped, even a washing machine was available. The host is a very friendly person that offers you a welcome basket of fruits at your arrival, which was so very nice of him. The host is at the property available at all times and was available to help to solve you any problem and support with any question you might have during your long or short holidays. I liked everything during my 1-month stay with this host. I have no complaints. Other accomodations where I stayed in the past were not so nice, so if I ever come back to Seychelles again, I would only stay at this self-catering apartment. Thank you TED.
• Karlene (10/5): Exceptional - The location at this apartment is absolutely perfect, with no large hills to climb, 5 minutes walk from the beach, lots of restaurants nearby, car rentals, and money exchanges are so close. The apartment itself is a beautiful, newly renovated property equipped with a full kitchen; cooker, toaster, microwave, and fridge freezer. Ted is a fabulous host who provided fresh fruit and water, coffee and tea, and beach towels. He let us stay for a few more hours after check out till we left for the airport, for free! He gave us a souvenir fridge magnet and was always a what's app message away for anything we needed. This is the only place we will be staying in Mahe from now on! Nothing, it was perfect!

• Szilvia (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is extremely clean, modern, and spacious. It has a view of the forest and the garden. It is very quiet. Staying there was truly relaxing. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away. Ted is a very helpful host. He welcomed us with a surprise of fresh fruits and, upon our request, cooked us a traditional Seychellois meal. I highly recommend it to everyone. If I visit again, I will only stay at Ted's place.

The location was just perfect: very good supermarkets, bus stops, and Beau Vallon beach are very close on foot. You can find everything in the apartment, which is good for a longer stay too (I wish I could have stayed more). I loved the view from the terrace and the plants around the house. The host, Ted, was very kind and helpful. You will reach the beach around the middle of it, which is quite practical. I loved the atmosphere around this beach. There are good restaurants, bars, and you can even have lunch or dinner in a nearby hotel.

• Evgeniya (10/5): Excellent value for money, convenient location - close to the beach and bus stop, if you rent a car - Excellent choice for a holiday. The apartments are new, spacious, clean, have a washing machine, the kitchen is fully equipped, a large refrigerator. The location is a couple of minutes from Beau Vallon Beach. The territory of the apartments is beautiful, well-groomed, surrounded by greenery. The owner of the apartments Ted is very welcoming, caring and friendly, he met us with a basket of fruit and a fresh coconut, and also organized a transfer for us on arrival in his car from the sea port, helped us with the purchase of bus cards. During the holiday Ted treated us to fruits from his garden. When leaving, the transport company from our bank at the last moment refused to transfer us to the airport, Ted simply saved us - he drove us at night in his car to the airport, and present us 4 huge avocados from his garden. Thank you very much Ted - you are the best. You did everything to make our holiday great. nothing. Everything is fine.

• Valery (10/5): I loved everything! - I had a very pleasant time staying in this apartment! The apartment is beautiful and it has everything you need including AC and washing machine. I was even surprised when I saw it, because in reality it looks even better than on the pictures. Also Wi-Fi is very good, I worked remotely a couple of days and I had no problem with zoom-calls at all. The location is perfect, it takes you just 6-7 minutes walk to the gorgeous beach. Restaurants, supermarkets, take-aways, bus-stop are also very close, just a couple of minutes of walk to everything. And the best thing is a very friendly and hospital host Ted. He was always in contact with all his guests, helped me to arrange a transfer from the airport, welcomed me with fruits and avocado plate in the apartment and even treated me and other guests with coconuts. He was also very carrying and always asked if everything’s good. Thank you very much Ted for your hospitality and generosity! I had a marvelous time staying in your apartment!! I definitely recommend this place to everyone and I already recommended it to my friends!:)) -

The building with only 4 appartments is hidden in a lush garden with an abundance of tropical fruit trees, very quiet and calm surroundings. The atmosphere is peaceful and family-like. The apartment is very big, very vell and fully equipped, with spacious rooms (kitchen and bedroom) and bathroom, and provide big terrase - outdoor eating area and relax. The appartment is located just a few minutes walk from Beau Vallon Beach (sandy beach with crystal-clear water), ideal for swimming and watching sunset. Very close to supermarkets, money-exchange, restaurants and take-away. The host, Ted, was always available, kind and ready to help in any situation. Also communicating well before our arrival and ensuring an organized pick-up. And offered us transport to airport. Welcoming fresh fruit basket and coconuts are very nice gesture. Highly recommended!

The apartment itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and equipped with all the comforts you could possibly need. It’s located just minutes away from Beau Vallon, one of the most stunning beaches in Mahé – ideal for swimming, relaxing, or watching the sunset. What truly made our experience unforgettable was Ted, the host. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed (and more), always available and incredibly kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended!
• Giulia18 (10/5): The perfect spot to explore Mahé island - Everything was perfect: the apartment is very big and fully equipped, with spacious rooms and a big outdoor area to eat and relax. Location is top not only for Beau Vallon, but also for exploring the whole Mahé island: we were travelling by bus and we were really close to three bus stops, so going around was never an issue (if you rent a car, here you will find plenty of space for parking). But the best part of our stay was Ted: always available, kind and ready to provide solutions and help in any situation. He brought us to the airport on our last day, he helped us with laundry, he even took us to Anse Major hike start on our first day saving us a lot of trouble and fatigue. He's really the perfect homeowner and always tries its best to make your stay memorable.
• Peter (10/5): Optimal apartment in best location on a paradise-like tropical island, run by a charming host. - The beginning of our 17 days stay at the Green self catering apartment was a cordial welcome by Ted, the Seychellois host. Hidden in a lush garden with an abundance of tropical fruit trees we found a spacious, well equipped apartment in a relatively new building with all together only four apartments. From the large balcony we overlooked the blooming bushes and trees. In spite of a distance of 100 meters from the main coastal road the location was in very quiet and calm surroundings. The 400 m walk to the beach on the paved Coral Strand road took only a few minutes. In our kitchen Ted had put a bowl with fresh fruits from his own garden. During our stay he brought us avocados and coconuts and one day he prepared a catch of the day (a big and delicious fish) from the grill, accompanied by a fresh mixed salad and rice. He gave us all instruction we needed for shopping and using the public busses. Shops and bus-stops we found just around the corner. To prepare our breakfast was quite comfortable in the well equipped kitchen and we enjoyed it sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise over the neighbouring mountains. The essential air-condition in the sleeping room was effective enough to cool both rooms. At the end of our stay Ted offered us a free airport transfer. In conclusion: he is the best host one can imagine.

Our stay was great. I am travelling around the world for almost 10 years so it's a genuine review and I could not recommend Ted and his apartments more.
