Guest Reviews
- taegwang (8/5): -
- Chris (5/5): Great location if your only looking for 1 room in an occupied house. - Good location, plenty of parking. There was no noise. Owner was great. Not enough privacy.
I only booked 1 room and door didn’t have lock and live in tenants didn’t shut their doors.
- Alessia (1/5): Scappate.
- Phillips (6/5): Pleasant - Comfortable and clean bedroom Shower not so clean a
Nd shared
- Abdullah (2/5): Very poor - Hot no ac small bungalow room crowded shared facilities
- John (5/5): Passable -

- Gabriela (10/5): Great stay - Comfortable bed, quiet clean and very helpful host, real amazing fella
- Maria (10/5): Most welcoming.Owners are Beautiful and made me feel very welcome. - Location was just how I like it.Quite and peaceful.
- Ballarat (6/5): Pleasant - It suits a quick overnight stay with out frills
- Samantha (1/5): Bad - It felt like an international youth hostel. Was sharing the house with 5 guys and only one bathroom
- Philippe (8/5): Ok for one night. Acceptable. - A bit far from the city center. You need a car. But quiet. These are individual small rooms in an apartment with shared bathroom. A kind of hostel in a private house , where the owners live too. Comfortable double bed. A small table and a chair is however provided. Everything is the minimum No waste bin in the room. The waste bin in the common bathroom is more than full up. The bathtub is dirty. But there’s a shower. This bathroom (shared ) doesn’t breathe cleanliness…. Price too high for such a rental
- Helen (2/5): I didn’t feel secure to stay and if it wasn’t for my dog I would not have stayed. - I could have my dog stay with me Dirty mouldy shower and bathroom that didn’t lock and no lock on my bedroom door. A random door that was not locked and opened outside. Also, they canceled a booking as we booked two rooms to extend a lease, so I had to cancel my other room and find different accommodation for others as we traveled as a group.
- Melissa (8/5): Comfortable - The bed is super comfortable.
Being able to bring our new puppy was a bonus. Room a little small and didn’t have own bathroom.
- Melbourne (9/5): Easy to find and access by bus or car. Very close to Deakin University. - Parking was of and available. The security system was very good. A comfortable stay. Nothing.
- Dipesh (1/5): Disappointed with this - I didnot like at all dirty and smelly while entering I didnot like any things , while entering it was so dirty and smelly and need to book another accomodation immediately
- Gabriela (9/5): Would stay again - Comfortable bed, nice blue cotton sheets , spacious, parking inside, mosquito netting in windows
- Gabriela (9/5): Great value - Comfortable bed, cotton sheets, clean Too parfumed towels, no smell would b better
- Tim (5/5): Basic accommodation for an overnight stay. - bed was comfortable.
- Kathleen (8/5): Very good -
- Phuntsho (7/5): Good - Location is good It is good
- Chi (8/5): Very good -
- Susanne (6/5): Comfy concrete bed, quiet noise neighbourhood - Late check in was no worries. Pet friendly. "Comfy bed" was the hardest "bed" we have ever slept on. We had to constantly rotate ourselves during the night, as it is literally like lying on concrete. It hurts. The pillows thin as paper. Street noise was much louder than expected. Only got given 1x small hand towel for the two of us. Strong unpleasant smell in the house. Not much sleep here. Not worth our money.
- Tatar (1/5): Bad - Very noisy People walking around all night making noise
- Calleja (3/5): Not quiet Not comfy - Cheap and close to the spirit of Tasmania only a 15min drive Mattress was the most uncomfortable thing I have slept on it was like sleeping on some wood.
The description also said no parties. However, that did stop the owners from having their own and waking us up at 2am in the morning.
- Tak (2/5): Very poor -
- Anonymous (1/5): Absolutely terrible. I believe the 1 out of 10 is very generous. - Quiet neighbourhood Where do I start???
1. Unclean
2. Claimed to be pet friendly. Was not.
3. No doona on bed.
4. No towels provided
5. Bathroom unclean
6. Two other men were staying the same night! (Imagine the stress, if we were 2 women on our own!).
7. 2 x fire alarms beeped loudly all night - batteries need changing. Dangerous.
8. House stank
9. Owners couldn’t speak English, so couldn’t understand our concerns.
- Anonymous (6/5): I had a great stay, this is a new share house with a bit of improvement to do but overall lovely people with lovely inte - The hosts were absolutely lovely people, so welcoming and provided everything that needed to be provided. They were so kind and accommodating. The property was in a quiet neighbourhood very close to geelong centre, was very convenient for our trip. The mattress felt very hard and was quite uncomfortable to sleep on. The bathroom facilitates were unclean and the smoke detector wasn’t working as the battery alarm was going off the entire time which is extremely unsafe.
- Russell (9/5): Superb - Friendly family , quiet peaceful place .
- O'reilly (8/5): Very good - Very accomidating for requests.
Bed was comfortable.
- Octav (7/5): Pretty good - Good location
- Tanya (1/5): Bad - It was just a room
I’m a house
- Whiteley (7/5): Good -
