• Kate (10/5): - A really lovely apartment that was well equipped. Great location as it was very central and could walk everywhere. Would highly recommend.
• Lynda (10/5): - This apartment was quiet but right in the centre of the historical district. Everything was walking distance away. The apartment was large, comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well equipped. We were cycling and there was room in the apartment to store the bikes. It was a bit of a challenge to find given the way addresses work in Sienna. But once found the location was perfect.

• Andreas (10/5): An excellent choice to feel the medieval spirit of Siena! - The appartment is spacious enough to host a 4 member family with big children. All the facilities were very good. The location is really excellent, in the heart of the medieval twon, very close to all attractions and in a short walking distance from the bus stops. The cooling devices are not working properly.

Great shop round the corner. Probably details like new pans - the ones in the property are well used and dirty, few pots where quite ok. Blinds in both windows are broken and was unable to close them, which does not give you much privacy. Coffee makers did not work - one leaking another one not working on induction hob.

• Elizabeth (7/5): OK Stay - Great location, very well equipped kitchen, comfy bed When we arrived that apartment was warm, when we wanted to increase the temperature we found that the radiators had been disconnected also the hot towel rail in the bathroom, lots of noise from upstairs on one evening, no water on the last morning.

It was a little gloomy inside. Very small clothes dryer. No washing liquid for the washing machine. Had to physically go to their office to pay the tax.

• M (10/5): Wonderful would highly recommend beautiful Siena and this apartment to everyone - The apartment was really perfectly renovated and decorated, and spacious. It was clear that the owners put a lot of effort into this. Many places invest the minimum and still charge a lot for accommodation. This was not at all the case here. The apartment is really, really nice and I highly recommend it to anyone. It is perfectly centrally located, but nevertheless quiet. It is clean and extremely well equipped for cooking, there is a washing machine. A minor point is that you can hear the footsteps of people in an apartment above. This would not stop me staying here again however. Mattress could have been slightly harder (personal preference). Perhaps the only point we were a little disappointed by was having to pay for luggage to be stored for a couple of hours as the check-in time of 3-4 pm was a bit late.

• Michele (9/5): Nice apartment but hard to find. - Nice apartment complete with kitchen. Portable air conditioning made it humid.. Miscommunication with owner. We had to use Concierge at Hotel in front to help us enter apartment since we couldn't find Key code email sent.
• Dávid (9/5): Superb - Great location, the check-in was easy, the apartment was tidy and comfortable. The staff was helpful with the keys and suggested some free parking outside the ZTL area. Keep in mind if you come by car you'll have to park a bit further out from downtown, but the closest bus station is just a few blocks away and you can grab a taxi as well (since they can enter the ZTL area without extra charge; we took the bus), so it's not a problem after all. The ceiling is not that thick, so we could hear the upstairs people, but it was okay.

Big, clean apartment with fully equipped kitchen (we didn’t use, but it’s possible). Fake air conditioner- in fact in both rooms they have fans - you add water inside and it’s producing a kind of air flow. Far from making any change in +32 Quite noisy, especially from the upper floor apartment - you hear every move

• Ronald (10/5): Top location in Siena - You could not pick a better location to stay in Siena. Within an easy walk (relatively flat) to the major attractions plus handy to the bus station and supermarket. Spacious and well appointed apartment and staying for a week the washing and cooking facilities were a real bonus. Nicolo gave us some great restaurant recommendations, make sure you try out Taverna De Cecco so far the best we have experienced in Italy (make sure you book). Took a while to work out how to use the washing machine, some english instructions would have been helpful.
• Paula (10/5): Cute, extremely clean, perfect location, no steps, comfy pillows. the fitted bed sheet and crib for the babies. - everything!!! it is the cleanest house I’ve ever been. super new, the entire bed sheets, pillows were so clean and new. the nice touch of having a pasta and tomato sauce at the dining table. Absolutely nothing!
