From the very beginning, communication was smooth, clear, and prompt, which made the entire process stress-free and welcoming. They provided helpful recommendations and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. It was clear that they genuinely cared about creating a great experience. What stood out the most was their hospitality and attention to detail. • Malek (10/5): Highly recommended place to stay at - Mahmoud is an exceptionally trustworthy person who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He pays great attention to detail and checked in on us almost daily to ensure everything was going well. If you’re new to Egypt, you can always ask him for advice—he’s more than willing to help. He even helped me purchase two train tickets to Alexandria without any hesitation. As a kind gesture, his wonderful family also prepared a meal for us during Ramadan (breakfast at sunset). May Allah bless him and his family for their generosity. Very clean apartment, accessible location near almost everything (~5-10 minutes walk),
• Hasan Çağatay (10/5): Excellent experience! - First of all, Mahmud is a very good person; he's become our best friend in Egypt. We travel to Egypt for business, and this was our first trip. We're so glad we rented this apartment; it's fantastic, everything is new and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we might need, and the bathroom was very clean. A wonderful scent greeted us as soon as we entered – the scent of cleanliness and warmth. The location was perfect for us; everything is nearby – a market, restaurants, a pharmacy. If you need anything, just tell Mahmud, and he immediately starts working to get it for you. I've traveled to many countries around the world, but I've never met such a hospitable host. The area is very safe; we didn't encounter any problems. The balcony is wonderful, and the internet is very fast. There's so much more to say, but if you're looking for a place to stay in Egypt, you can rent this apartment without hesitation.
• OsmanAb (10/5): - The apartment was really nice, clean and comfortable. Well equipped and furnished. The host was really great, very accomodating and helpful. Theres a supermarket just accross the road. A quick trip to city stars mall and a nice street with lots of restuarants and shops. Real value for money. Will definitely stay again The outside looks like most buildings in Cairo so it is normal but not very appealing. There is no cleaning and you need to have your shoes off when in the apartment.

• Yasmin (10/5): Hospitality at it's best - The apartment was spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. You can immediately tell that attention has been paid to every detail. A special mention goes to the host and his wonderful family – warm, welcoming, and highly professional. Mr. Mahmoud was always available, supported us with everything we needed, and genuinely cared about making us feel at home. A particular highlight was that he even arranged a beautiful follow-up accommodation for us – something that is by no means a given and truly shows his exceptional dedication. We felt completely comfortable throughout our stay and can wholeheartedly recommend both the apartment and Mr. Mahmoud. We will definitely return to Mr. Mahmoud on our next visit to Cairo. Nothing
• Najjar (10/5): إقامة مثالية تجمع بين الراحة والنظافة والخدمة الراقية. - كانت الإقامة أكثر من رائعة! الشقة نظيفة جداً، مرتّبة، وتحتوي على جميع المستلزمات التي قد يحتاجها أي ضيف، مما يجعل الإقامة مريحة لأقصى درجة. الجو داخل الشقة دافئ وهادئ ويبعث على الراحة، والتصميم العصري يزيد من جمال المكان. موقعها ممتاز وكل شيء كان يفوق التوقعات. صاحب الشقة شخص راق إلى أبعد حد، يتميّز بحسن الاستقبال وكرم الضيافة والاهتمام الكبير بالضيوف. من لحظة الوصول وهو حريص على توفير كل سبل الراحة، دائم الاطمئنان والسؤال إن كنا نحتاج أي شيء، ومتعاون جداً بشكل يعكس أخلاقه العالية. أنصح وبشدة بالحجز لديه، فهو يجعل التجربة أرقى وأفضل بكثير. لا يوجد أي ملاحظة، كل شيء كان في غاية الإتقان.

• Omar (10/5): - Uno dei migliori host che abbia incontrato. Gentile e disponibile. Ci ha accolto e mostrato la casa. Il giorno dopo il nostro arrivo ci ha fatto arrivare della frutta fresca. Una persona che era con me ha dimenticato un borsellino nell'appartamento e il signor Mahmud si è messo subito a nostra disposizione per inviarlo al nostro indirizzo. Posizione ottima Niente

• Sara (9/5): Nice place - I don't know where to start. The appartement looks exactly like the pictures, nice, clean, and comfy. The eara is great everything is around you. We met the owner, Mr. Mahmoud personally, he welcomed us with his beautiful polite kids with flowers, the owner was very helpful understandable, every time we need it him he was around and answered very quickly to his phone and all the questions. Every day was he asking us if we needed anything. What i like about this apartment is that it was clean because I have an 8 month old baby, he even gave us some diper for my daughter which was very kind of him. Our flight took off at 4.30 am, Mr. Mahmoud came at 2 am. to hand him his apartment keys, and he helped us with the luggage and even opened the doors of the Uber for us. He is such a humble man. I have stayed in the past in so many Airbnb places before. But this apartment is very clean and peaceful. I really recommend his apartment to everyone. Would I stay there again? Yes, definitely.
