• platisd (8/5): - Very convenient location, easy to walk everywhere. Parking was a saver, but it was rather tight, so make sure you don't rent a very big car. It gets surprisingly loud on Friday and Saturday nights. The apartment could use some sound proofing.

• Linda (9/5): Spacious apartment - Great location close to centre of town. Spacious apartment. Good kitchen & bathroom. Everything was lovely. Highly recommend. Just be careful with basement parking. We had a mid size SUV and it took some guidance to get up and down the entry ramp.

• Thug (4/5): Nous avons été un peu déçus du logement car nous nous attendions à ce qu’il soit un peu plus moderne, plus confortable. - Très bon emplacement pour se balader dans HERAKLION à pieds. La place de stationnement un vrai plus pour ce logement. Terrasse agréable, surtout le soir. Une personne vient pendant le séjour pour changer les serviettes de toilette. Logement ayant des pièces avec un bon volume. Climatisation dans chaque pièce. Logement non adapté pour les familles qui veulent manger sur place, une seule poêle et une seule casserole pour cuisiner. Les meubles de la cuisine sont collants, literie dure, logement vieillissant. Nous n’avons pas vu le loueur (boîte à clef), mais avons pu lui envoyer des messages auxquels il a répondu rapidement.

• Christopher (9/5): Superb - Really nice apartment well situated in Herakleion. Full kitchen with a variety of coffee making appliances. The washing machine was an unexpected bonus. The balcony is sizable with a 6 seater table. Very nice sitting out in the morning and evening. Plenty of storage. I would happily come back. Literally nothing

The apartment was very good and the photos are accurate. The aircon worked very well and it was great to have a large balcony. Everything was great.

• Sinead (3/5): Zero sleep on Saturday night ( nightclub access street below) - The apartment itself is fabulous , clean and spacious. We got zero sleep. Apartment is very close to access to nightclub. Our entire Saturday night was filled with loud talk, shouting, mopeds revving up, which echoed its way up to the 3 rd floor from the street below. This was because the nightclub is opened on a Friday and Saturday night til 6 AM.
• Sanka (8/5): good location, lot of noise may be due to easter weekend. - location neighbors dark barked all night, lot of noise from the all night bar down stairs.

As we stayed with two babies a negative aspect for us were the noise at the weekend (but should be ok for single travelers or party people ;))

• Michael (10/5): Great place in city center, especially for a family. - Very well equipped. Great accommodation for a baby. Parking spot available for a small car only but very nice to have so close to city center. Communication for checkin could have been better. There isn't a good place to wait with a car before the owner shows you where to park. You also have to run the keys back up to the apartment after leaving parking garage on way out, which is not convenient.
• Dorottya (8/5): Very good - The apartment is situated in the city center, so the location is amazing, everything is in walking distance! Other than the must see sights, many amazing cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc. The building has private parking which is a must if you plan to have a car in a busy city like Heraklion. We only contacted with the property owner via messages and telephone calls, but his partner Maria, who showed us around in the apartment was a pleasure to meet with. Our host organized the car rental for our whole one week trip, which was great and very much appreciated! His very own olive products are gifted to the guests, and are amazing quality! Also complimentary coffee and water (plus a small bottle of amazing raki) was waiting for us in the kitchen. We especially loved the terrace for breakfast and drinks in the evening. Everything was great, we will recommend this apartment to anybody who comes to Heraklion.
