Guest Reviews
- Pooja (6/5): - Breakfast quality is very very poor. Services are just ok
- Kyle (8/5): - My family came in for a 2-night stay at the resort. We had a wonderful time at the national park. I have nothing but positive to say about the property itself. It was beautiful. A lovely swimming pool, very comfortable rooms, and spacious bathrooms. The dining area was clean and very large. The food is quite pricey and we opted for an early dinner. The food was average in taste. It did not seem like it was made fresh. The breakfast buffet was top notch, however. The biggest complaint is the lack of local transport. The hotel has 2 safari jeeps of its own. There re really no dining or shopping options nearby the resort. But when we asked for transportation to a nearby restaurant, the hotel attempted to charge 2000 rupees - we opted to overpay for a local auto instead. When asked for a drop-off at the safari, a price of 1200 rupees was quoted, with the front desk person demanding up front payment to his personal UPI. That was a bit disappointing. I expect better from a nice resort in Kaziranga. They should have reasonable transport available either from their own staff or from a trusted local partner.
