We’d stay again and would recommend. - The place is right in the city and within walking distance to night markets, malls, restaurants, ATMs, some tourist attractions etc. The room was quite comfortable and had character, with all the wooden work in it. The host provided additional information, and accommodated our requests to make our stay comfortable in Vientiane.

• prathana (3/5): Overall a bad experience and not worth the money...! - The location is great. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. The sofa cum bed was kept in the room not in the living room as shown in the photos. The sofa cum bed is very bad quality and makes noise every time; with the slightest of movement while sleeping. The property is infested with bugs and lizards. Could not sleep the whole night due to the bugs biet. The linen is cheap quality(synthetic) and smelled bad(like oil). The towals provided were damp old and smelly(didnt dare to use them after looking at its condition). It was advertised as a room with balcony but there was no balcony. The kitchen is like the size of a lavatory in the flight. The stairs and the floor is wooden; it makes a lot of noise even if you try to walk on cat feet.

• Liset (9/5): - Spacious and comfortable rooms, with even a washing machine you can use. Good air conditioning and located right in the center. Communication was via WhatsApp (key lockbox), which worked perfectly for us. The air conditioning in one of our rooms was leaking, and there were quite a lot of mosquitoes.
• Lindsey (9/5): Great location and everything you need - The house had everything we needed, laundry, drying rack, iron, AC, full kitchen, soap/shampoo, an extra fan, hairdryer, umbrella. We could have stayed for weeks instead of just 2 nights Some tiny bugs were seen in some spots but it wasn't a big problem

• Marie-France (4/5): - Bonnes indications pour une arrivée autonome facile. L’appartement pourrait être sympathique mais peu de lumière extérieure (la plupart des fenêtres sont givrées) et aucun balcon. Propriétaire/gérant réactif. Peu insonorisé et voisins très proches et bruyants jusqu’à 1h du matin. Éclairage électrique au néon presque partout. Nous avons annulé les autres nuits pour ces raisons.

• Angelos (7/5): Lovely stay - The apartment is super cozy and spacious, perfect for stays longer than 7 days. They even provided toiletries (which wasn't in the description), and that was really convenient. We got there way early (7 AM instead of 2 PM check-in), and the nice coffee shop owner held onto our bags, which was a huge help. We never saw the owner. She only contacted us the day before we got there with all the check-in details. We tried to reach her about arriving early and if we could store our suitcase somewhere, but she never got back to us. We chose to pay at the property, and she asked us to pay the coffee owner. The guy wasn't thrilled about it, but luckily he accepted after talking to the owner on the phone.

• Renate (5/5): Kein Balkon wie angegeben, kein Gartenblick. Zugang total vergittert - Es war sauber und die Ausstattung des Studios war gut, entspricht überwiegend der Beschreibung In der Beschreibung des Studios stand Balkon und Gartenblick, deshalb habe ich es gebucht. Es gab jedoch keinen Balkon und auch keinen Gartenblick. Der Zugang zum Studio war total vergittert wie in einem Gefängnis. Das Waschbecken war locker, den Wasserhahn konnte man kaum bedienen weil eine Ablage darüber moniert war und nach dem Duschen ist das Wasser nicht abgelaufen, man musste putzen um es in den Ablauf zu bekommen. Die Zugangsdaten erhielt ich als ich mitgeteilt habe wann ich ankomme. Danach war die Konversation per WhatsApp etwas langsam, es wurde nicht zeitnah geantwortet und ich musste mehrfach meine Pläne ändern weil die Vermieterin sich nicht meldete. Am letzten Tag klappte es jedoch gut, sie buchte sogar ein Taxi für mich weil mein Taxifahrer sich nicht meldete

• Deepak (9/5): A clean quaint suite that has all that a couple might. Red for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! - I stayed at the King suite. It’s like a home away from home for a couple or single person. It’s got a nice sitting area in the front with lots of windows overlooking the quaint cafe below. The bedroom with King bed is big with a very comfortable bed and the dark wood panelling is very traditional. The place is centrally located in old town with lots of restaurants and bars! There is also a small kitchenette and a washing machine. The owner is quite responsive in resolving any concerns right away. Highly recommended! There was some confusion re: location of keys and suite at remote check-in but I called the owner and it was taken care of…

• Jessica (8/5): Convenient location. - Fantastic location near the night market, 525 restaurant and herbal sauna. Air conditioning. Fast internet. There was a bloody tissue paper on the floor by the side of the bed. If it wasn’t for that, I’d say the place was spotless. But that was a bad oversight.

Sinon chambre agréable. Et le commerce en bas le Comptoir , qui n'a rien avoir, propose thé et café sur une petite cour intérieure .

• Caterina (9/5): Grazioso appartamento caratteristico - Appartamento spazioso e accogliente, con tutto il necessario anche per un soggiorno lungo. Posizione buona per visitare la città, anche se un po’ lontana rispetto ad alcune delle attrazioni. Abbiamo chiesto possibilità di lasciare i bagagli il giorno del check-out e ci è stato proposto di lasciarli all’aperto, in un vicolo dietro all’appartamento, esposti a tutto e tutti.

Greit med kopper og kar var det også. Alt så nær som viftene var rent og genialt at soverom var adskilt fra oppholdsrom. Ingen sjenerende støy på kveld og natt og likevel så nært night market. Helt utmerket! 10/10

• Nikita (10/5): Perfect place in Vientiane - A small apartment in the city center, but located on a quiet street. The apartment has everything you need for both short-term and long stays. The check-in instructions were very detailed, and the owner was contactable at any time and answered all my questions to make my stay as comfortable as possible. There is a kitchen with necessary utensils, a refrigerator, a washing machine and an ironing board. The bed is comfortable. Nothing.
• Casey (9/5): Superb - This is a lovely little apartment with a great location downtown. It was very comfortable with a beautiful design and full facilities, including a well-stocked kitchen, a work desk, and even a washing machine. Check in and check out were easy, and the host was attentive with checking in by Whatsapp. Overall a really lovely experience! The room wasn't very soundproof, so noises or conversation from outside or in the apartment below sometimes leaked into the apartment. The bedroom didn't have much natural light due to the building design, but made up for it with electric lights and the natural brightness of the sitting room.
