• giorgio (8/5): - Posizione ottima, vicinissima alla stazione ferroviaria Valencia Nord e alla metro Xativa (a pochissimi minuti a piedi) e per visitare comodamente tutto il centro. Comodo anche il deposito bagagli Stow your bags se si arriva troppo in anticipo rispetto all'orario del check-in ed eventualmente dopo il check-out. Apertura automatizzata per l'accesso all'appartamento e il ritiro della chiave all'interno. Non abbiamo visto il gestore, ma è stato fatto tutto tramite cellulare. Locali puliti, letto comodo, .Non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina, ma sembrava avere tutto l'occorrente. Rapporto qualità prezzo discreto. Ottima la connessione wi-fi. La mancanza di una seconda sedia, trattandosi di un appartamento con letto matrimoniale, (ovviamente predisposto per 2 persone e con uso cucina) . Era presente una scrivania con una sedia da ufficio, adatta per lavoro, ma insufficiente per due persone che volessero consumare i pasti al tavolo... Abbiamo sollevato il problema col gestore, che ha ignorato la richiesta.

• Kaity (6/5): It was functional and convenient for an efficiency studio - Location was great and close to train/metro. Washing machine was convenient and kitchen was good to have. It wasn’t the cleanest and there was only hot water for a few minutes when showering.

• Elisa (10/5): Come sentirsi a casa in pieno centro città - L’appartamento è moderno e pulito, con tutto l’occorrente, e soprattutto con molti servizi extra offerti come capsule del caffè, the, detersivo per la lavatrice, bagnoschiuma. Tutte cose che fanno davvero molto piacere e non sono scontate. Inoltre, posizione centralissima ma nonostante ciò molto tranquilla, si dorme tranquillamente. Non c’è un vero e proprio tavolo con sedie dove mangiare, ma c’è una scrivania piuttosto grande dove poterlo fare. Ha senso vista la disposizione degli spazi dello studio. considerando che abbiamo mangiato fuori tutti i giorni, non è stato un problema.
• Valentin Fleancu (10/5): - The apartment is central, well-kept, equipped with everything you need. The apartment is not big but it is very pleasant. The air conditioning is very efficient and the internet works perfectly. The TV is expensive, it is not cheap like you find in most accommodations. Too bad we only stayed two days, we will be back! One thing to note, upon arrival Google Maps will send you to a side street. The entrance is from the main street. It is best to ask the owner for a picture on WhatsApp like we did and you will find the entrance immediately. And one more thing, at the end of your stay if you leave early in the morning, first you have to go down with the elevator and open the two doors that can only be opened with the key, then go up to the apartment to leave the keys. If you don't do this and leave the keys in the apartment, you won't be able to leave and you won't be able to go back to the apartment to get the keys. You will be stuck in between and will have to call the landlord to open your apartment and then follow the steps above. Nothing.
• Arta (10/5): Nice apartment with perfect location - Nice and cozy apartment with perfect location. The key for the outside gate is the same for the building’s outdoor door - so no problems there. Washing machine is nice bonus. Bed is comfortable. Everything was fine.

• Massimo (9/5): Ottimo appartamento a due passi dal centro storico - Appartamento in ottima posizione a due passi dal centro storico, pulito e ben organizzato. C'è solo una sedia, davanti alla scrivania vicino al letto. Per me era sufficiente, perchè ho viaggiato da solo. Una sedia in più per una seconda persona potrebbe però essere utile.

• Nicola (10/5): Un tranquillo e comodo soggiorno - Appartamento in posizione ottima per visitare il centro città! La camera è pulita, ben arredata e molto silenziosa. Abbiamo dormito molto bene. Dotata di aria condizionata e angolo cottura attrezzato. Il bagno è molto spazioso.

• Lidiya (10/5): Great landlord, convenient location, nice apartment - The apartment was great. I can't say anything bad. But as an improvement, you can put another chair - we had breakfast at home and there was only one chair :)
• Boglárka (8/5): Very good - Good location. Comfortable bed, wifi, shops in near distance. The door of the shower cubicle did not work, the toilet wobbled. Another chair was missing. 2 keys would have been good, there was only one for two person.
• Ximena (6/5): It was ok but could have been much better. - Location was very good. A block away from the train station and the city center. Unortunately the apartment needs to be taken care, because there are things broken and they are necessary for a good stay.
• Lauren (9/5): Superb - The room was really spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The check in was online so very easy to do. The room is in a perfect location for all activities in Valencia and super close to metro, train station & bus stops. The air conditioning unit was very efficient and kept us cool but the room wasn't hot anyway. The shower head was not attached so it wasn't enjoyable to take shower. The shower is a little tricky to get right temperature wise but we persevered and it was fine. The kitchen brings in a lot of light so late mornings and siestas aren't possible if you like dark room for sleep.
