• Pablo (9/5): Our experience was very positive overall and I would definitely consider coming back. - This apartment was in an excellent location with cool shops and restaurants near by. It was more spacious than I expected and the decor was lovely. The terrace was also an amazing addition to the space, providing us with ample space to hang out and enjoy dinners outside. The shower in the large bathroom emitted a strange smell that would travel throughout the apartment. While it wasn’t a huge deal, it was quite unpleasant and we would have to crack the windows and spray perfume to control the smell.

• Bernie (8/5): Won’t be back… - Location When we arrived at the location to collect our keys the lady at the store was the rudest I ever met … we didn’t get access to our apartment until 6pm 3 hours later than scheduled … no correspondence since to apologise our explain what happened…
• Antonios (2/5): Very rude staff, wrong check in details and very uncomfortable bedding . Good location - Nice terrace The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They send us the wrong instructions for check in and they couldn’t provide a support for over 2 hours having us wait in the rain. They didn’t even apologise. The property says 3 double beds, the 3rd bed on the mezzanine floor is almost impossible to reach with the ceiling bing 5cm from your face. We had to sleep on the sofa. There was nothing provided in the flat like coffee pods or tea. Super basic. The check out was also really bad forcing to leave earlier than what we agreed on the phone and threatening us on the phone

• Kate (5/5): Professional short stay company exploiting vulnerable housing market. - La terrazza Prop tech. Had to have WiFi access to use a link to get into the building and apartment. I wasn't on roaming - so what happens then?? My friends did have Internet and the link didn't work. Had to call anonymous call centre to arrange remote access. Staff rude. Only one set of actual keys and we were told we'd be charged if they were lost while we tried to arrange a shared point to leave them outside.

• Catherine (9/5): Nice Apartment - Really nice apartment and the terrace was a lovely addition. Plenty of space for four adults for a few days. Great location. Washer/dryer was a bit complicated to figure out, but that was probably because we don't have combo units in Canada.
• Guillermo (10/5): Great, comfortable location. It was a little pricey. - Modern and chic It was hard to get into. You had to have a smart phone. You were only given access for a short time. Took us forever to get into the building. A couple entering the building let us in and luckily the cleaning crew was still present so we could drop off our suitcases.
• Norman (9/5): Great stay, with some hiccup. - A modern rustic design for those who appreciate. It was comfortable staying there, the oversized balcony is a bonus. Would have been great if there was a barbecue pit (not sure if the city allows). The attic is a fun hideout, or a great place for afternoon nap. All in all, love the design, love the space. We arrived on Sunday and the staff in charge forgot to inform us on how to access the apartment. It’s a smart system, they will need to generate link for you to open the main entrance and the apartment door. There is another passcode at the foyer, please insist to have all 3 access point instruction before you arrive. Other than this inconvenience, this place would have been perfect.
