• Robert (7/5): Good - Location was excellent, in the centre of Milan. Apartment was suitable for two adults. It was clean and comfortabl apart from the bathroom.. The electricity went on the first day. Travel Inside looked after that for us once we reported it. There was no human to provide introductions. Qr codes were available but not always easy to navigate. The bathroom was very shabby. The bath in particular needs to be replaced. Signs of damp, dirty plughole, and broken tiles on the floor.

• Mina (2/5): Dirty apartment in a good location - Location is great Bathroom was dirty, and there was hair in the shower. This hasn't been cleaned before we checked in. The shower side was completely falling off and we had to assemble it, but thay didn't work. HORRIBLE. The shower nozzles were disgusting.

• Emily (2/5): I would never stay at this uncomfortable and gross apartment again - The location was decent. The apartment is filthy and it smelled horrible when we arrived. The bathroom is moldy and falling apart. The bed is SO uncomfortable we barely slept. There were also a ton of mosquitos in the bedroom that ate us all night long.

• Marcio (6/5): With a little attention from owner this could be a really nice place. - Good location relatively close to main sites. Fairly quiet (except for construction across the street). AC. 2 portable units that required elaborate setup (no explanation offered). The ac units required opening the large windows to vent the exhaust hose outwards consequently allowing hot air into the apartment. One of the windows had a thin cloth barrier to keep the hot air out, but still was very inefficient. Dedicated openings for the ac exhaust hoses need to be installed to make the setup efficient. Broken tiles with very sharp edges in kitchen area. Kitchen sink faucet very loose.
