masahiro (4/5): 全体的にゆったり感と経験値不足 - 全体的にきれいで、いい香りで、快適でした。フロントを含めたロビーがとても狭く、併設されているラウンジも閉まっていることが多く、待ち合わせなどするには、適切な環境ではない感じがした。また、ホテル前のスペースが小さく、タクシーの乗り降りも車道となり、ゆとりがなかった。さらに、フロントの従業員は、経験が浅いのか、やりとりに親切さがあまり感じられなかった。客室が狭く感じられ、すぐ近くパークホテルと比べると、割高感が否めません！

Caren (5/5): - Like the location and the room service it was clean when i requested for cleaning I did not check before i booked that there is no private bath, the public bath is so crowded its too small we need to wait for the availibity of the shower and hair dryer, the ofuro is top small you can even relax to many people

みわ (10/5): - 年末年始の繁忙期にもかかわらず、フロントでお尋ねした時に丁寧に対応してくれた。さすがマリオットの綺麗で素敵なホテルだった。女子の温浴施設でずっと大きな音が鳴っていたのであまりリラックスはできなかった。

Brittany (9/5): Centrally located hotel with comfortable and spacious rooms - Beautiful hotel located within walking distance of a train station. The lounge and buffet breakfast were excellent. The hotel provided sleds and toys to enjoy the snow with, which was a delight! The hotel room itself was spacious and had very comfortable beds. Will definitely stay here again. The restaurant food was a little pricey. I would have loved a shuttle service from New Chitose Airport or Sapporo Station, as dragging luggage through the snow was challenging - but otherwise no real negatives!

Henry (1/5): My stay was a complete breach of trust and security. - The problems began when housekeeping entered my room before 8:00 AM, completely ignoring the "Do Not Disturb" sign. The situation escalated when I discovered my gym shoes were missing from my room. Upon investigation, the hotel confirmed that housekeeping had seen the shoes in my room during their last cleaning and that I did not have them. Essentially, they verified the shoes were taken from my room. As a loyal Marriott member, I expected the hotel to take this seriously. However, they refused any responsibility and, shockingly, refused to involve the police. I cannot stress enough how unsafe and disregarded this made me feel.

Breakfast was great, an excellent buffet choice in a lovely restaurant. Service was friendly and professional. Our room was a good size, comfy, clean and modern. Overall a lovely hotel for a short break.

Glennplummer (9/5): Comfy Stay Good Quality and Value - This hotel is excellent. The room was a good size and the bed comfy with good amenities. We enjoyed a very nice buffet breakfast with a Japanese and Western selection which was also good value. It’s 5 minutes walk to a metro station and only 2 stops from Sapporo Main Station. It’s also within about 10 to 15 minutes walk of a good selection of restaurants. Here is a pointer you can ask the hotel to book a fixed price taxi to the airport for ¥11,780 including tolls. The front desk staff were attentive and helpful but seemed inexperienced and maybe lacking training. Simple requests were meet with puzzlement which I don’t think was about language barriers. There was no concierge to assist. But really no complaint, I would stay there again.
Ngarmpun (8/5): Perfect. - I liked the location, very near a subway station. The environment was quiet, clean and safe. I booked 2 rooms with connecting door. Both were functional and suitable for travelers in wheelchairs. The bathroom was equipped with rails and a bathing chair. I did not like the view from the bedrooms, but I had no expectations for the view, so it is not a downside.

We have a car and when we checked out we told her we were only park for one night. But she pretended she didn't hear that and just wanted to charge us for the week parking fee.When we reminded her again that it was only one night she asked us to prove it. I said you can check cctv. In the end, she reluctantly charged for one day. When she make the final payment, she just use the calculator to show me the price,even not show me the details😦 All the other customers have paper details but we don't .She didn't look happy till we done all the procedure. It made me disappointed 😢

Eunhye (10/5): 코트야드 메리어트 아주 좋았어요! - 각 파트별 직원분들 아주 친절하였고 편하게 잘 묵었습니다. 지하주차장이 없이 옥외 야외주차장 자리가 매우 적어서 주차 타워에 넣어야 합니다 참고하세요. 밤 11시40분이 넘어서 체크인 했는데 주차직원이 퇴근한 시간이었으나 프론트 스탭분께서 친절히 주차 타워입차 도와주셨습니다. 감사합니다^^

SEBIN (4/5): - New hotel but our room was dusty. I cleaned the floor since we already unpacked and didn’t want to be bothered. Need to mop or steam, the floor wasn’t clean. Window in the room doesn’t open air gets stuffy fyi. Casual vibe.
