-GROUP UNDER 25 YEARS OLD ARE NOT AUTHORIZED. -We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood if not the Barcelona authorities have the right to retain the whole security deposit. -Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine. -Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€). -This accommodations is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros. -It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit. Check-in regular time between 13h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 13h, if available, requires extra 20€. The regulations of our country require us to verify the information of the passport, identity card of the traveler. Barcelona city tax not included: 5,50€ per night per person.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Ausstattung war gut. das Bett war extrem bequem. In der Küche war alles da was man braucht. Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock. das Apartemen liegt an einer sehr befahren Kreuzung.

Yullia (10/5): Уютная квартира, в которой есть абсолютно все, что нужно для комфортного проживания. - Отличное расположение, тихое и уютное место. Небольшие, но комфортные комнаты, есть все необходимое для проживания. Однозначно бы вернулись в будущем сюда.
DMITRII (8/5): - Очень уютная квартира в хорошем районе Барселоне. Мест для хранения достаточно, кухня и наполнение - выше всяких похвал (есть все!). Ответственный, приветливый хозяин, заселение без эксцессов. Немного не подошла по размеру кровать:)

Sofia (10/5): Excellent! - Location was great with many different metro stations within a 10min walk. Very clean and neat flat with all the essentials. Balcony is a bonus! Check-in was smooth and straightforward and communication with host excellent. Some treats in the fridge were a lovely gesture and made us feel taken care of. The only negative was hearing the neighbours talking and laughing at night as the walls are very thin. But it was not every night and not too bad. The extra charge of €50 after midnight check-in was a bit steep although i understand the logic of it.
Mohammad (7/5): Location - -location is good, many groceries, gyms, barber shops, pharmacies, …etc around the apartment. -full kitchen equipment with a washing machine. -good apartment space with dining table. -not far from the airport. -need more pillows for the bed. -toilets are separated not connecting. -you can hear your neighbors and outside street horn, so must be a better noise isolation. -there’s no elevator to the apartment, so if you have many heavy luggages you will be tired to lifts them up.

Marie-louise (8/5): Very good - The appartement was relatively spacious and close to several subway stations and restaurants. The air condition was a great feature as well The bed was umcomfortable and felt too small for two people of average (aka not super skinny) size.
Javier (9/5): Clean, relatively spacious, and accommodating. - Very clean and accommodating. While the balcony could be noisy, it’s very central to a lot of good sights. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable and it was very hard to see the keyhole to enter at night.
