Guest Reviews
- David (9/5): Thanks to David for letting us book a short stay in what must be a busy time for the leisure industry. - A charming cottage, with a secure garden for the dog in a lovely village. We felt we were miles away from the hubbub of city life yet we had easy access to motorway links and the town of Banbury. The only criticism was the slay bed was so low it was difficult for a 70 year old man to get up from.
- Stevens (7/5): Restful - This was a quirky little self catering annexe to the main property on Main rd.,Farthinghoe, with lots of character. It was warm and the beds were comfortable. Lots of artwork to buy on display, which was interesting. Personally I would have liked to use the garden or at least be allowed to sit on the patio.
- danie (8/5): Friendly clean cottage - The hosts were friendly and the place was clean A welcome pack of tea, coffee and milk would be useful. Parking on the main road is a bit difficult... the road is very noisy at all times

- Marc (8/5): - Schönes haus. Viel Komfort. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Sehr gute Ausstattung.
- JO (10/5): Lovely little cottage with everything needed for a short break away - Great spot and nice little cottage No onsite parking the bed frame made getting
Out of bed uncomfortable
- Ian (8/5): -
- Kelly (10/5): - The cottage was lovely warm and welcoming
Thank you Dave for leaving the lights on as we were arriving later than expected
- Edwina (6/5): - Very hot, no airflow in main bedroom.
Odd location for the bath
Was expecting a microwave in the kitchen
- Wetherall-Stelling (9/5): Very comfortable property, great host ,good instructions for check in. All good. -
- Pope (10/5): Great property will definitely return - Well presented property , very !friendly helpful owner Clean and nice cottage great location
- KayD (10/5): - Cozy comfy and Dave the host went above and beyond. Area is a bit quiet but a good base
- Mark (8/5): Very comfortable - Very quiet Vehicle access a little tricky
- Les (10/5): Exceptional - Everything! Beautifully clean and comfortable cottage with everything we needed. Our host Dave is a true gentleman who went out of his way to help us. We would definitely recommend Magnolia Annex to anyone. That we couldn't stay longer
- Christopher (9/5): Great - Very nice location, excellent host, great value
- Shirley (8/5): Very good - Convenient to our daughter who we were visiting. Very busy main road just outside.
- Colin (9/5): Very relaxing. Dave is a good host. - Spacious and quiet. All well thought out . Nothing but if I was there for longer and weather was like it was I’d have liked to feel I had access to the garden.
Not the fault of the property but the closure of the farm shop cafe was not known to me. Having access to this felt that there were some amenities in the village. Some milk in fridge would have been useful on first night.
- Helen (10/5): Exceptional - Delightful accommodation and well equipped kitchen.
Pleasant decor, very clean and comfortable. Met all needs including doggy's!
The host is very helpful. No dislikes
Beware of traffic when coming out of front door!

- Louise (10/5): Exceptional -

- Robert (5/5): Value Cottage - It was a good sized cottage and good value for money. It had all the amenities you could need inside. A private garden space would have been useful for our dog. There was also no parking on site and you had to park on a small street across the road. Unfortunately, the tv signal also kept cutting out.
- Jane (5/5): Left a day early glad to be home and warm. - Property was cold sat with blankets over us, no fuel for the fire. Cold shower first thing not good then bath ran cold after only 3cm of hot water. Gate into property was a pain.
- Jonathan (10/5): Exceptional -
