• Martha (8/5): Excellent value - So spacious, amazing value and so central. Well equipped and the complimentary drinks and breakfast things were very appreciated. Amazingly comfortable bed. It really is in the centre so bars are noisy on the weekend until late, didn't bother me at all but something to bear in mind if you're a light or early sleeper.

Communication is brilliant and the little touches left by the hosts were excellent You won't be disappointed if you book this apartment, yes you are above a music venue but it certainly didn't spoil our stay and if the noise is a factor then don't worry as James and Rachael leave ear plugs

• Caroline (4/5): Very loud but good location if you are going to Cardiff for the nightlife. - Clean and very spacious. Easy instructions on checking in. Great location if you are wanting to enjoy the night life in Cardiff. Extremely noisy location - loud music throughout the night during the week. It sounds like a night club is in the flat. Do not book this if you are wanting to sleep before 1am! I wore earplugs but still made no difference. Unfortunately, I was in Cardiff for a work course and would not have booked this location if I realised the severity of the noise.

• Wayne Murray1 (10/5): City Centre bolt hole. - It's a whole 1 bedroom flat, not a studio. Separate bedroom, lounge, kitchen. The fact it was partially catered, helpful. Location extraordinary. 5 mins from the station, right in the middle of everything. Next door to brewhouse. Very secure. You go through 3 doors to get to it. Absolutely spot on. Highly recommend. Nothing. One of the best places I've ever booked.

• Clair (10/5): Me and my sister stayed here for one night. We normally stay in hotels but this large flat was super cheap and super clo - Very central, nice and bright, lovely big bed, excellent facilities. Lovely little touches like breakfast, bread, cereals jams left, plus milk, tea, coffee and sugar, also bottles of water and two bottles of beers. Which we didn’t expect.

There was nothing I didnt like, however if I had to nit pick, the only thing that I could think of that could be improved is maybe switching the shower to an electric one, but even that is clutching at straws for a negative!

Really great communication. We appreciated all the extra touches like coffee, fresh milk, water, crumpets, beer and prosecco and snacks. Such great value for money. Would definitely return. Nothing to say, all was perfect for us.

The bed and sofa was really comfortable. The little treats left by the host was a lovely touch, and appreciated. Would highly recommend this accommodation. The communication with the host was 10/10 and super helpful. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

• peter (9/5): A great location and a cosy apartment. - Great location for a night out in Cardiff. The apartment is large and beautifully furnished. We had an easy check in and communication with the host was great. The host was very generous by leaving a few complimentary essentials and some treats for us. The host had pre-warned us that the venue next door plays music late and they provided earplugs to help with sleeping. We didn't require these as the music stopped at a reasonable hour for a Friday night. It's just around the corner from the famous chippy lane, so getting food was no issue and there are plenty of bars near by. In the morning there was absolutely no street noise, so we enjoyed a peaceful lay in before having to check out at 11am. We will definitely look to book this property again in the future. It's hard to find an issue with the property. We didn't mind the sound of the music in the early evening and it wasn't an issue later on. For some people it may be an issue, but it wasn't for us.
• Leon (9/5): Really nice apartment - Very nice apartment. Excellent communication from James to let us know where the apartment is and how to get in. Drinks and breakfast provided was an unexpected but welcome surprise. A bit noisy at night as it was Saturday night and the apartment was in a street full of bars but James warned us about it advance and even provided earplugs so no issue there.

Host was excellent with communication. Left us with complimentary breakfast, milk , drinks etc……. What a treat. Stayed a Friday night, music playing until early hours but earplugs had been provided and it wasn’t a major problem and we had been warned from the reviews . Still didn’t dimmer how good we thought the apartment was.

• michelle (10/5): Excellent location, excellent hosts - The apartment had everything you needed. The hosts even provided fresh milk coffee tea, sugar, snacks, bottled water. Absolutely perfect so we didn't have to race out and purchase the basics. The bed was massive and so comfortable. Communication was excellent, responded instantly and clear instructions. Location was bang in the centre of Cardiff, even though there was some noise from the bars, the hosts provided earlier plugs for our convenience, but to be honest, it was fine. • Sam (10/5): The perfect little apartment for short stays, right in the center of Cardiff! - The apartment was in the perfect location, 5 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the Utilita Arena, very close to all the shops and restaurants as well. The apartment was very clean and tidy, the bed super big and comfortable. James sent us all the required info on the day of arrival and was very helpful. We couldn't fault the stay!
• Lee (9/5): Fab city centre apartment. - Right in the center of town, very close to all the nightlife. The hosts were amazing and very generous with food and drinks available for us, if we wanted. If I have to picky, the rooms are looking a little tired, and could do with a refurbish, however it was clean and the hosts were amazing.

• Gavin (10/5): Fabulous, would recommend above any hotel - The owners contacted us numerous times to ensure we had all the details we needed to get to and enter the apartment. When we arrived at the property it was clean and beautifully furnished. The owners also left us some snacks, prossecco, a couple of beers and everything we needed for a much needed coffee in the morning including some crumpets!! Such a nice touch and very kind. The position of the property was perfect. Right in the centre of town. We went to chip alley for post evening food and then basically fell into our accommodation 😂 We'd been to the Mororpoint Arena (or whatever it's called now!) to watch a gig which again was only a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Cheaper than every hotel we looked at for our stay and much nicer. I can't fault anything with this place however if you're looking for a quiet stay on a weekend, it is situated above a bar that's open till 4am so the music can be quite loud. The owners left some ear plugs for us but to be honest we were in said bar until 1am ourselves and were suitably lubricated to not need to worry about the noise when falling asleep 🤣

• Nicola (8/5): A lovely, clean and homely space in a trendy part of town. - Great location in terms of shopping and night life. A bit noisy in the evening although Wednesday night is student night and they seem to like a karaoke round here.

• Abhijeet (10/5): - The location is close to the main train station, within 5 minutes of walking. Around the property are many restaurants, shopping arcades. The castle and other attractions are 10 minutes walking distance away. The apartment is perfectly suitable for a couple or solo travellers. The kitchen is equipped, and the owners provided complementary breakfast. The nights are noisy with the clubs next door playing loud music the whole night. The owners provide earplugs to help you sleep, but if you are a light sleeper, you will find it difficult to fall asleep

Thank you guys. - Only a few minutes from the railway station and walking distance to all the main attractions. Hosts easy to communicate with and no problems checking in or out. Breakfast cereal, drinks and snacks provided voluntarily. Decent sized bed and very comfortable. For everything the place has to offer it is extremely good value. Bar next door has live music til late in the evening but double glazing and ear plugs (provided) do help reduce any noise. We knew this at time of booking and everything else the apartment has to offer far outweighs this 1 negative.

• Keith (9/5): A great apartment in the heart of Cardiff city centre. - The location in St Mary's street is in the heart of Cardiff and could not be more central. for us it was a short walk from the bus stop, its even shorter from the station. We were able to gain entry quite easily and the apartment, the size and facilities exceeded our expectations. A fully fitted out kitchen/diner/lounge area, a very large bed and bedroom, good size toilet/shower room with a bath. We really appreciated the welcome pack, tea, coffee, beer etc. We will use this apartment again for our future stays in Cardiff. Really good value for money. Nothing I can think of. You are in the heart of the Brewery Quarter so expect some noise on weekends, but with the ear plugs provided, we both found no problem in sleeping.

There were even drinks and snacks available besides the usual coffee and tea, etc. Absolutely a wonderful place to stay and I will definitely stay there again if I am ever in cool and delightful Cardiff.
