• Mzolisto (1/5): What used to be a good establishment is becoming progressively worse in terms of service. 26 Dec '24 - Only thing I like and greately appreciated is that we were accomodated allowed to check in later that the stupilated time cut off, this is depsite the fact that I did try NUMEROUS times to call & inform them that we will arrive late. I have stayed here several times before and the service was superb but this stay was horrible with horrible service from the person in charge that night 26 December Every little thing and I attached the pictures to substantiate my bad rating. The room was dirty, filthy, cigarrete butts in the drawers, hair in the shower drain, leak under the toilet. I felt like they gave me the worst room since I got a good discount from bookings.com as a result of of genius level. No coffee refills, bed was horrible....my one night stay overall was horrible. I was shocked because I have stayed there several times as I do business in Potchefstroom. I pray the owners pay attention to this

Noisy all around the floors creek so you can't sleep not to mention no sound proofing so you hear everything (and I mean everything people do at all hours of the night and day). The curtains also did not close all the way so I had to sleep with open curtains. Couldn't wait to leave

• Daleen (7/5): Good - The location was ok not bust at night but I was safe woman alone driving at night Thank you was a wonderful stay There was a smell in the room I think it was the water I report it to the staff and they have sort it out You can maybe check out the towels its time for new ones The parking at night was difficult one night there was a big bus in the parking area Other wise it was very nice
• Graeme (1/5): Absolutely terrible, hated it - Firstly on our first evening, we got back to room,there was no toilet paper and noone available so had to go and purchase some at a garage up the road. The following morning i was in the shower and water went off, apparently they had a plumber come in to fix something and hadn’t told them we were still in the room. When we came home on second evening they had only put one towel as the day before even after i had spoken and corrected that the first day letting them know there are 2 people and also on the same evening im not sure what was behind us in Room 8, it sounded like people were having there on version of some sort of Olympic games, very loud foot steps aswell as moving furniture for about an hour and this was at 23h00.and shower is old and filthy

• Jodene (10/5): We as a family enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back.Keep up the good work. - The staff was very friendly. The room was neat,clean and very comfortable.
• Hester (5/5): Bad, the pictures look so much better than the real deal. Will definately never go back there - On arrival on Friday morning, the receiption lady said there are no rooms available. I told her our room must be available as I paid for 2 nights , therefor our room must still be available. She gave us an other room. We also don't have any breakfast. The lady at receiption said no breakfast over weekends, although it said breakfast included. There was no hot water to shower.
