It’s clean, beautiful and the pool was everything you could ask for. It really made it difficult for us to want to go out because it was so comfortable we just wanted to stay in! The staff members were kind, helpful and very friendly. If I had to nitpick, it’s the mosquitoes which really is more of a nature thing, but even that the team in the villa ensures they provide us with sufficient repellents. So it’s just something to take note of for travellers who may be sensitive to the insect.

- Phil and Tash M (10/5): The best - will definitely be back! - We LOVED Family Nest, our kids have been begging to go back ever since we left. The resort is an abolute kids paradise, with amazing facilities and so much to keep them entertained. The villas are stunning and so clean and comfortable with everything you need. We were supplied fresh fruit and a bottled water dispenser for our stay. All requests (for items such as bed rails, fresh towels, pool toys, etc) were answered incredibly quickly and the staff were so friendly and got to know us quickly! Whilst the resort is in a bit of a quieter area with not a lot around, there is a free shuttle that runs all day back and forth from the main street and Padang Padang Beach which is super convenient!

Definitely stay here if you have child - Unreal accomodation, beautiful villas and so many facilities for children. Awesome stay. A little further away from shops and restaurants than anticipated. Around 10 minutes in a car, too far to walk.

- Caitlin (9/5): Wonderful calm Uluwatu oasis in Uluwatu - We loved our Villa S which was clean, modern and had everything we needed for a week long stay for our family of 4 with two young kids. This is a dream property for young kids with so many special details. The shuttle to the beach is very helpful since there is nothing within walking distance. Everything was great at the Villa and we loved the privacy, cleanliness and the pool was very enjoyable. The mattress was extremely firm and pillows lumpy, I recommend they upgrade these.

- ENO (4/5): Awful service - Interior design and architecture Greedy, dishonest, discriminatory and unaccommodating staff. Refused to merge my multiple bookings which meant I had to move multiple times yet they tried to move me to another villa to accommodate a lighter skin guest. In true character, they attempted to gaslight me into believing that I had booked another villa instead of just honestly asking me. My total stay was almost 1 month yet when I arrived a day late they refused to move my first night to the end. I accepted this but I found it hard to accept how deceptive their adverts for the villas are (they advertise best villa in each category so not all villas have all amenities advertised). When I refused to be downgraded from the villa I’d booked, instead of upgrading me they made the next guests stay in another villa for one night and then moved them into my villa when my booked villa became available.

- Rebecca (7/5): Good for families - New villas, nice staff, great space for families with shared pool and playground. Villas are very clean and new condition. Lots of activities for kids. Water filter included in villa. Big villas with lots of space, large rooms. Daily housekeeping including checking pool water quality. All of the two bedroom villas face south so you hardly get any sun in the pool area which meant we didn't use the pool as much as hoped. Our aircon unit downstairs didn't work well and had a smell to it. The restaurant is good but quite limited selection and you are unable to order alcohol. The location isn't very walkable and there is construction across the street (however this isn't noisy in the villas). Our sheets did had some stains on them. Our neighbouring villa was very noisy in their pool till 2am despite quiet hours from 10pm. While there is 24 hour security, they were not around and we were unable to contact anyone. Lots of ants on bathroom counters.

Snobbish, greedy and dishonest. Stands out as my worst hospitality experience in Bali. I don’t think I earned their respect because I was dark skinned and booked via booking.com to avoid the absurdly inflated prices on their website (comparable to oceanfront designer resorts without the view and none of the marble)

The villas are beautiful, offering plenty of privacy, and the surroundings are lush and wonderfully green. - Ernst (9/5): Heerlijk om met de kinderen te relaxen - Rustige, grote villa’s in Griekse style, allemaal met eigen zwembad en mooi groeb. Zeer nieuw en schoon, ph waarde van zwembad wordt elke dag gemeten, planten worden zeer goed verzorgd. Schoonmaak doet zelfde de vaat elke dag. Er zit ook een playground (pangolin) erbij, waar de kids de hele dag zoet zijn. Personeel allemaal erg vriendelijk. Locatie, je kunt niet wandelend met de kinderen, er is geen enkel voetgangerspad. Strandjes in de nabijheid kun je skippen, niet de moeite waard.

В резортах игровые - это функция, а не дополнительный способ заработать. Ресторана пока нет, вокруг стройка, шумно, спорт зала нет. Странный резорт, в таком случае. Виллы все текут, начинают уставать, у нас был жуткий запах мочи в туалете, который стафф не смог устранить, в кухне толпы муравьев, детская сырая, пахнет также.

Would also love to have a sunbed or something similar beside the private pool to lay down on.

I was there with a friend and truly appreciated the cleanliness, cozy, and homely design of the villa as well as the lovely decor. The place is sparkling clean, beautiful - love the swing by the swimming pool in the private villa. There is also a bigger common pool that can be used. The villa's glass doors are not of good quality, and it was hard to lock them / unlock them.

Doors weren't weather or insect tight, had gaps wide enough to get mosquitoes, centerpeeds and other small bugs an ants come into the villa. 2. The sunk in louge although looked amazing, it soon became a major hazard where it needed a hand rail to ensure our 5 year old didnt fall over half a metre to the tilled floor below. 3. In our kids ensuite shower area there was a neighboring window looking directly into it, maybe some kind of privacy to ensure safety in this matter.

The online trouble we had were the neighbors who screamed and partied till 3 am - screaming in Russian and the security guard couldn’t shut them up. More strong rules around disturbing other guests.
