• ARTAVAZNT (10/5): - Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στην καρδιά στης Σόφιας και έχει όλες τις ανέσεις για ένα ή δύο άτομα. καθαρό και ευρύχωρο και το τζακούζι στο υπνοδωμάτιο το κάνει ακόμα πιο επιθυμητό. Δεν υπάρχει κάτι που να μην μου άρεσε. Αν και το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο. Ίσως κάποιος που έχει κάποια κοινοτικά προβλήματα. ΔΕΝ υπάρχει ασανσέρ

Perfect location, in the weekends it can get a little bit louder on the streets but not too loud if you close the windows We could not sleep in the bed. It was too hard. Normally we booked for 3 nights but the last night we had to book a new hotel because of the matrass. You can feel the springs from the matrass through it and i think the floor would of slept softer. And we do like firmer matrasses, but this one was a no go. If you took a shower the whole bathroom was flooded, that caused a lot of mold on the floor.

• Beatriz (10/5): Super recomendable! - Destaco la amabilidad del anfitrion y disponibilidad a ayudarnos en todo momento con el tema logístico, nos sorprendió positivamente el alojamiento ya que es mejor y más grande de lo que se ve en imágenes y tiene una situación más q excelente. Sólo eché a faltar tener una cafetera.

• Paolo (8/5): Appartamento con buona posizione per visitare Sofia in un breve soggiorno. - L'appartamento si trova vicino alla vitosha street, la via principale di Sofia. Si trova al secondo piano. L'appartamento è recente ma lmanca un pochino di manutenzione. Il wifi funzionava. La tv non aveva i canali ma anadava solo con la conessione internet. La vasca jacuzzi non l'ho provata, quindi non saprei. Singolare che è presente un'altalena internamente. Ci hanno fatto trovare due bottigliette di acqua in camera. La posizione è molto buona. Un po' di manutenzione in più sarebbe consigliabile.

• Sarah (3/5): No luxury at all!!! - The location. The "luxury"... If there is a jacuzzi then pls fix it. I asked a few days before we went if the jacuzzi is working and the owner texted me back "yes". It is just a bath for two and the bubbles are not working. The owner texted me always directly back except when I asked how we could turn on the bubbles, then no reaction so I called and then he said that the bath is working but the bubbles are not working. This is misleading!!! There was someone his drink in the fridge, the toilet is leaking and it is loose. The floor was also higher here and there (I think due to water damage). Everyone who wants to book this for the jacuzzi, pls do not book this!!!
• Λουλη (2/5): - Η τοποθεσια του Για αρχη το δωματιο ηταν βρωμικο απο τους προηγουμενους τραπεζακια με σταμπες πανω απο ποτηρια και νερα πατωμα με τριχες και σκονες και σε ενα σημειο υπηρχαν σταγωνες απο αιμα . Η τουαλετα δεν ηταν σταθερη και καθε φορα που καθοσουν κουνιοταν χρησιμοποιημενο χαρτι υγειας χωρις σακουλα ο καδος . Το κρεβατι μη βολικο και το τζακουζι δεν λειτουργουσε. Σε σχεση με το πρωσοπικο η καθαριστρια μολις της ζητησαμε καινουργιο χαρτι υγειας ειχε μια κακη συμπεριφορα απεναντι μας ( μας εδωσε 2 βρωμικα και μολις της τα δειξαμε νευριασε και μας εφερε καινουργιο) . Ο οικοδεσποτης μολις τον στειλαμε μηνυμα για τους κωδικους του WiFi απαντησε κατευθειαν ενω για το αν λειτουργει το τζακουζι ποτε . Επισης προσπαθησε να ανοιξει την πορτα την ωρα που ημασταν μεσα χωρις να εχουμε καποια ενημερωση 10 η ωρα το βραδυ μολις ανοιξαμε μας απαντησε οτι εψαχνε να δει κατι . Για τα λεφτα που ζητανε ολο αυτο ειναι τελειως απαραδεκτο εφοσον οι μισες παροχες δεν δουλευουν οπως τα ερκοντισιον . Ωραιος χωρος αλλα μη αξιοποιησιμος .
• Alessia (3/5): Annuncio ingannevole. Altro che Luxury! - La posizione era molto buona. L'appartamento era molto carente. È pubblicizzato come Luxury e avente la Jacuzzi, ma questa non funzionava e si sentiva oltretutto puzza dalle tubature. Abbiamo provato a contattare l'host per la Jacuzzi, ma non ha risposto. Il wc era quasi staccato dal pavimento o dal muro e ogni volta che ci si alzava o ci si sedeva si spostava facendo un gran rumore. Inoltre i condizionatori non funzionavano bene dando solo aria fredda, cosa che in autunno non è il massimo, nonostante fossero impostati su aria calda. Anche il frigo funzionava a stento. I comodini erano tutti scheggiati e uno dei due era rotto, infatti si smontava pericolosamente (non l'ho potuto usare). Infine, non funzionava né la connessione wifi, né nessuno dei due televisori per quanto riguarda le applicazioni smart.

It was easy to check in after we arrived late at night and the circle bed was a cool feature. The living room area was good. The jacuzzi bubbles feature did not work - it was just a regular bath. The shower occasionally flooded as there was no shower door.

• Kristina Yakovcheva (8/5): - The location is perfect. The jacuzzi is great. It was clean and comfortable There's a fun swing in the living room. Great value for the price. Check-in was a bit tricky since the cleaner had forgotten to clean the apartment, and so we had to wait another half an hour.

• Ivelina (2/5): - За жалост въпреки късното ни пристигане в 22 вечерта, жилището не беше изчистено, дори имаше следи от голямата нужда на предишния гост в тоалетната.. Момчето се постара да изчисти, но ние вече бяхме в жилището и се получи доста неловко. Също така не ни беше комуникирано, че не трябва да затваряме входната врата, докато ключовете са вътре, и когато напуснахме жилището, чистачката ни се скара доста, но ние няма как да знаем - т.е. доста лоша комуникация. Локацията иначе е хубава. Но трима човека спахме на дивана свити на топка, защото ни беше гнус да спим на другото легло, миришеше на силен парфюм и не изглеждаше чисто, завивките бяха намачкани и леко мокри. Почувствахме се разочаровани, че трябваше да платим 100лв за такова неприятно преживяване.

• Nicole (8/5): Very good - Very nice apartment in a good location near the center, metro station. The apartment is spacious, nicely and modernly furnished. Super luxury for a good price. The jacuzzi is a great advantage of the apartment, but we had to clean it before we could use it. After that everything was fine. A minor disadvantage is the location of the apartment above a night club, which may result in you hearing music until late hours.
