- Jessica (1/5): Terrible customer service, room was not what we booked and neither was location, very stressful and disappointing. - Can’t comment on the actual property I booked because they moved us to a different location as the room apparently wasn’t ready for our stay, even though we booked 2 days prior. Check-in was stated as anytime from 3pm onwards, we arrived at 3:15pm. The room wasn’t ready, they told us we could have a different room at a different hotel 4 blocks away. We said no thank you because we had booked for the location and had two small children, we stated we were happy to wait until the room was cleaned. They then sent details on how to access the room we did not book nor want. They stopped answering our calls so we were left with no choice but to leave the hotel we booked and go to the other one 4 blocks away. The room seemed barely finished, there were no batteries in the remotes, no internet so we couldn’t watch TV, beds were rock hard, a very disappointing room and blocks away from where we had originally booked.

Some initial confusion over check in instructions were settled very quickly and professionally. Will definitely stay here again Nothing!
