Management needs to fix the horrendous stench in the hallwa - Primary bedroom was comfortable, bathroom /shower good/patio nice Described as 5 beds, one “bed “was a mattress in closet with no bedding, one was a two inch thick mattress on ground. Not a real trundle. Couch was dirty underneath . The hallway to the apartment was so smelly every day. We held our breath. Apartment was fine.

The place is clean and spacious for 4 people and has everything you need. Happy to book it again once we visit SLC again. Everything was great, thank you!
Fabian (8/5): Very good - Location is great. Close to downtown. Many things in walking distance. Close to public transportation. Value for money really quite good. The only tthing that was really annoying was the fact that you needed a key fob to get in and out of the building, and we only got one single key fob. For an apartment that hosts up to 6 people, that means you're stuck in the apartment or stuck outside if you go different places in two or more groups.
Steve (9/5): Really great place and location. Needs just a little more personal attention. - Well appointed in terms of furniture and facilities. Great location. Good instructions as to how to access parking, facilities, etc. Owner needs to either visit or pay someone to keep things stocked. No dishwasher soap, toiletries.

And how $120 cleaning charge and $34.63 admin fee were added to the room charge of $118.80 once the booking confirmed. We only spent 1 night there and the cleaning fee is excessive. We would have booked elsewhere for a lot less.
