Stefan (8/5): Good location and host - Very clean, easy to get connect whit the host, perfekt location We where five adults and the extra bed wasn’t good. It was hard and not good.

John (8/5): Good choice ! - Location was great . Apartment was clean and the balcony was great especially for smokers . Very close to main street. No face to face communication with the host . However there were a good communication via messages . The single bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Kitchen fully equipped Giulia so nice The only thing I can mention is too much light gets in the apt through the ceiling. My recommendation would be to bring a “cover for your eyes”. The rest was perfect?
Valentini (4/5): Disappointing - The location - only. The bathroom was very small and was smelly. As a result, the whole apartment was therefore smelling like an actual sewage. We notified the owner from day one but she replied that she has never received such a complaint. (?) - which does not really matter. It was happening to us and it was real. Well, it might had been the first one, but she did not take immediate action. In addition to the sewage smell which was making us sick, the other tenants were smoking, and we could feel the smoke in our room. You can imagine the combination of sewage and cigar smoke together in one open space apartment.. In addition to this, there is on top of the main bed a window which is not sealed property and the day light affected us every morning. We had to wake up from the blinding light around 5.45am every day. We survived two nights out of 5 booked. We eventually booked a hotel room nearby and moved there as it was impossible to live with the sewage smell. We did not tell anything to the host as she was only finding excuses every time we mentioned that there was a serious problem with the bathroom and wc smell. She only said the will book a plumber after our check out which was complete pointless and very disappointing. The right thing to do was: 1) Apologize for the inconvenience 2) Book a plumber immediately 3) Try to assist with an alternative accommodation until the problem is solved 4) After several complaints to offer a discount or semi-refund for the inconvenience Good Luck to the next people booking this place.
