• Amir Akmal (5/5): Ok ok lah ~~ - Premium hotel location, within walking distance for some tourist attraction Swimming pool ok lah, not too bad The facilities or the unit is just so so jela, xd lah until I will recommend to other, perhaps you guys can consider some other premium unit located at L9 same level with swimming pool, higher price but trust me, worth every penny you spent L21 need to wait for 30 minutes to get lift during check in

The swimming pool is very nice and kids friendly. they have 4 pools that share with swiss garden hotel. the location is near to everything. next to Kg Morten,melaka river. easy to get food,near to speedmart and 7e For the whole Tower only has 2 lifts. need to wait for 1hour during peak hour (checkout)

What do u expect? Kita pergi travel nak bawak dishwasher ?? Kita pergi resident yg ada fasiliti pinggan mangkuk bukan pergi camping.. harap ambil noted berkaitan kekurangan ini

• Choi Yong (8/5): It was a confortable stay for my family. - Location - right in front of River cruise jetty. 10min walk to Jonker Street. There are lots of kopitiam 5mins walk away. Best chendol shop is also walking distance. Some parts of the apartment is old and not well maintained. Should provide clothes hanger to hang towels after shower and dish liquid to clean up bowls & plates.

• nura (7/5): - The space, the cleanliness is superb! However, not much facilities allowed to be used as stated upon checkin even its function. They only allow us to use fridge and microwave. The rest is not allowed. No WIFI. Perhaps if the house have WIFI it will be good.

• Nur Farah Yasmin (5/5): - apartment was nice, huge, ,pretty and clean. its so hard to get to the apartment as we could not find the lift. Should be stated clearly on the wall TOWER 3. Some tiles from the pool was broken and should be fixed for safety. In the photos, we can see the stove, washing machine. But I will only be informed that they can't be used, as I'm only staying for 2 nights. They can only be used for a longer stay. Another guest who stayed for 1 night can't use the swimming pool at all. What is the difference between staying longer or not? We are still paying, no? We should get access to all the facilities and apartment features. Bed was not so comfy.

View of the town from the high 8th floor was beautiful They didn't demand deposit on check in Variety of pools available Good security detail No Wifi. We were instructed not to use the cooker, washing machine and oven. I was informed that was only available if I was staying for at least one month. Cash was deducted from.my credit card without asking me even if the terms were pay on arrival. That was a bit disorienting. No provision to clean dishes, even after I was promised they would avail

• Zulkiffli (8/5): Nice and beautiful but…… - The location is good. You can walk along the river at night which is nicely lit and go to attractions along the river. This is my second stay at The Shore. Some of the facilities need upgrading. The poolside needs maintaining and cleaning. And they are paddle of water around the poolside which can make it slippery for children as well as adults.
