• Abigail (8/5): - Good location for Hauptbahnhof with easy access to city centre. Really comfortable bed and sofa. Kitchen had lots of amenities and bathroom is spacious. Nice balcony overlooking city. There is only a sun blind and no curtains. For any light sleepers, it will get light early on in the apartment. Advantage though is the window is west facing so you won't get the direct sunrise. There was an electronic key code to get into the apartment itself, which was already broken on entry. It caused numerous problems at first. The owners were quick to rectify the issue though. I would personally recommend sticking to using a normal key, which worked really well for us for the rest of our stay. Communication with the owner for key collection was not clear. It would be helpful for the owner to have told us to phone when near accommodation. We gave an estimated time of arrival, but it appeared that we needed to phone as well. We stood outside the accommodation block for 20 minutes waiting for them as a result. Perhaps the owner communicating in advance how to meet them would be more helpful. This is what normally happens at other similar apartments we have rented.
• Kathleen (10/5): Clean, safe, amazing , simply amazing . - There were many reasons to love this property . 1) location, it was about 6 min walk from the main train station. Super easy for me and my children. 2) amenities; kitchen, fridge, extra linens if needed, there was amenities in the bathroom that I loved also. 3)hospitality; I was in contact with the owner/staff and she was very kind to answer any questions I had. And was also very prompt . We loved how kind she was. The views were amazing at night . My kids were very sad to leave the amazing place . But we will definitely be back in the future !!
• Johanna (9/5): - Das Apartment ist sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Der Ausblick ist ganz wunderbar. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt ausreichend Besteck, Töpfe und sogar eine Erstausstattung Kaffeekapseln. Im Bad sind Handtücher, Waschseife und viele Kosmetikprodukte bereit gestellt. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Mit Bus, Bahn und Bim kommt man sehr schnell in die City. Die Kommunikation und Betreuung mit Selma war sehr gut. Sie reagierte sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen. Wir können diese Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in Wien sehr empfehlen.

• Ralf (10/5): - Ich habe das Apartment bereits mehrfach für meine Reisen nach Wien gebucht und bin jedes Mal begeistert vom Gesamtpaket. Die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof (Apartment ist zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen). Der bereits vor Anreise stets freundliche und informative Austausch mit der Gastgeberin, Übergabe des Apartments, Informationen zum Gebäude und naheliegenden Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein modernes, sehr gepflegtes und gemütlich eingerichtetes Apartment mit Blick auf die Skyline von Wien. Von der Küchenausstattung bis hin zu zur Verfügung gestellten Artikeln im Bad (Duschgel, Shampoo etc.) ist auch an die kleinen Dinge gedacht die einem den Aufenthalt vereinfachen. Zudem ist das Apartment sehr gut schallisoliert. Geräusche anderer Mieter sind überhaupt nicht zu hören und selbst die vorbeifahrenden Züge sind kaum wahrnehmbar. Es gibt nichts negatives. Ich werde gerne wieder buchen

• Nico (10/5): - Das Appartment liegt unweit des Wiener Hauptbahnhofes mit tollem Blick über die Schienen in die Stadt. Dieses ist hochmodern und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und sehr sauber. Zum besagten Bahnhof braucht man ca. 10min. Lebensmittelgeschäfte sowie Restaurants sind noch näher. Die Kommunikation mit der Gestgeberin war perfekt. Sie war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Kissen könnten einen Refresh gebrauchen, die Füllung ist schon sher verknubbelt.
• Jürgen (10/5): Mega top ! - Mega toll ausgestattete Wohnung, es fehlte wirklich nichts, alles in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Selma erklärte mir alles bei der Schlüsselübergabe. Perfekte Lage zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Mehrere Supermärkte in der Nähe. Es gibt keinen normalen Fernsehempfang. In einer Stadt wie Wien kann man das aber verschmerzen.
• TAEHYUN (10/5): 깨끗하고 시설이 정말 좋은 숙소, 탁 트인 기찻길 전경이 맘에 들어요. - 비엔나 중앙역에서 멀지 않은 곳에 위치해서 이동이 무척 편리했어요. 발코니를 통해서 탁트인 전경과 기차가 지나다니는 모습은 매우 인상적이었어요. 기찻길 바로 옆인데도 문을 닫으면 하나도 들리지 않는 완벽한 방음입니다. 또한 숙소에는 난방, 조명, 주방을 비롯해서 갖가지 시설이 매우 잘 갖춰져 있었으며, 2층에 내려가면 간단한 운동도 할 수 있는 피트니스도 이용할 수 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 무엇보다 샐마님의 친절한 설명과 따뜻한 환대는 매우 인상적이었어요. 빈에 다시 오면 또 묵고 싶네요. 건물 안으로 들어가기 전에 미리 코드번호를 남겨주면 입장 시 더 좋을 것 같아요. 투숙객이 미리 숙소에 연락을 취하면 문제는 없을 거예요.
• hyeja (10/5): 비엔나의 럭셔리한 아파트 - 세련된 발코니가 있는 고층의 넓은 아파트입니다. 통창을 통해 보이는 뷰가 좋았고 특히 자고난 아침 욕실(침실)에서 보는 뷰는 너무 좋아 지금도 눈에 선합니다. 아파트는 부족한거 하나 없이 잘 갖추어져 있으며 호스트 셀마는 아주 친절한 사람이어서 만나보니 마음이 탁 놓였습니다. 없음.

• Julie (9/5): Perfect - Perfect Excellent location to the wien hbf less than a 10 minute walk Apartment has everything you absolutely need and more it’s exceptionally clean and comfortable Selma meet us on arrival explained everything to us very helpful Not a negative at all just so you are aware when you book Washing Machine and dryer are free and amazing but not in the room they are on the ground floor you can use it when they are free also tv has only pay tv ie Netflix etc so you need to have your own account to these or there is no tv

• Vladlena (10/5): Exceptional - We were met at the entrance. They took us to the apartment and showed us everything. The apartment is clean. There are toiletries. There were also towels. There is a hotel nearby where you can eat gourmet cuisine. There is always a taxi parked there that will take you anywhere. The train station is nearby. There are a lot of cafes behind the house where you can have breakfast. Thank you, everything is super.

• Suman (8/5): Fantastic - location was central. apartment was spacious , clean with all the required amenities, good view from 14th floor , host is always reachable and kind nothing specific to dislike. I would like if there is a blind cover on the balcony glass wall like one setup in the room , because we were using the sofa in the living room as bed , so light was coming from the balcony from early morning. although in winter we didn't faced any issue. but its advised to setup a blind.

• Riaan (10/5): Upper-class, city, get-away! - Very close to Vienna Hauptbahnhof, Central train station.... 5 min walk. Everything was like the photos on the website. The host, Selma met us in person, showed us everything to know and answered all our questions, including suggestions about places to visit, restaurants, etc. Highly recommended! We also had access to a lovely equipped gym. Really?! Nothing we wanted to complain about.

She is willing to provide any information and recommendations regarding accommodation and Vienna in general. Rarely cheerful and caring apartment owner! 🙌🏻🙌🏻😍 The accommodation itself makes you feel like at home, a luxurious home with an incredible view! 🙌🏻 It is equipped very generously and absolutely nothing is missing, not even the little things that you usually only have in your own house! 😀 It is spacious, clean, we were with a 1 year old toddler who requires phenomenal conditions and we really have nothing negative to say! 🙌🏻 We have found our "home" in Vienna. 🥰 Selma, thank you! ❤️❤️❤️

• Marco (10/5): Amazing and very comfortable place. Definitely my first choice for the next visit in Vienna ! - The apartment is provided with everything needed for a long stay of a week or more. It is in mint conditions with beautiful modern pieces of furniture and it is very clean and comfortable. The neighbourhood is also fantastic with excellent public connections and services. I did not find something that I do not like.
