• Rintse van der Brug (9/5): - Mooi, redelijk centraal gelegen, apartement in een wat rommelig apartementencomplex. Beheerder had keurig voor ons een gratis parkeerplaats geregeld. Het openbaar vervoer is is er uitstekend, dus de reistijden zijn er kort.

• Mioara (10/5): Totul a fost perfect! - Proprietate centrala,la 3 minute de mers pe jos pana in centrul orasului.Curatenia impecabila,comunicarea cu proprietatul,excelenta!Am ajuns mai devreme de ora check in ului dar prin amabilitatea doamnei,ne-am putut caza cu ora mai repede. Locul de parcare reprezinta de asemenea un mare plus.Voi reveni cu drag!

Cel mai mult mi a placut atentia la detalii🤍 Proprietarii au fost foarte draguti, am ajuns cu cateva ore mai repede si desi ora de check in era 14, s au chinuit sa ma acomodeze cu doua ore mai repede! Foarte, foarte amabili! Cand o sa revin in Iasi, cu siguranta voi alege din nou această proprietate!
• Anca (10/5): Superb, ne dorim să revenim - Gazda este super amabilă și ne-a ajutat cu toate detaliile de care am avut nevoie, atât la sosire, cat și la plecare. Curățenia, deși în ziua de azi tot mai precară la unitățile de cazare, mă bucur tare mult să pot spune ca a fost aici 10/10. Apreciez foarte mult efortul depus pentru curățenia exemplară de care ne-am bucurat. Am avut loc de parcare la cazare. Apartamentul este spațios și aranjat cu bun gust.

• Bianca (9/5): - Curățenie în cameră, lenjerie de pat și proasoape curate. Dotat cu de toate: cuptor cu microunde, fierbător de ceai, aparat de făcut cafea, fier de călcat. Proprietarul ne-a pus inclusiv o apă plată, cafea și ceai gratuit. Se încălzește camera puțin cam greu.
• Tun (10/5): Wonderful stay, highly recommended - It’s a very nice and cozy apartment with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was excellent, and all the necessary information was clearly explained. The location is very good, not far from the city center. The small details and thoughtful gestures made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it. -
• Hanna (10/5): Ідеально - Це неймовірні апартаменти, є все, що може знадобитись для перебування, у мене було відчуття, що я вдома) дуже зручний матрас і подушки, гарний посуд, різноманітні приналежності для готування, якщо потрібно. Дуже чисто і сонячно. Чудова хазяйка і швидка комунікація. Доречі, є місце для паркування, що було мені дуже в нагоді. Дякую від всього серця! Абсолютно нічого, все чудово!

• Catalin (10/5): We had a great time during our stay in Iasi and an important part of it was the accomodation. - Just to sum up, we liked everything about our accommodation, a modern, clean, warm and cosy one-room apartment with excellent facilities. Maybe the panorama isn't the best aspect of this accomodation, but this is not necessarily attributable to the owner.

• Naomi (10/5): Beautiful apartment with excellent transport links - Beautiful, modern apartment that was in pristine condition. Apartment was spotless and towels and bedding of high quality. There was also a washing machine and smart TV. Don't be put off by the buildings exterior. Apartment in an excellent location for our needs. Near train station and bus station ( we took a trip to Chisinau). The express airport bus is also close by. As are supermarkets. The host was also super friendly and accommodating.

For a brief moment we were a bit skeptical when we arrived as the car park was a little chaotic ( but we ended up with a private park that came with the room) and the buildings looked quite old but we were blown away when we got inside. The apartment was modern, clean, comfortable and had all of the amenities you could you need. Also a great location close to transport, attractions etc. Our host was wonderful and very helpful with any info we required. Have no hesitation in highly recommending this property to anyone who is staying in the area.

• Denis (10/5): Exceptional - This is a great apartment for all people, probably one of the best that there is in Iasi for its price, the process of chekin incredibly simple and described by the owners of the apartment to the smallest detail, not far from the city center also plays a huge role. The apartment itself is incredibly clean, well maintained and very pleasant, there is always delicious tea and coffee provided by the owners. We would like to emphasize the friendliness and hospitality of the owners, extremely nice people, even though we accidentally broke one photo frame, the owners came into the situation and tried to calm down as soon as they could without even asking for compensation, but we still left money for the inconvenience. 10/10 No downsides, this is a great option to stay in Iasi and spend your leisure time with pleasure and comfort.

The location was excellent - close to the bus station and convenient to the city's attractions. The lights in the hallway are on a motion detector. Twice I was plunged into darkness, once when trying to open the key box and the other time when I was walking from the elevator to the apartment.

Full privacy. Check in and out - very easy. Excellent communication. Spotlessly clean - unbelievably clean. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Shower water pressure was a little weak.
