• Terry (9/5): An impressive apartment and would happily stay here again. - Handy location for transport and the local Waitrose, which is only a 5 minute walk away. A nice modern apartment, which has been tastfully furnished. Kitchen is well equiped, with both washing machine and dishwasher. Took an age to work out how to use the microwave! Some instructions would have been useful. Ensuite toilet needed a clean!

• Claire (10/5): Spotless apartment in a great location. - Excellent little apartment. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and lovely decor. Not your usual bland rental. Perfect that it had 2 parking spaces. It's hard to find any fault. If I was being picky the pillows were a little too flat for my liking and kept disappearing down the back of the mattress - but that's purely personal preference!
• Elsden (10/5): Brilliant, memorable, relaxing but invigorating, wonderful! - We absolutely loved the apartment - I wanted to live there it was so wonderful! Although very modern and up to date, it had a really welcoming homely feel, comfortable, spacious, spotlessly clean, and with everything we needed. We went to Wymondham for a specific reason, but now we'd like to go back just for a lovely little holiday in this apartment! Thanks to the hosts!

• Debra (10/5): Very happy and enjoyable and will be booking apartment again in a few months . - The kitchen had everything we needed and lovely and clean, the apartment had everything you would need and was lovely and clean, the washing mashine was a lovely extra and we were able to freshen up towels after use which the hosts had also supplied. The host had supplied cleaning supplies and equipment which meant we could easily clean any mess up which we fully appreciated. The host was easily contacted by text and was extremely helpful. The single bed mattresses were a little soft but that is purely a personal thing to me and other members of family had no issues wot so ever. I cannot say anything negative as I feel the hosts provided everything that a person would need and more.

• Louise (9/5): Overall we had a good stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. - Lovely, clean and comfortable apartment. Excellent communication from host. We were grateful to receive the very generous welcome pack. Perhaps not ideal for children. The flooring is white and shiny and whilst it looks lovely, the dining chair wooden legs slip on the flooring. Also the large mirror in the children's bedroom is leaned against the wall and not supported.

• Liza (8/5): Lovely modern apartment, tasteful decor just not ideal for a family with older children. - Really nice modern apartment, bonus that it came with two parking spaces. Convenient location for what we needed. Waitrose over the road. Quiet location. This apartment would be perfect for a couple or individual on business. We stayed as a family with two older children and felt the beds in the second room were more suitable for younger children. The placement of the bedside lights was not ideal as easy to hit your head on, there was also no bedside table in-between the beds. Both bedrooms had no headboards which was not comfortable. The apartment was clean but on arrival we were left a used washing-up sponge and the toothbrush holders needed an extra rinse. Limited kitchen equipment.

• Dave (9/5): Excellent stop for one-night on a cycling tour, bit of a walk into town but do-able. - Beautiful, comfortable apartment with everything we needed for a one-night stop on a cycling trip. Not very close to the town centre, but definitely walkable (we went to The Queens Head for food, which is highly recommended!). Would definitely stay again. Nothing.

• Roger (8/5): Overall really enjoyed it, Jazmine was always ready to help. - Lovely flat, easy to find, just what we needed Key box wasn't the easiest to open even with the correct code. The 'double bed' is more like a 3/4 thus very narrow for two taller people.

Showers were great, beds comfy. Nice to have 2 bathrooms. Waitrose close by, so v easy to get provisions. Jazmine the host was super helpful with questions we had ahead of our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Check in was a breeze, the text with the information was extremely helpful, it was a beautiful, quiet location where you could watch the ducks swim in the morning. The coffee machine with the extra pads left was an amazing touch and greatly appreciated after a hectic day. Would highly recommend staying here. I have zero concerns or complaints.
• Catherine (10/5): Gorgeous apartment, great value for money and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or re-book. - The property is very tastefully appointed and there was nothing that I could think of that was missing; the hosts have thought of everything. It was pristine - like a show home and beautifully scented. It’s very quiet despite there being a road nearby - I slept with the window open and was asleep within minutes. It overlooks a lovely little lake which is unexpected in a residential area and I saw geese and lots of birds all of which added to the ambience! I was staying on my own but the apartment can easily accommodate 3-4 adults Nothing - the only downside was being unable to get a taxi from the railway station so had to walk. Not the end of the world but something to plan around.

Stayed before as really impressed. Is now my go-to if ever I am over that way. Nothing. One of the best and nicest places I've had the pleasure of staying in.

• Stephanie (10/5): Fantastic apartment - highly recommended! - This is a fabulous apartment - it is very stylish and extremely comfortable. It is really well equipped and beautifully maintained. The communication prior to arrival was super - friendly, efficient and informative. The arrival process was easy and completely stress-free thanks to the details provided and there is dedicated parking right outside the apartment. It is conveniently located in a peaceful area and there is a large Waitrose very nearby. It is clear that a lot of thought and effort has gone into the furnishing of the apartment and they have created a welcoming environment with lovely design elements. We will definitely re-book next time we are in the area and would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to others. No negatives - it was perfect!

• Deivydas (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was well presented and clean. Plenty of space for two people with two children. Main bed could be a little bigger, but still was comfortable.
• Amy (9/5): Superb - Fabulous, spotlessly clean and warm apartment, furnished to a high standard and very tastefully decorated, giving it a homely feel whilst also being very modern and well-equipped. The location suited us well for visiting family and there is parking right outside. Great communication from the hosts and when I contacted them to ask if extra pillows were available they dropped some off that same evening, which was much appreciated. Highly recommended! The only downside for us was only having one pillow each on the double bed when we are used to sleeping with two each - but, as previously mentioned, when we contacted the hosts, they went out of their way to drop off two extra pillows, so the problem was rectified promptly. There is no lift to access the flat - this wasn't an issue for us but just something to be aware of.

Dishwasher, & washing machine tablets also provided. You really just need to take your clothes. Great communication. Would definitely recommend and will be back when visiting my son. Nothing to dislike

The instructions were clear and the welcome pack was great. Spotlessly clean, the attention to detail and products provided ensured our stay was nothing short of fabulous.
