Guest Reviews
- Susan (10/5): Excellent accommodation - The house was clean, cosy, and homely. We needed somewhere for 1 night to support a daughter going through a difficult domestic violence court hearing the next day. It was perfect for her, giving her such a comfortable homely environment, enabling her to rest and prepare for the difficult day ahead.
Facilities are fantastic for anyone staying for longer, with a great backyard suitable for all ages.
Highly recommended.

- Sarah goode (10/5): - House set up for a family and all extra little things we noticed like coffee and food in pantry. Thank you.
- Danyelle (9/5): Convenient house in a quiet location. All the general mod-cons that you would expect. - Convenient house in a quiet location. All the general mod-cons that you would expect. -
- Shelly (8/5): Good experience - Property is clean and comfortable. Nothing as such
- Kirstin (10/5): - Beautiful backyard! The coffee! Bedrooms! The corkboard, with all the things to do in the morning peninsula! Lovely stay!
- Michael (6/5): - Good location for us, clean , roomy. The wifi was very weak, no keys provided so couldn’t open the bathroom and main bedroom windows, only one toilet for 4 bedrooms.
- Janet (7/5): It was OK. - The house had plenty of space and was near shops. The wet areas needed a deep clean especially the ensuite.
The fridge had food from previous guests. The milk was a two litre container with a remnant in the bottom!
The place was old and needs maintenance.

- Fernanda (10/5): My stay was amazing. It exceeded our expectations. It was comfortable , peaceful and homey. - It was clean & beautiful , Ruth the owner was always accessible Perhaps just a curtain in the first room when coming out of the shower .
- Ravi (8/5): -
- Maree (8/5): Nice spacious place that included a lot of necessities needed for our stay. - Free Wi-Fi
Evaporative Cooling

- Terral (8/5): Highly recommend - Conveniently located for our needs - Zone bowling Frankston & corner shops for forgotten supplies.
Nice introduction of grounds home is opened up to share. Instructions clear to connect to internet. Lack of 2nd toilet for number of bedrooms / group size.
Handrails could be installed on front steps.
- Bianca (9/5): Great place for a family trip, clean and had everything you need. - Was exactly what was needed, clean and all amenities available that were needed. Ruth was lovely and so easy to communicate with. Backyard needed a bit of a mow and tending too.

- Elicia (10/5): Quiet street, very clean house and near shops - ok for a one night stop over. - We were only there overnight to be closer to Cerberus, close enough to order takeaway and shops nearby. Host was very generous in accommodating an early check in request and was excellent with communication and instructions. Front bedroom squeaked with every move and the curtains need to be wider so they cover the sides of the windows. Pillows were very soft. The main bedroom had only a sink and shower, a ledge or stool to put toiletries on would be great. Value for money: the price/night is high given the cleaning list expected to be done before checking out. Vacuuming/mopping the floors should be included in the price. We didn't use any appliances to avoid spending every minute of our stay cleaning.

- Nicola (1/5): Very unsafe for children - Cozy home Extremely close to neighbours with no privacy, cleaners turned up before checkout time.
My daughter fell off the chairs who having dinner & smashed into the wall, hurting her head pretty severely.
My partner still went & covered the little hole in the wall.
Complete unsafe chairs & could really hurt someone.
All for chairs were not built correctly.
There is only one tiny tv in the whole house & we weren’t given any internet details.
- Gay (9/5): - Love that it had a coffee machine and the oranges were delicious. We arrived in the dark and it was very hard to see the street number.
- Sandra (7/5): - It was very clean, comfortable and quite🙂 TV could of been a little bigger📺
- Mark (9/5): Ruth answered very quickly, her home was the perfect solution for our large group coming from the country. - Very very clean, easy to find and access.
Great heating, comfortable beds and couches and a well stocked kitchen. Nothing

- steve (9/5): Good comfortable stay and we would happily book it again - Well set up, good ducted heating, we were happy with the location and price. It was hard to take off shoes before entering the house when it’s raining as the protected area is small and we had gravel stuck to our shoes from the gravel path.
Spiders behind the front door, dirty architraves. Front door lock usually took more than one attempt and most nights kept “talking “ at random times even many hours after we had closed and snibbed the door.
- Tamara (9/5): Superb - Very clean, and had all required. Especially liked Netflix available for the kids There was nothing that can say didn’t like.
- Adrienne (9/5): Value for money. well located, very comfortable. We'll be back. - The property was beautifully presented, very clean, comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked, with excellent coffee facilities. An extra toilet would be handy. The vacuum only lasts a few minutes after being on charge over night.
- Bianca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marnie (8/5): Had everything we needed and more, house was extremely clean and comfortable, it was much more clean - Much bigger than it looked in photos pillows, light that comes in the bedroom from currtains and window in ensuite
- Dave (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anna (10/5): We stayed after a visit to Philip island, it was an overnight stop on our way to the Grampians. Nice quiet location, eas - Plenty of space.
- Rolla (10/5): Excellent! - Spacious.
Everything available. No need to pack extras Back yard needs attention. Only because I have kids.
- Vanessa (8/5): Very good - A microwave would be good as i utilise microwaves to make formula bottles
A few more knives/chopping boards always are handy
Was only left half a roll of toilet paper for the whole stay, had to buy some once we got there
- Wayne (10/5): Exceptional -
