• Richard (4/5): Great potential, but lacks attention to detail. - Proximity to the city centre. Showers were spacious and good pressure. Main beds were comfortable. Poor quality linen wasn't freshly laundered. Towels were old, thin and poor quality. There was no milk, tea or coffee and sugar sachets that every other accommodation provider had during our trip. Supposedly it could accommodate 7, but there were only 3 mugs. There were flat surfaces that had not been cleaned/dusted for a long time. Sofa bed was 'tired' and uncomfortable with a dip in the middle. Outside garden space was unkempt and not well maintained. The owner was not able to clarify whether we could park on the street. We were able to clarify this with a neighbour, and for the record, parking is permitted immediately outside the building and in front of the building next door.

So close to everything - Lovely and Cozy but still plenty of space for us all 🤗 we very much enjoyed how close it was to everywhere we needed to be 😊 Parking was terrible 😔 the only downfall. We could never get in closer than couple blocks away, so made in packing and packing car difficult. Ants when it was warm got through our food 🫣
• JERRY (10/5): Awsome place 10 out of 10 i am coming to stay here again. - HI, I would rate this property 10 out of 10, it was superb excellent, the place was spacious, clean and with all amenities perfect for any family or anyone. I will surely look forward to stay at this place the next time i visit Christ Church. My family and all loved it, its very cozy and beautiful place.
• Rebecca (8/5): Was a beautiful apartment and worked well for my larger family. - Spacious, great flow and own spaces - well presented and great location not to far from anywhere we needed or wanted to go Not enough blankets and would have loved an electric blanket, and heat pumps although on high didn’t combat the 0 - -2 degree temps over night - also had a small issue getting the oven to work but we got there In the end

• Ricarda (8/5): Very good - It is nice and new and warm. It has a wash and dry washing machine, which was a game changer. The parking was terrible. And we had ants in the kitchen. A little tight for a family of 5 with teenagers, and it would be handy to have another TV in one of the bedrooms for when someone is sleeping in the lounge.

Second night much quiter

The owner was very responsive for any request or messages that we sent and was very polite to attend us. The house was clean, the equipment like the fridge, washing machine, TV, oven etc. seemed to be very new and in very good condition. The owners seem to be taking good care of it after the guests leave the house. Our kids enjoyed the stay. The house is located just a few min walk from the CBD which was very convenient for us. Definitely recommended for a family to stay and enjoy Christchurch (a beautiful town)

• Cowern (9/5): Superb - The facilities were great, only 2 things that caused concern,there weren't enough mugs for our group only 3 china mugs and a couple of plastic ones. The pull out bed is uncomfortable not sure if the springs are worn although the sofa didn't look that old so maybe the mattress is. Otherwise the facilities are excellent and so handy to town just a 10 minute walk.

• John (9/5): Excellent, convenient and economical stay. - Clean, plenty of space, heaps of kitchen utensils and fry pans and the like. Good coffee. Quick washing machine. Not your fault but plenty of litter outside. An extra towel would’ve have been helpful. Ran out of dishwasher liquid. May have been helpful to have two single beds in one of the rooms. We didn’t use top shower as water came out of the other plug outside of the shower. We wanted to avoid any wet floors.

• Kristine (9/5): Highly recommended - The location was excellent, it’s a few minutes walk to the town centre. We walked everywhere with our toddler in a buggy. The house is clean and has everything you need. The heated toilet seats were👌🏻. We had the most comfortable stay. I definitely recommend this place to any traveler. Beats staying in a hotel room. Finding a parking spot is a bit difficult.

• Keri (9/5): Excellent place to stay. - Had everything we needed clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped. We stayed for four nights and it was perfect for four of us. It was on 3 levels with a bedroom and bathroom on the 2nd and 3rd level great privacy. Location was an easy walk to the city centre for restaurants and activities. Any questions we had were answered quickly. Would definitely recommend. TV was a little tricky to figure out until we knew it was Netflix and casting. Parking was also a little tricky to find we always got something but sometimes this was up the road a bit. Just so you're aware.
