• Mazmanyan (10/5): - Квартира расположена в самом сердце Ларнаки — до моря всего одна минута пешком, что делает отдых особенно комфортным и приятным. Заселение прошло легко и без каких-либо сложностей: всё было организовано понятно и удобно. Отдельно хочется отметить заботу хозяина — он всегда был на связи и с готовностью помогал при необходимости. Нам любезно разрешили оставить вещи как до заезда, так и после выезда, что стало большим плюсом в поездке. В квартире было всё необходимое для комфортного проживания и даже больше — продуманы детали, которые создают по-настоящему уютную атмосферу. И, конечно, большое спасибо за приятное угощение — это было очень душевно! Если мы снова окажемся в Ларнаке, то с удовольствием выберем именно это место.

• Valerie (7/5): A very comfortable stay in a great location. - Location was great and the flat was lovely with a lovely view. The overall cleanliness was ok but some of the kitchen equipment could have been cleaner.

• Iuliana (10/5): - Ne-a plăcut totul, priveliștea, camerele, apartamentul este genial, dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie, aproape de plaja, de stația de autobuz, de faleza, de magazine. Curat, spațios.
• Božena (8/5): - Velkost bytu, cistota, moderne vybavenie. Vzdialenost k moru a centru bola perfektna. Komunikacia a pomoc majitela tiez na skvelej urovni. Hluk z ulice, kvoli ktoremu sa nedalo spat vecer s detmi. Spina na ulici v lokalite.
• Aleksandra (10/5): Świetne miejsce na urlop na Cyprze. - Najlepiej wyposażone mieszkanie w jakim byliśmy (wszystko co trzeba w kuchni, suszarka do włosów, ręczniki, suszarka na pranie, żelazko, parasol na plaże, piłkarzyki itp.) . Czysto, przestronnie, wszystko działało, nie potrzeba nic więcej. Super lokalizacja i piękny widok z okna (blisko przystanek autobusowy na lotnisko, port, plaża, sklepy i restauracje). Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Dodatkowo po przyjeździe czekały na nas świeże owoce, przekąski i wino. Dla 3 par idealne miejsce. Polecamy serdecznie.
• Diana (10/5): - Апартаменти краще ніж очікувалося, почували себе комфортно як вдома. Вдосталь було від гігієни до досугу. Чисто , затишно, комфортно. Дуже близько до пляжу, центру, зупинки, магазинів, ресторанів. Залишилися дуже задоволені від відпочинку. Рекомендуємо для комфортного перебування. Був відсутній звичайний кухонний ніж.
• Tomáš (8/5): - Skvěle vybavené ubytování, fotbálek, pár společenských her, hračky na pláž i velká moderní televize. Klimatizace fungovala skvěle. Dostupnost v okolí je taktéž skvělá. Apartmán se nacházel v šestém patře a první den se rozbil výtah. Výtah je nebezpečný, jelikož se jedná o opakovanou závadu jak nám bylo řečeno. Takže doporučuji nepoužívat. A je nutné chodit pěšky.
• Adrian (10/5): Perfect view, quick check-in, friendly owner, right in the center of Larnaca. - The accommodation was excellent — everything we needed for a perfect holiday was provided. There were beach games, an umbrella, and the kitchen and living room were fully equipped, as was the bathroom. Everything was perfect. All accommodations should be like this — they truly set a great example!
• Claudia Ioana (9/5): Minunat - Apartamentul minunat, utilat, spațios, f bine organizat. Poziția f bună! Liftul nu a funcționat 3 zile, iar casa scării deplorabila.

• Tomasz (10/5): Exceptional - Huge apartment, in a bit older block of flats (the condition of the corridors / staircase is not good which you might not like at beginning), but apartment itself compensates everything. 3 big sleeping rooms with spacious clothes closets, 2 bathrooms, very well equipped kitchen, everything in good shape, condition, spacious living room with table soccer that our kinds loved the most. The paid table soccer we saw at promenade was a joke comparing to this :). Everything was spacious there, so I really appreciate effort of host to prepare apartment for every new visitor. Thank you!
• Mark (10/5): Exceptional - This was a great base and three great double rooms for my family. A very room place and very comfortable mattresses on the beds. Hosts were very welcoming. This was a 10 for me as while you can always be picky it satisfied all needs as somewhere to clean up and rest well after a long, hot, day out!
• Gabriel (10/5): Exceptional - A spacious, clean apartment with a sea view. It comes bundled with many favcilities. Very close to the beach, very close to the bus stops. Many taverns in the area. A perfect vacation.
• Ekaterina (10/5): Everything was great!!! Hot RECOMMENDATION!!! - It’s very spacious. It’s clean. There is everything you need in the kitchen, even a bottle of water in refrigerator and some snacks. The landlord was very nice and answered all our questions. It’s a little cold in the apt in this time of year, Even Though There were air conditioners in all rooms.

We arrived in the morning, and the host was very helpful by letting us into the apartment earlier than expected. They responded quickly to all our questions and assisted us with anything we needed. There were five of us, and we all left very satisfied.
• Inga (10/5): Exceptional - Apartament was extremely comfortable, spacious and clean. The owner made sure that everything is in place for us - even the welcome wine :) Not to mention that the view from the balcony is stunning! The elevator was always available and working. Extra point for step-by-step instructions with photos how to self check-in! They were very helpful! The apartment was well situated, allowing us to travel comfortably as the bus stops are nearby. It took only 15minutes to get to the apartment from the airport. The owner was very kind and understanding, and responded very quickly to all messages an inquires. I would highly recommend this place for vacation. We are very pleased with our stay. Better than 5 stars hotels!!
• Eglė (10/5): Trust me - this place is amazing! - This is one of those rare instances when the appartment looked even better than the photos! The place is very spacious, with 3 separate cozy bedrooms, 2 new and shiny bathrooms, a separate dining area and a living room with a huge tv. The kitchen is big, new and fully equiped with everything you need for cooking. Everything was clean and smelled nice 🙂 The A/C worked perfectly. The appartment is just a few hundred meters from the main promenade and the beach. There are some small and medium sized supermarkets nearby. The bus station is also very near. And the host is really amazing - we were traveling with small children, so she kindly let us check in earlier and check out later in order to catch our flight. Can't recommend this place enough! -
• David (10/5): Larnaca Marina - Highly recommended - Location was perfect, with a stunning view. Restaurants, bars, shops, taxi rank, bus stop in close proximity. Perfect for couples, friends, families with children or even for those travel solo. Friday/Saturday nights are a bit noisier - but that’s the case in most countries/cities I visited. The host was helpful, I did not have to contact them for anything during my stay, and they even checked on us, if everything was to our satisfaction (via a text message). I would return to this part of Larnaca, and I would rent out the same property again! Highly recommended!
• Cezary (10/5): Exceptional - Pretty much everything. Very modern, spacious, and extremely clean. Close to all shops, restaurants, and the beach. I think I will definitely be back. Owner very helpful Dodgy lift/elevator, which didn't work for 1 or 2 days. The apartment is located on the 6th floor, so it might be annoying in case not fully working lift.

The place was exceptionally clean, cozy, and equipped with every detail we could possibly need. From kitchen essentials to all the necessary amenities, everything was thoughtfully provided – we only had to bring our personal belongings! The location was perfect, close to the beach and local amenities, making it easy to explore the area. What made the stay even better was the attentive and friendly hostess, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during our visit. Her warm hospitality made us feel truly at home. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Larnaca! I will definitely return for another stay in the future.
• Tobias (10/5): Exceptional - absolutely everything was perfect. impeccable accommodation, very very clean, all the facilities I needed. plus a nice gesture from the host sun cream, beach cream, detergent, all the kitchen utensils to cook the most complicated recipes :)) water and wine in the fridge exceptional!!
