• Ms. Hsieh (10/5): Perfect location - Fully equipped kitchen, which allows us to cook for ourselves every night. Perfect location, only 3 minutes walk to Woolworths. There are no curtains on the windows facing the corridor, so people outside can see what we are doing in the house.😅

Wohnung hatte genug Platz schöne Aussicht, haben uns wohl und sicher gefühlt. Alles sehr sauber Küche gut ausgestattet sogar mit Waschmaschine Badezimmer ein wenig eng...es stand barrierefrei....ich würde meinen dazu ist es zu klein Dusche hatte auch eine Stufe zum hinein steigen...war für uns nicht relevant aber wenn es wer benötigt wird er hier nicht ganz glücklich

• Lisa (8/5): Well priced, great location! - The location is ideal for parking up and doing all we needed to do in the area on foot....CT stadium, Greenpoint, Waterfront. Good price and all basics there if we needed them In an apartment block that was surprisingly very quiet!. The bed springs were particularly noisy. Nothing to do with shenanigans, just general tossing and turning at night...if other half moved....the squeaky bedsprings told you so! The white curtains in the main bedroom are not lined or have block out so one is woken by early morning light into the room.

• Marcus (8/5): excellent - Location..Location ..because of location ( city centre ) it is a bit noisy - but that comes with the territory
• Dagmar (6/5): Despite several annoyancas: For the ones who want to stay in greenpoint it is a good option. - Very close to the V&A Waterfront, restaurants and shops around the corner. The apartment has nice views. Lovely sunsets from the kitchen window. The furniture are differnent from the furniture on the photo. The imitation rattan furniture in the living room are outdoor furniture and in combination with the clean white tiles in the apartment it was an uncosy atmosphere. Most of the Eames imitation chairs where already broken, only one light bulb was working. When we arrived we had to dry the floor from the water from a heavy rainfall the night before. There where also construction works around the house and in the house, somteimes art the same time.

• Cikizwa (5/5): Passable - Location and cleaning ness of the apartment Tv remote wasn't working...lounge doesn't even have mat only tiles...lounge that was advertised wasn't the same as the cane that we found and it wasn't cosy

• Annel88 (5/5): Very central, clean and spacious for 4 people - The location was in a prime spot! Walking distance from entertainment, restaurants, pubs and the beach. Views are amazing and the property was clean. It was dissapointing that there was only street parking, limited towels and we had to supply our own bathroom amenities.
• Jeannine (8/5): Great location, airy modern unit and a very responsive host. - Brilliant location walking distance to the V&A waterfront. Views from the balcony were great , both of mountain and harbour. So convenient with 3 appliances( washing machine, tumble dryer & dishwasher too!). Nice airy unit on the 6th floor. Modern unit well decorated. Tea and coffee were supplied. Thank you for an early check-in. Our host Burger was very accommodating and friendly. On our first night, we noticed quite a few lights were not working, the bathroom basin was blocked and the bathroom door didn’t close. Our host, Burger was excellent and sorted out the problems quite quickly the following day. The shower doesn’t have a shelf to put shampoos, soap etc. The main bedroom curtains could do with blockout as the room gets the morning sun.
