• arevalo (1/5): I don't recommend - I have booked already, it was confirmed. We are on the way, and talking to the owner that we are coming. He said okay, then last minute he said, cancel our booking cuz it's already fully booked. That sounds unprofessional.

• Hasnein (1/5): - Nothing. The appartment was dirty, there was a delay in checking in. I canceleld the booking immediately. Then they showed me an appartment which was in better condition. Very much un cooperative management.

• Muhammad (1/5): Very very very bad experience - The host cancelled our booking at the last moment and asked us to cancel from our side, which was very unprofessional. We drove all the way from Dubai, and this caused us serious inconvenience. They claimed the flat was suddenly “out of service,” which is very hard to believe at the last minute. This situation wasted our time, fuel, and effort. Although we did not make any payment, the last-minute cancellation caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. We believe the host should compensate us for the inconvenience, travel expenses, and the trouble caused. This was a very disappointing experience. The host cancelled our booking at the last moment and asked us to cancel from our side, which was very unprofessional. We drove all the way from Dubai, and this caused us serious inconvenience. They claimed the flat was suddenly “out of service,” which is very hard to believe at the last minute. This situation wasted our time, fuel, and effort. • Shabnam (1/5): Not worth for Money - Nothing - Not worth the Money everything was old and damaged. There was a lot of noise, and the housekeeper was very rude. It was difficult to get toiletries and towels for our entire group, even though they were included in the description. The place was infested with cockroaches and other insects, and there was a foul smell from the drains. Showering was extremely difficult due to low water pressure; we had to spend a long time in the bathroom just to get clean. Not worth for Money.

• Tomasz (5/5): Obiekt godny polecenia dla osób, które nie mają zbyt dużych wymagań dotyczących komfortu. - Korzystna lokalizacja - blisko meczetu Wielkiego Meczetu Sułtana Qaboosa (można dojść spacerkiem). Blisko do tureckiej restauracji, marketu, kantoru wymiany walut. Nie było kłopotu z miejscem do parkowania samochodu. Sam apartament - przestronny z dwiema łazienkami. W budynku jest winda, która ułatwia komunikację, szczególnie z bagażami Ze względu na lokalizację - duży hałas do późna w nocy. Niedogodności w obiekcie - zepsuty czajnik elektryczny, który się nie wyłączał automatycznie i przez to nagrzewał zbyt mocno, powodując oparzenie na palcach przy jego dotyku; więcej niż skromne wyposażenie kuchni w szklanki i kubki (dla 4 osób); tylko 2 ręczniki dla 4 osób.

Saímos antes do previsto.

The owner was a very kind and good-hearted person, and if we needed anything or had any requests, he provided it quickly. I will definitely choose this place for my future trips to Oman. Nothing

And the host is very nice and welcoming. ❤️ The water dripping from the AC’s, most especially in the living area.

• Ahmed (1/5): Place is Dirty, the employe is scammer and disrespectful “he wasn’t there and you can only deal with him online” - Just the location. I'm extremely disappointed with the apartment I stayed in. The place was filthy and very dirty, with no services provided. Additionally, there was no WiFi available, which was a major inconvenience. To make matters worse, the host was disrespectful. Overall, the apartment fell short of expectations in several areas. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

• Angelie (6/5): It was ok, spacious and we just got the service we paid for since it’s very affordable. But the staff are friendly and a - Good location and affordable I visited the rooms before our check in day and I saw a two-bedroom very clean and spacious so I decided to booked. But upon check in. The room given was clean but not properly clean. I even saw a cockroach in the kitchen and very dirty sponge for washing the dishes. Toilets doesn’t have trash bin. And also the air condition in the living area was leaking with molds on the wall. We booked the room during holiday so we can spend time with friends but they were complaining that they had bitten by bed bugs on the sofa while sitting. We decided to check out at night worrying that the bed will have bed bugs too.

Ceiling fan in the rooms and as well as in the Lobby 5. Iron stand 6. One or two chairs for working on the laptop 7. Small hand towels 8. Have a bad smell in the apartment, especially in the Kitchen, Need better fresh air ventilation when not occupied
