• Svitlana (1/5): Хуже не встречала. - Местонахождения, но это не даёт возможности закрыть глаза на всё остальное Номер, всё покоцаное, побитое, старое, как в советском общежитии, ещё и обои отклеены всюду. Два дня не было горячей воды, на замечании сказали, что это скорее проблемы с водопроводом. За 4 дня никто не заикнулся об уборке. Завтрак вообще назвать таковым невозможно. 2 кусочка колбасы и кусочек сыра с 1 варёным яйцом и двумя маслинами. Лифта нет, на 3 этаж пешком. Окна на очень шумную оживленную улицу до 2 часов ночи. Настоятельно не рекомендую данный отель

• Assel (1/5): - Nothing This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a hotel. We had a confirmed reservation, arrived late at night, and were simply told there were no rooms available. No explanation, no apology, just a rude “not my problem, leave.” That was the entire attitude. It was the middle of the night, raining, cold, and we were two girls left outside because of THEIR mistake. And instead of even trying to fix the situation, the staff showed zero care, zero responsibility, and absolutely disgusting behavior. This place has no professionalism, no accountability, and honestly no humanity at all. The way they treat guests is beyond unacceptable, it’s shameless. If you don’t want to risk being thrown out into the street at night after making a reservation, stay far away from this hotel. Completely unreliable and disrespectful.
• Marcos (6/5): Localização excepcional, mau conservado - A localização excepcional, dá pra explorar bastante bem o que interessa a pé O recepcionista nao conseguiu abrir a porta do meu quarto, me instalou em outro desarrumado, sem toalhas, que so me entregaram 24hs depois, depois de varios pedidos. Nao fez falta porque nao havia agua quente pordois dostres dias. Nao me instalaram no quarto devido. Cafe da manha turco, bem modesto
• Filip Szpecht (3/5): - Obsługa była uprzejma i pomocna. Było wifi i telewizor w pokoju, które działały. Prześcieradło było uprane. Poza tym nic więcej. Dawno w tak kiepskim hotelu nie mieszkałem :((( Stary i brudny pokój. Dramat!!! Do tego w pokoju było bardzo ciemno (była jedna żarówka w lampie sufitowej, zaś w lampkach nie było żarówek. Nie posprzątany pokój i wieloma zabrudzeniami. Nie umyta toaleta. Śniadanie fatalne - zjadłem tylko jogurt, banana i napiłem się herbaty. Nigdy więcej bym tutaj nie mieszkał - można znaleść lepsze hotele za tę cenę. ODRADZAM!!! Poza tym przecena tego hotelu to oszustwo.
• Adigozalov (7/5): Соотношение цена-качесто! - Бронировал для коллеги (он не местный) и по итогу можно сказать так: "Дёшего и сердито!" Да это самый центр города и удобная локация для прогулок. Хотел бы особо отметить стойку регистрации, сотрудник по имени Али, вы хоть и молоды, но уже очень опытны и профи, так держать. Номерной фонд требует вмешательства, от входа в отель и заканчивая инвентарём на кухне. Место и персонал супер, если сделайте ремонт, сразу можно в топ 10.
• Nice place (7/5): Good location of the hotel and good value quality/price ratio - The hotel's location is excellent, close to buses for exploring the city and going to the airport. • Marsel Moliko (3/5): - Perfect location and the availability for early check-in for a small fee was convenient. Not very welcoming receptionist, he just handed us the keys and we were given no directions to the room, no breakfast hours etc... The room had dirty walls, hair from previous person on the pillows, the available bed cover was for a single bed (in a double room), some power outlets didn't work and the worst of all, the odor coming from the bathroom that made us almost throw up. Next day we went for breakfast that was included, but there was no breakfast available.

Raňajky boli ozaj sktomné( nám stačilo ale niekto môže mať iné predstavy) napr.: saláma bola nakrajané ale nie ošupaná takže každe koliesko sme si museli docistiť. Mali sme neskorí check-in ale izba nebola aj tak pripravená. Chýbala chladnička, konvica na izbe.

• Adeeba (1/5): - Location is nice There was a very bad odor in the rooms and particularly bathroom. Exhaust fans were broken in the bathrooms, I had to request a change of room first night because there was water on the floor in bathroom because of some drainage issue.

• Viorica (9/5): - Hotelul este amplasat aproape de faleza și centru orașului. Personalul este foarte receptiv. Camerele mari. Mic dejun suficient. Este disponibil fierbător non stop pentru ceai și cafea. În camere persista miros de fum de țigara. Prosoapele învechite.
• Teodor (7/5): - Location is great. It was nice to see the Rigs is back on booking. I was there twice 2 years ago. The blankets were dirty. I found out someones hair on them. But I was way too tired to ask for blanket/room change. They didnt accept credit card, told me that the terminal isnt working, so i had to withdraw money at the atm next to the hotel.
• العامري (10/5): شتكون هذه الفيلا الرائعة والحنونه وجهتي كلما حضرت الى قابالا ☺️ - أقمت في هذه الفيلا خلال أيام شديدة البرودة وتساقط الثلوج، وكانت بحق ملاذًا دافئًا ومريحًا. الفيلا واسعة، أنيقة، ونظيفة جدًا، وتشعرك بالراحة من اللحظة الأولى. الأجواء فيها تبعث على الاسترخاء والطمأنينة، وكأنك في بيتك تمامًا. لم أندم أبدًا على اختياري لها، بل كانت من أجمل محطات رحلتي في قابالا. أنصح بها وبشدة لكل من يبحث عن الراحة والخصوصية وسط طبيعة خلابة كل شي كان مكتمل ومتوفر حتى ابسط الاشياء كانت متوفرة

• Daniël (7/5): - Nette locatie met behulpzaam personeel. Stof op meerdere plaatsen in de kamer, voornamelijk in de kastjes en op de airco unit. Verder kleine dingen zoals een gat in een dekbed overtrek maar geen dingen die je reis verpesten.

Kaputte Gegenstände, Schmutzige Wände, schmutzige Vorhänge, schmutzige Fenster, kaputte Sofa und Stuhl im Zimmer. Tropfende Wasserhahn in Badezimmer.

• Tarek (1/5): Miserable stay - Location The room was very bad. The service was the worst ever. Everything in the washroom was broken even the towels was very very old with a lot of hols. The breakfast was biggest joke ever egg and cheese that is all. It is the worst experience in my whole life

• Shamim (7/5): - The location is fantastic and the price is cheap comparing to other places at the same area The cleanliness of the bedsheets and pillow cover and bathroom. The bathroom has water licking on the floor. At the first night the water drain on the bathroom floor was blocked. I asked them and they fixed the issue however it's not pleasant to go to take a shower after a long flight and see that water stays on the floor and the drain is blocked. Also the breakfast is very poor. The dishes and spoons... Were not completely clean. I didn't eat breakfast there while I had free included, I preferred to go out and eat.
