- Sergey (7/5): - Просторный чистый номер рядом со старым городом Нови-Сада. Перед заездом присылают инструкции, заселение самостоятельное. Без проблем разрешили въехать за полтора часа до официального чекина. В номере чайник (сразу не было, но попросил уборщицу, она принесла), плитка на одну конфорку, посуда. Кровать большая, удобная. Розеток много, wi-fi работает хорошо Это не отель, но и не обычные апартаменты с хозяевами, что сочетает минусы обоих вариантов. Классического ресепшна нет, если надо что-то от уборщиц, их надо ловить. Можно писать сообщения управляющему, но коммуникация медленная, ответа ждать долго. Номер оказался мансардным, хотя в описании и на фотографиях этого было не видно. Ничего особо страшного, но надо выше подниматься по лестнице (лифта нет), и света в номере меньше. Очень маленькая поверхность которую можно использовать в качестве стола, не удобно ни есть, ни работать. Нет стиральной машины или общей прачечной. Напор воды в душе очень слабый

Nur für Personen zu empfehlen die keine besrimmten Ansprüche haben. - der Zugang zur Unterkunft gestaltet sich und die Räume sind teilweise grosszügig gross und haben einen kleinen Kochbereich. Ich musste einmal das Zimmer wechseln von B1 nach A1, weil mich nachts ein mega lautes Geräusch aufgeweckt hat. Wahrscheinlich äussere Klimaanlage oder Aggregat. Wie auch immer sind die Zimmer leider sehr hellhörig und selbst Nachts ist teilweise ein Kommen und gehen gewesen. Am Abreisetag wollte ich morgens um 7 duschen und das Wasser war leider lauwarm. Kein Papier zum Hände abtrocknen vorhanden und um das Fenster in der Toilette zu schliessen muss man auf die Kloschüssel steigen. Aber für jüngeres Publikum die keine Erwartungen haben sollten die Apartments aber prima sein.

- Boris (6/5): Unterkunft ziemlich Zentral aber noch Potenzial nach Oben - Das Sie sehr Zentral liegt, alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar ist. Das Zimmer war Groß Check In super da mit Schlüsselcode.Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super. Das es nicht richtig sauber war, Staub wurde vergessen wegzumachen. Nach Info wurde der Staub beseitigt. Man sollte vorher prüfen ob der TV funktioniert ( keine Sender) nicht erst wenn der Gast da ist. Auch hier wurde Nachhinein ersatz aus einem Anderen besorgt. Mein Zimmer war gleich im Erdgeschoss ziemlich geräumig (A5) hatte ich leider war es etwas hellhörig daher wurde ich nachts oft Wach. Das Bad war geräumig aber man könnte die Regendusche sowie die Duschbrause auch mal entkalken damit das Wasser besser läuft.

- Nikola Jony Milic (7/5): - Odlična lokacija blizu centra, ali ako dolazite prvi put malo je teze naci ulazak u dvorište pošto je odmah sa glavnog puta Nije baš preporučljivo boravak ako imate malu decu pošto na Tusu nije moglo podesiti da se koristi vruća voda jer je išla toliko sporo da bi vam trebao čitav sat ili više da se okupator a kamoli ako bi trebali malo dete da okupate...

- Şennur (9/5): - Konumu çok iyi, sessiz olması, odaları temiz ve bakımlı, temizlik personelleri misafirperver. Sorun yaşamadım. Memnun ayrıldım. Mutfaklı bir oda bekliyordum, öyle yazıyordu, değilmiş maalesef, bana tava , tencere , bir tane su ısıtıcı ve ocak getirdiler . buzdolabı ve diğer mutfak eşyaları vardı, meyve , sebze bıçağı yoktu , ona ihtiyacım oldu. Biraz zor oldu ama yine de bazı yemekleri ve kahvaltıya hazırlık yapabildim.

- Tamara (10/5): - Sestra i zet su boravili u ovom apartmanu i jako im se svidelo. Domaćin je bio veoma korektan i ljubazan tokom celog boravka. Smeštaj je potpuno isti kao na slikama — uredan, prostran i veoma prijatan. Lokacija je odlična, na svega 5 minuta od centra, što je boravak učinilo još praktičnijim. Takođe, omogućena im je ranija prijava jer su stigli pre predviđenog vremena, što im je mnogo značilo. Sve preporuke za ovaj smeštaj — sigurno će se ponovo vratiti! Jedina mala zamerka je što ranije nije bilo naglašeno u poruci da se parking dodatno naplaćuje 7€ po danu, pa bi bilo dobro da ta informacija bude jasnije istaknuta unapred.

- Carlos Araujo (5/5): Suitable for a short stay - Good location, very close to the city center. Nicely decorated room. The air conditioning was very weak. Communication with the host was very poor – he didn’t respond to messages, and we had to call him every time. Parking is charged extra, even though it says there is parking available, it’s not mentioned that there’s an additional fee. Fortunately, the parking itself was good.

- Jovan (6/5): A decent place for a short stay, but it could use some refresh and jus a bit better cleaning. - The room was very spacious. Easy check-in, excellent parking, and a good location. The bed was decent, and the sheets and towels were clean. The room wasn’t sparkling clean, I noticed some hair here and there. It probably looked like the photos a few years ago, but now it feels a bit worn out. The overall finishing of the room could definitely be improved.

- Matic (1/5): Sramota i bezobrazluk - otkazana rezervacija na dan komemoracije za 16 zrtava pada nadstresnice u Novom Sadu - U stan nikada nismo usli. To je bio pred dan protesta u Novom Sadu 31.10.2025. Dan ranije smo hteli da prespavamo i prisustvujemo doceku studenata. u 14h me je pozvao telefonom i rekao da “neko nece da izadje iz apartmana i da je zauzeto”. Rezervisali smo mesec dana ranije da bismo izbegli divljanje cena. Rezervisali smo dva nocenja-31.10 do 02.11.25. Zvala sam Booking, oni su zvali njega i rekao im je da je sve u redu. Onda se opet nije javljao na telefon. Zvala sam opet Booking, opet ih je slagao da je sve u redu. Sve iz razloga jer je grad Novi Sad bio prepun gostiju, pa je nasu sobu dao nekome za ko zna koliko novca. ponovo se nije javljao na telefon. slali smo poruke i pozivali sto puta telefonom. Nista! Da bi cela sramota bila veca, u toku noci je obavestio Booking da je moja kartica nevazeca i onda mu je data prilika da otkaze rezervaciju. Pohlepa, bezobrazluk, sramotno ponasanje prema gostima koji su hteli da dodju na komemoraciju za 16 zrtava pada nadstresnice.

Bardzo słabe cisnienie ciepłej wody - ciężko było się wykąpać
