• robert (6/5): Very disappointing. - Entry was ridiculous. You had sent me 3 emails with a PIN number which did not work. On the day of arrival you sent an email to my home landline asking me to contact you for the PIN, but it arrived long after we had departed on our holiday. When we rang your number you asked for a photo of my driving licence despite the fact I could tell you the booking number and the original PIN which you had sent. other disappointments:-The property was not in Lubenham as advertised, it was on an estate in Market Harborough. The smoke alarm was deactivated - isn't this illegal? There were no wardrobes or drawers on the bedrooms. And 2 cabinets in the lounge were unstable and fell over

• Tammy (1/5): Never again!!!!!! - I was not allowed into the property. I was ghosted from 5pm on the day I was supposed to arrive. I had to find an alternative at significant expense. There is no recourse to a refund or cancellation on the day of booking. There was no one on booking.com to contact to arbitrate the difficulties so I was hours away from home, no where to stay. Their last communication is roughly 5pm saying there will be no refunds and then no response to my messages. So it took me a few hours to realise I’d been ghosted and had no recourse. Very disappointing!!!!
• Marie (1/5): They cancelked my booking at the point of Check in on Christmas Eve - I contacted the accomodation at 3pm on Christmas eve to confirm arrival time for check in to be told the accomodation wasnt available. They made no contact prior to me contacting them to say we couldnt stay and I had to cancel booking.com to sort a refund (which wasnt the easiest experiemce either) and i had to find other accomodation for the next 2 nights. Stress that really wasnt needed.

• William (7/5): Could be excellent. Needs to be better managed. - Clean. Safe, quiet area (new housing estate). Cheap. Well equipped apart from small beds and lack of storage. Poorly remotely managed. Bad communication. Had difficulty gaining access. Small double beds... only really suitable for one adult. No clothes storage. Two towels for three people.

• Gavin (10/5): A lovely place to stay with comfortable furnishings and everything you need. - A modern apartment with spacious rooms equipped with everything you need. Darker curtains due to the street lamp outside of the bedroom window.
• damien (5/5): The host need to educate herself on how to speak to customers - The host was very rude to me and my colleague I booked the property for.... she didn't send the code for the key until after 9pm, even though I sent messages and called for the code several... will not use this property again!!!

Called number , told me that she was at work and couldn't talk, wanted photo I'd sent , this was not in booking email, first code was wrong. Message half an hour before expected arrival asking for arrival time info, messaged at night to ask what time we were leaving.

• Billy (6/5): We booked and paid for 2 2 apartments, and there is only one. Booking .com allows you to book 2 and makes out there’s 2 - It was in a nice area Broken bedroom window, curtains are very thin and keep out no light, and the only mirror in the whole place is in the bathroom.

• Nikhil (8/5): Nice, clean flat in good location - Very clean and spacious, good location I would have liked bigger beds, the beds provided were small doubles. Very small for a couple sharing a bed. A regular double or king size would have been better, but generally a very nice place to stay
