Sylvie (6/5): Déception - Emplacement excellent et décoration toscane agréable et ingénieuse . Peu d'ustensiles de cuisine et de mauvaise qualité ( la cafetière italienne a été inutilisable (elle a explosé et a failli nous brûler gravement) La machine à expresso était inutilisable, il manquait la coupelle pour y installer le café. Nous avons fonctionné au café soluble à notre grand désappointement. Pas de bouilloire, pas de casseroles à grande contenance et les casseroles etaien usagées avec des revêtements rayés nocifs pour la santé. Un épluche légume tordu qui rendait difficile l'epluchage des légumes d'autant plus que les couteaux Ikea coupaient très mal.. Bref, grande déception au niveau de l'équipement de la cuisine. L'appartement était par ailleurs très sombre et nécessitait un éclairage constant alors qu'il semble lumineux sur les photos. Les matelas de la chambre à 2 lits étaient très mous. En revanche très bon matelas pour la chambre matrimoniale. Le tuyau de la douche de la chambre fuit énormément et compromet la douche. Il doit être réparé.

Christine (9/5): Walking through history in Florence - Easy walking distance to the Ponte Vecchio, the Piazzale Michelangelo, and other sights. Comfortable beds. Washing machine onsite. The street is a little noisier than we expected. Otherwise, it was fine.
Anonymous (4/5): Disappointing - The location in San Niccolo was perfect and had close access to everything. Apartment quite spacious. They were 20min late for check-in. There was no electricity for the first 3 hours we were there and I was with my elderly family members. There was no Moka coffee machine even though they said there was at least one. Only thin bed coverings, and when we asked for blankets for the colder nights they refused. The second double bed option is basically on the floor, difficult to get in and out of. Toilet was old and dirty. Very unresponsive host/staff. Many of our questions and concerns did not even get a reply.
Евгения (7/5): Good - The location is nice and the apartment itself is beautiful and cozy The floor fan is provided, there are enough beds for us (5 persons), the fridge, shower, stove - everything works normally They promised me they have an electric kettle in the kitchen so I didn't take mine with me. But it was absent In fact we could not cook food like pasta because there was no pot or salt
