• John (10/5): Location, view, apartment cleanliness, and hosts all excellent. And Madeira is wonderful. - Self catering , with lots of pots, pans etc provided. Very clean as was the outside/communal areas, very spacious underground garage. Lovely sea view and balcony with full afternoon sun…we loved that. Very nice quality bed, great towels, machines for dishes and clothes, comfortable sitting room …good wi fi (2 TVs not used by us) …nice quiet area and un disturbed sleeping. Brilliant service team, very responsive very helpful when our plane was un able to arrive for 48+ hours. Madeira is a fantastic place with wonderful people but it’s very hilly, but if you don t hire a car the apartment is only a few minutes from the airport by taxi, and in a great location for local buses, it’s easy to avoid walking uphill if you want to ….we came home feeling a lot fitter for not using the bus to fetch the shopping! (There are 2 good supermarkets in Caniço old town) We have loved Madeira for a long time, if you like spectacular coastlines, lovely people, fabulous food (cakes!), good value, and astonishing inland scenery you will not be disappointed. Stronger lighting in parts of the kitchen would have helped. Only 3 large mugs were provided, this meant a lot of gas/hot water was used to constantly keep these clean. Plenty of other crockery and cutlery was available meant that the dishwasher could be used occasionally for those and that was excellent.
• Julia (10/5): Top! - Wir wurden sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen, haben Insidertipps bekommen und konnten jederzeit per WhatsApp Kontakt aufnehmen und nach Tipps für Madeira fragen. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und gemütlich, es war alles notwendige vorhanden, am Balkon hat man Meerblick, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und um den Preis sowieso top! Wir würden sofort weiterempfehlen und wieder kommen! Es gibt nichts schlechtes zu sagen :)
• Aileen (10/5): Relaxing stay in a wonderful flat in a quiet area - Such a wonderful accomodation. Very spacious and quiet. Very beautiful flat. Awesome view over the ocean from the balcony. I liked the location, but a rented car is helpful here. I can highly recommend this flat :) Not really negative, just a little helpful information: When you check out, you are supposed to leave the keys in the appartment. Just make sure you drive first out of the garage, otherwise you will be stuck there.

• Julia (10/5): - Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt und wollten gar nicht weg ! Alles sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. In der Küche war alles da was man zum kochen brauchte!
• Tomasz (10/5): Przyjemny pobyt, łatwy dojazd w każde miejsce Madery. - Mieszkanie czyste i zadbane, ładnie urządzone. Najważniejszym plusem jest parking łatwo dostępny w podziemnym garażu - nie ma parkowania na górce - poziomy parking. Budynek nowy, zadbany. Okolica spokojna, bez wiadomo kogo. Bardzo fajny pobyt, gdybym wrócił na Maderę, ponownie wybrałbym to miejsce. Blisko wyjazdu na główną drogę dwupasmową, więc można szybko dojechać w każde miejsce Madery.

• Silvana (8/5): - Die Lage war für uns sehr gut. Mit dem Auto war alles super erreichbar. Der Ausblick vom Balkon der Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Der dazugehörige Garagenparkplatz für unser Mietauto war top. Die Wohnungsübergabe und der Kontakt zur Vermietung war sehr unkompliziert und angenehm. Im Allgemeinen war die Wohnung für unsere Bedürfnisse gut eingerichtet. Aus unsere Sicht gibt es bei folgendem noch Verbesserungspotenzial: • Zusätzliche Erstzhandtücher im Badezimmer • Zusätzliche Küchentücher • Frischhaltefolie oder ähnliches • Mehr Toilettenpapier • Haushaltspapier • Eventuell zusätzliche Zwischenreinigung zum Buchen
• Patrick (7/5): Good location with nice views and parking, but not the most soundproof. - The balcony had a very nice view, the kitchen was well equipped and the facilities were great! The parking garage was a very nice bonus - in conjunction with a rental car, you can reach everything easily :) The staff was also very responsive and helpful. The apartment isn’t well soundproofed. We had the unfortunate timing that someone did construction work above (but that’s not the fault of the company renting out the apartment). Still, you could hear chairs moving around and any day-to-day business as if it’s happening right next to you. For us it was bearable (we sleep with earplugs anyways), but for anyone who is very sensitive, it might not be the best option.

• Cosima (10/5): Das perfekte Apartment - Die Lage ist perfekt (13min. nach Funchal), Wohnung ist hell, geräumig, toll ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Kaffeemaschine, Föhn, zahlreiche verschiedene Kissen, super viel Stauraum in Schränken und Schubladen. Es gibt sogar ein Smart TV (bzw. 2 - im Wohnzimmer und im Schlafzimmer), sodass man sich mit Netflix / Amazon Prime etc. verbinden kann. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, geräumiger Kühlschrank... Sehr unkomplizierter, persönlicher, freundlicher Empfang mit Erklärung Tiefgarage etc. Der Balkon mit Meerblick ist auch traumhaft schön - perfekt zum Frühstücken. Es gibt aber auch noch einen Tisch im Wohnzimmer und einen in der Küche, falls draußen zu stürmisch. Es ist total ruhig, man kann gut durchschlafen. Einfach schön. Preis-Leistung unschlagbar. Die Matratze war für meinen Geschmack zu hart, aber das war auch alles.
• Justyna (9/5): - Apartament czysty, przestronny, z pięknym widokiem z balkonu, kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Atutem jest również przypisane miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym. Słabo działające odpływy w umywalce i wannie w łazience.
• Zandra_B (10/5): Great stay - We loved the place, it is just like in pictures. Appartment is very spacious and nice. It is very clean on arrival, you have all that is needed to keep the apprtment clean. It is very quiet and peaceful, you can enjoy your stay. We had everything we needed for our stay. Location was great, we where just surprised how dependent on a car you are in Madeira but we had free parking here so we didn't have any problems. You HAVE TO watch the instructions video they send you because it will be impossible to find the key locker when you arrive and agency doesn't know where it is, they have to call the owner to explain... The pillows where uncomfortable for us, we had two pillows each, one very soft and thin and other quite hard and high.. but we survived 😄 also the door of the apartment are very hard to unlock, I had to use both hands to turn the key.
• Jenny (9/5): Super, schöne Lage gute Ausstattung. - Die Schlüsselübergabe hat nicht funktioniert. Es gab keine automatische Mail. Erst auf Nachfrage und zweimaligem anrufen.
• Leszek (8/5): - Comfortable flat for a longer stay, has pretty much everything you'd need in a flat, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, private underground garage. Very comfortable if you have a car, a short drive to a supermarket and to Funchal if you want to go there. I wish there was an air conditioning in the bedroom, but that's only because I stayed there in summer and some nights were quite warm.

• Krzysztof (9/5): - Świetne wyposażenie mieszkania. Bezpłatne miejsce parkingowe w garażu dla wypożyczonego auta. Czystość. Problem z zamkiem w drzwiach uniemożliwił sprawne zameldowanie. Na szczęście szybka reakcja opiekuna mieszkania.

• Magdalena (8/5): - Apartment was quite spacious, the view from the balcony was great, kitchen was well equipped. There was a comfortable underground parking slot. The apartment was not fully cleaned (mostly the floor, couch and cushions).
