• Damien (4/5): - Landlord communication was quick in actioning questions / issues There were no cleaning supplies (dishwashing liquid, tea towels, clean sponge) to use in the kitchen area, despite stickers on the cupboard requesting dishes being cleaned before checkout. The sheets fitted to the beds were wet and had to contact the LL for other sheets to be dropped off The towels fell apart when used The shower drain was partially clogged, which lead to flooding of bathroom floor (read this in a previous review, and hasn’t been unclogged since) And the apartment has a steel front door with a gap at the bottom, which doesn’t block out any of the busy street noise
• Anna Maria (5/5): Discreta. - Posizione strategica all’interno dei Quartieri spagnoli Appena siamo arrivati ho notato subito che il letto a castello non corrispondeva con quello della foto, abbiamo trovato un vecchio letto a castello in ferro che faceva un rumore allucinante, considerando che il bambino si muoveva pochissimo nella notte. I lettini non erano sistemati e mancava la biancheria. Abbiamo comunicato la mattina appena arrivati nell’ alloggio. Ci sono state consegnate intorno alle 13,30 e ho sistemato io stessa le lenzuola perché ormai nell’ alloggio non volevo entrassero altre persone. Esiste un problema evidente alla porta, che essendo vecchio ed in ferro, aveva una fessura in basso da cui si vedeva la strada e di conseguenza sembrava di dormire in strada tanto il rumore. In pratica non abbiamo chiuso occhio.

Но подойдет для одной ночи в Неаполе для семьи с двумя детьми, как эконом-вариант. - Ничего, ну может быть кровать удобна Нигде не написано, что это подвал без окон. Под уличной дверью - щель, через которую можно наблюдать, что происходит на улице. Про слышимость я вообще не говорю. Менеджер - вы только деньги собираете? Вы не догадались пароль wifi распечатать и оставить в апартаментах? Вы его шлете фотографией! Из 20 букв и цифр, которые я как должен из телефона в этот же телефон скопировать? Из фотографии? Прошу менеджера прислать фото ящика с ключами, чтобы понять, где он расположен. Он мне присылает фабричное фото ящика для ключей.
