• Annalisa (3/5): Non riprenotero' più l'appartamento alessandrini. - Personale di accoglienza gentilissimo nulla da eccepire Le foto dell'appartamento non rispecchiano la reale situazione. Appartamento vecchio , con muri umidi sotto i condizionatori, mobile del bagno tutto disastrato, pavimento in molti punti rattoppato. Veneziana di una finestra rotta , tenuta chiusa con un cavo del telefono. Armadi mezzi cadenti. Non è stato assolutamente come me lo aspettavo. Per fortuna siamo rimasti solo due notti. Mi ha dato anche molto fastidio che ci è stato chiesto di portare via l spazzatura!
• Laura (5/5): La gestione dell’appartamento denota scarsa serietà. - Appartamento grande e luminoso in ottima posizione In generale gli arredi sono un po’ desueti, uno dei letti con un materasso piuttosto scomodo. La fornitura di carta igienica insufficiente. I condizionatori non funzionanti con macchie di umidità intorno. Ma sopratutto la cucina era invasa da scarafaggi e non è stato quindi possibili utilizzarla. Ci siamo rivolti alla struttura che gestisce l’appartamento che ci ha messo in contatto con la responsabile che ha acconsentito di portare un insetticida e ci ha assicurato il rimborso delle spese di pulizia per il disagio arrecato. Ha assicurato che il lunedì successivo sarebbero intervenuti nell’appartamento. Speriamo che lo facciano seriamente. Del rimborso, sollecitato, non c’è stata traccia.

• Immacolata (3/5): - La vicinanza al centro storico e alla stazione Purtroppo la nostra esperienza in questo appartamento per il weekend a Bologna è stata deludente. Nell’ultima notte del nostro soggiorno abbiamo riscontrato gravi problemi con la caldaia: i riscaldamenti non funzionavano e non abbiamo avuto acqua calda fino alla nostra partenza . Nonostante le segnalazioni, la situazione non è stata risolta, e il personale dell’agenzia Wonderful Italy (che si occupa della gestione) se n’è altamente fregato. Il tutto ha reso il soggiorno scomodo considerando il periodo, le temperature e soprattutto la presenza di una donna incinta al settimo mese. Ps: il malfunzionamento della caldaia ha causato una consistente perdita d’acqua che ci ha costretti a rimanere in casa piuttosto che uscire per cena
• Andreeas (3/5): - Locație aproape de centru În apartament mirosea ciudat, curățenia a fost făcută superficial. Așternuturile paturilor miroseau urat. Aerul condiționat era defect în două dintre cele 3 dormitoare, stătea pornit non-stop fără să îl poți opri. Am avut probleme cu căldura, centrala era defectă (picură apa din ea și scoate sunete foarte ciudate). Deși am cerut remedierea situației spunând gazdei ca nu ne simțim în siguranță acolo avand in vedere ca centrala scoate sunete ciudate, am tot fost mințite ca va veni cineva sa repare centrala, dar nu s-a mai reparat. Mai mult de atat, nu am reușit să ne odihnim deloc din cauza gălăgiei ca urmare a faptului ca sunt mai multe localuri în zonă și s-a făcut gălăgie aproape toate nopțile.

• Ana Lúcia (1/5): Pelo preço pago deveriam ter mais consideração com os hóspedes! - Localização O chuveiro é péssimo, não funciona, faltam utensílios na cozinha, guardanapos, toalhas de mesa, os colchões são ruins!

• Ernesto (6/5): Pleasant - Location is really good, , bedrooms were big. Only one bathroom, not enough toilet paper for the time we spent.
• Maureen (7/5): Location was good and easy to find. For us it was very noisy til early morning may suit younger crowd with a travelling - Central location to everything. Easy to find. Shower rose did not work correctly. Understand location is above the restaurant is noisy till all hours of the morning. Perhaps describe it as a vibrant area. Water temperature regulation was difficult. Shower was mouldy in certain areas around the grout. Rooms were quite light at night perhaps some curtains to darken.

• Aimee (9/5): A cosy apartment in a fantastic location - Location is excellent -surrounded by great bars (inc. an excellent one downstairs!), restaurants, a supermarket and a short walk to the main piazza. The apartment has great heating (very important for Australians visiting Europe in January) and was wonderfully cozy. Not a ‘did’t like’ per se, but I didn’t notice when I looked at the property photos that it doesn’t have anywhere to sit but at the dining table.

• Kerim (10/5): If ı come to Bologna again, I’d prefer this house again 🤗 - Location was perfect 😍 beds were really comfortable, bedlinens were bright light which were really clean. Home was very big, perfect for families, there were 3 real bedrooms with double beds. Air conditions works good. There was a car park which was very close to house and out of ZTL area (it is very difficult in italy 😄) Unfortunately dishwasher machine is a must for such a big house :( there were not any cooking stuffs like sugar, salt or olive oil. Staff warned us about the lift, if we had a problem. But we used for the luggages and didn’t have any problem.
• Belinda (7/5): Good location but fairly basic in some ways - It was well located and we had 3 separate bedrooms which is what we needed. The shower was poor. Low water pressure and an old shower head that needed replacing. Given that the main requirement are a bed and a shower when you stay somewhere, this was a disappointment. Not having any tea towels was surprising.
