Desde la habitación y también durante el desayuno disfrutábamos de una vista increíble. El servicio de limpieza fue muy bueno y además cuentan con servicio de lavandería. Sin duda volveriamos!

• Derya (10/5): Wir kommen wieder - Die besonders zentrale Lage des Hotels ist ein großer Pluspunkt und ideal für Erkundungen. Der Aussichtspunkt Aşıklar Tepesi, von dem aus man die Ballons beobachten kann, ist in nur etwa 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und auch von der Hotelterrasse aus bietet sich ein schöner Blick. Das frisch zubereitete Frühstück überzeugt durch Qualität und Geschmack. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die sehr freundlichen und aufmerksamen Mitarbeiter, die den Aufenthalt angenehm machen. Taxi-Zentrale und Busbahnhof befinden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auf Anfrage wird zudem ein Hoteltransfer zum Flughafen Kayseri für 15 € pro Person angeboten.

Putroppo saremo stati sfortunati noi, ma la camera che ci è stata data aveva parecchia muffa sulle pareti del bagno e nella doccia. Inoltre non funzionava correttamente il riscaldamento. Stando larghi è da classificare come 2 stelle.

I traveled solo to Cappadocia for my birthday, and the team made my stay incredibly special and memorable. A very special thank you to Mert Asan (General Manager), Bugra, and all the other staff members for their kindness, warmth, and genuine hospitality. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable — I truly felt like I was with family. They surprised me not only with an amazing room but also with a birthday cake, which made the experience even more meaningful. The people here are genuinely wonderful, and the level of service was excellent from start to finish. Honestly, if I could give this place 10 stars, I would — but unfortunately only 5 stars are available! I would strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cappadocia. • Julia (3/5): Damp "fake-style" cave - The location was good and convenient. Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The moment I arrived, the reception area had a strong smell of cigarettes, which didn’t give a good first impression. The room itself was dark, and the “cave-style” design felt more fake than charming. The humidity in the room was unbearable — the walls were wet, and some lime residue even got onto my clothes in my bag. There was no wardrobe or any safe, proper place to store luggage or hang clothing, which made things even more inconvenient. The smell in the room was horrendous, and combined with the dampness, it was genuinely uncomfortable. I honestly couldn’t imagine staying another night. Noise was also an issue — in the morning, balloons popping or inflating outside sounded like they were echoing directly inside the room. On top of that, no cleaning was done during our stay, which added to the overall poor experience. I wouldn’t return, and I hope the hotel addresses these issues for future guests.

• Jolanta (7/5): - Lokalizacja hotelu w samym centrum Goreme, z ładnym widokiem z tarasu. W pokoju ciepło mimo niskich temperatur na zewnątrz. W łazience pleśń, personel mógłby zwrócić na to uwagę w przyszłości. Śniadania ubogie, ale stosunek ceny do jakości ok. Niestety w pokoju bardzo głośno, sluchać muzykę z restauracji, dziwne odgłosy jakby z klimatyzacji, niestety cieżko spać tam w nocy. Nie polecam jedynie korzystać z dodatkowych usług jak rezerwacja lotu balonem, lepiej skorzystać z profesjonalnych agencji polecanych w internecie.

The cave-style room was not only unique but also very comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed with authentic touches. Every morning we woke up to breathtaking views of the hot air balloons right from the terrace – truly magical! The location is excellent, in Göreme , yet much quieter and more peaceful. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to arrange tours, transfers, or give local tips. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and served with genuine hospitality. I can’t imagine a better place to experience the true spirit of Cappadocia. Highly recommended, and we would definitely come back

Por dentro tenían la espuma totalmente deshecha. Falta de ventilación, en la habitación, se entiende el concepto de estar en una cueva, pero se extraña una ventana más grande para airear el ambiente. Baño - ducha sin separación más que una pequeña cortina de unos 70 cm, insuficiente, ya que no cubría todo el ancho y llegaba el agua hasta el retrete.

• Daniel (7/5): - Location is close to the town center, few mins walk from the bus station. Hüseyin helped us with balloon tour reservation and laundry. The cave room is spacious and beautiful. Wifi worked quite well. Breakfast is simple but nice with great view from the terrace. Apart of Hüseyin none of the staff speaks English. The cave room does not have ventilation (it has a tiny window), so it gets quite damp and you can feel in in the air and in your clothes. The towels in the bathroom can't get dry. There are a lot of restaurants and bars near the hotel which have loud music till midnight. Then at 4:45 the first prayer of the day starts, the minaret is very close. This is not a problem though if you are going for sunrise balloon, but otherwise it will wake you up.

• Gary (6/5): Sorry didn’t live up to the listing - Mixed reviews for this one but will start with the positives. Location is great with beautiful view from windows especially at night and early in the morning you see the balloons overhead. This is from room 201. Bed is comfortable. Room was very hot (July) and we’re thankful when we finally got a room fan. The reception & kitchen staff are nice and helpful. They organised a balloon flight for a very good price compared to what we had seen advertised. Seems to be a bit of stretching the truth in the Hotel listing with descriptions. Parking- “ free private parking onsite - no reservations needed” = basically park in the street if you can find one. There was 1 car spot at the hotel. We were lucky to get a street spot across the road each day. It filled up fast. “ Single room air conditioning for guest accommodation” = No Airconditioning in room despite it been listed in facility. We were provided pedestal fan when we pressed. Room 201 was a sweat box during our 5 day stay in July. It was a very hot week with 35+ degree days. We had to sleep with all the windows open and a fan later supplied on request. When we were checking out and asked how or stay was we said the room is very hot and stuffy. Response “we know” . So why not do something about it and have a permanent fan in the room 🤷‍♂️ it’s a cheap easy fix. Shower flooded when using, making the whole bathroom area room wet for ages till it eventually drained after a few hours. Heard other guests also complain about the same issue in their rooms. Shower also looked like it needed a good clean by the soap scum all over the walls. The covered rooftop balcony in the pictures no longer has a cover. So it’s useless during the heat of the day. The public Lounge area in the pictures basically faces the dinning area so you need a 180 degree head to see the view. A lounge facing the scenic town below (what you see in the photo) would be a much better option. Overall would I recommend friends to stay here - sorry no. One of the few places we have stayed in Turkey and we have been travelling around for over 20 days, that did not meet expectations of the listing.

L'ho subito segnalato ed in prima battuta mi hanno chiesto 10€ per la sostituzione! Ho fatto presente che non l'avevo incrinata io, ma l'avevo trovata così e il proprietario non mi ha fatto pagare la sostituzione ma ha avuto un atteggiamento che mi ha fatto capire non mi credesse. Trovo assurdo sia non credere ad un cliente che ha solo segnalato un difetto e, soprattutto, provare a chiedere 10 € per sostituire una chiave! - lo stesso proprietario, a cui avevo chiesto il sevizio lavanderia, al momento di pagare il servizio mi ha fatto storie per la carta di credito chiedendo il pagamento in contanti e dicendo che lo avevamo concordato in questo modo: non era vero - una delle stanze era all'interno della roccia: molto bella e suggestiva, ma davvero molto umida. Talmente tanto che tutto era quasi bagnato: lenzuola, abiti, ecc. - L'altra stanza era normale, ma senza aria condizionata: di giorno faceva molto caldo

• Michal (10/5): Lovely place with great people - Super nice and welcoming people, helped us not only to park but also held the space while we moved the car. Zahide in the breakfast was very sweet and food was delicious. Also young gentleman who helped with bags and explained everything for us was a pleasure to meet. Room was spacious and true cave experience. Location right in the heart of everything. Had very cute terrace where you can have breakfast and enjoy the view. TV placement was a little unfortunate as it is easy to hit the head while leaving the bathroom, but other than that everything was top.

Все ресторанчики рядом, сувенирные лавки . Очень красиво. Уютно. Вежливый персонал. Нам понравился Сельджук. Он работает на ресепшн. Встретил, все обьяснил, давал советы.

• Pinar (9/5): Fantastische locatie en super schattig leuk kamertje met mooi uitzicht - De locatie was fantastisch! Mooi uitzicht, super centraal, schattige minimalistische aankleding van de kamer, prima douche. De wasbak lekte een beetje en de wifi was niet optimaal, maar beide was voor ons geen enkel probleem.
