Couldn't get the stove to work. 2. The AC leaked water at some point 3. There's ongoing construction next to the property, so, if you need some peace and quiet in the room during the weekday, you might have to think twice

As I was walking past I had bags in my hands and I was bit disheveled and they were laughing at me. They were very rude and were sleeping att night by 11 pm outside the gate.

• Carl (8/5): Very good - The facilities were excellent and the price was good. The staff was helpful. There was a musty smell in the apartment at times, the air conditioning units dripped water and we were disappointed that the exercise gym closed before 10:00 PM.
• Erik (8/5): Nice Apartment in a Good Location - The location, amenities, and staff were great. The apartment was well stocked, the host always responded promptly. The gym and pool area was a plus. There was a foul odor coming from the bathroom (possibly the drain) that would permeate into the rest of the apartment. If you leave the air conditioner off the odor would be very pronounced. This would have been an issue had I brought my significant other along on the trip.

• Sheena (6/5): Nice building/apartment. Close to many amenities. Would recommend this stay minus the horrific odor. - Easy access to apartment. Building staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Huge thank you to Elsie (front desk receptionist) who helped me and guided me throughout my stay. Close to restaurants/nightlife lounges and grocery. Oxford St. (Street with all the amenities) is roughly a 15 min walk. Airport is a 30-40mins drive with traffic (on a good day), 10 mins without it. Great security. Easy access to bolt and taxi due to location of the apartment, same with food delivery. Just make sure when you putting the apartment address to put the name of the street and add a note the name of the apartment, it helps a lot for the driver to locate the apartment instead of just using location on the app. Neighborhood is a bit noisy but not disruptive where it's disturbing your peace. Apartment was very nice and clean and had everything we needed. (pictures are literally as is, even nicer). Host was quick to answer questions, easy to communicate with and was willing to resolve any issues we had. There was a very strong smell coming from the bathroom that had the shower. The odor was more of a misty/sewage smell. Very very strong when you open the door after closing it for a while. The only way to contain the smell was to keep the door closed. We tried airing out the room by opening the windows and turning on the a/c (with the windows closed). We did notify the host. Host offered air freshener which was a temporary fix. I was told a service request was put in but it appeared no one came in to investigate the matter. It really didn't make my stay pleasant. Host did try to provide solution. Internet was a little slow. We weren't able to stream on our laptops but it was good enough to do small surfing on the web and to use communication apps. Method of payment was a bit of an inconvenience. But that does not have to do with the host it's just with booking.com. Luckily I had family and mobile money where I was able to make payments. A suggestion to anybody that does not have the options I had; always ask the merchant the preferred method of payment before finalizing your booking.
