- George (5/5): Although aircon was great and building was relatively new, maintenance seemed to be poor with simple - Although keys were in a lock box at the property, it was difficult to try and open the box. Cleaners at the next unit said everyone has trouble with that lock box. The host called us back and sent us video on how to open the lock box. Host was informed the remote for the garage door did not work. Host reponded the batteries were replaced recently, no other support given.
Aircon was very good!! Carpet was very dirty. Couldn't open window in main bedroom to let fresh air in. Shower handle on glass door very loose and hanging down. Only one towel in each bedroom.

Some things that was need fixing, the remote control for the main TV wasn't working, and the door lock for the toilet down stairs wasn't working. Last thing is the double bed was need bit fixing because the mattress was falling

- Jozsef (8/5): Good value for money place in Western Sydney - Good location, close to main motorways and shopping mall Quite cramped street, hardly enough space to drive car through the parking cars and bins.
kitchen could have been a bit better equipped - more dishes, plates, utensils, salt, pepper for cooking
- Brad Wc (5/5): Could use professional cleaning - Secured parking and location (shops nearby, although abit noisy at night) Just like other people's feedback, the place was not properly cleaned at all. Used soap bars, used dish sponge, molds and filth in bathrooms, rubbish underneath and on the side of the beds, dust everywhere, stains and smells on curtains etc. Lamps were simply for display purposes, plugs were not AU plug. Bed in one of the rooms seems needing replacing soon. Not worth the price, honestly.
- Alex (3/5): Not clean or worth the money we paid for - location was great and beds were comfy Property wasn't very clean. Old used bars of soap left in shower. Kitchen not wiped out properly with microwave and cupboard full of crumbs and splattered food. No bath mats or hand towels. Old dirty sponges. Shopping trolleys and clothes lines left out in garden all over the place. Powerpoints covered in months worth of dust in bathrooms and carpets dirty. Kitchen only had 3 plates, bowls and cutlery so for amount of guests there were not even enough kitchen wear to support the amount of people staying. Not impressed.
