• Elisabeth (6/5): Luxuriös ist an diesem Apartment nur die Größe! - Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut. Zentral aber doch sehr ruhig. Die Terrasse ist super. Die Betten sehr gut. In einen Bad (das kleinere)ist eine Dusche. Unbenutzbar. Heftiger Schimmel!!! Düsen zum Teil kaputt und sehr verschmutzt! Auch ist ein Wäscheständer mit gewaschener Wäsche herumgestanden. Im zweiten (großen) Bad sind die Armaturen der Badewanne kaputt. Die Fliegengitter an sämtlichen Fenstern und der Türe zur Terrasse haben große Risse. Es hatte in dem Apartment 17 Grad (auch in den Bädern) also kälter als draußen. Gar nicht angenehm. Wir sind mit Mänteln zugedeckt am Sofa gesessen. Zusätzliche Decken gab’s nicht.Habe nachgefragt, ob es die Möglichkeit gibt, das Apartment irgendwie zu erwärmen. Auskunft war, dass heizen per Gesetz bis Ende Oktober verboten ist. Was machen da andere Hotels/Unterkünfte? Hab ich noch NIE erlebt. Simple Heizstrahler oder Ähnliches hätten den Aufenthalt angenehmer gemacht. Es war uns immer kalt!

• Thomas (10/5): - Unterkunft hat das gehalten, was geschrieben war. Lage, Ausstattung einfach super. Lage perfekt, zum Markusplatz, zur Rialto Brücke nicht weit.. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war außergewöhnlich. Jederzeit erreichbar. Immer ein offenes Ohr. Besser geht das nicht.. Gerne wieder..
• Guest (10/5): Highly recommended - Wonderful location! Charming neighborhood, very quiet, but you can walk to great restaurants/bars, cafes bakeries in 5 minutes. You’re away from the crazy crowds and live like a local. Easy walk to the ferry as well. Host was easy to reach.

• andre (10/5): We had a lovely time in a lovely apartment - We just loved sitting out on the terrace for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening, soaking up the beautiful views and waterside atmosphere. It was all good.

The apartment has everything you need for living and even more. Jacuzzi. Good location. All attractions are within walking distance. The owner is always in touch and ready to help. We were pleased with our stay. Thank you for your hospitality and the comfort you created! I recommend!
• Mark (10/5): Lovely spot to enjoy your stay in Venice. - Perfect place to stay away from crowds. So nice to come to a homey spot after a long day sightseeing to sit on the balcony and watch the beautiful view enjoying a glass of wine before going out to dinner.
• Samantha (9/5): This is the place to stay if you want good value and a good location - Amazing location, 5 minutes walk to Rialto bridge with the hustle and bustle of the Grand Canal. With the benefit of being in a less touristy area with Campo Santa Maria Nova square around the corner with quiet bars and restaurants. A local mini mart is 3 minutes away. Passing patisseries and coffee shops. Also a less busy area to grab a gondola which takes you onto the Grand Canal and under the Rialto Bridge. 5 minutes walk in the opposite direction is F.te Nove. A water transport hub where you can get to and from the airport and the islands of Murano and Burano. No dragging a case for 40 minutes over cobbles and bridges! Good communication during our stay and good directions to find the apartment. The balcony and view are everything we wanted. We heard the hustle and bustle of locals delivering goods in the mornings and passing by going about their day to day life. Along with the occasional gondola. Kitchen and bathroom facilities are great. Plenty of loo rolls and towels to use. Well stocked kitchen with essential utensils. Comfy beds. Very clean apartment.

• Katie (9/5): Great location and very spacious. Loved having the terrace. - The location was great. Out of the hustle and bustle, but only by a few minutes to reach the main attractions. All communication was very quick too. We were short on a mug and the step to the terrace (that others have mentioned) definitely needs repair.
• Steven (10/5): Great location, great property, incredibly spacious and wonderful terrace. Easy and pleasant communications with the own - Huge! Massive property. The highlight is the terrace, incredibly peaceful to start your morning with a coffee, watching the canal below. Sunshine all day. Spacious inside, air con in the bedroom, comfy beds, full kitchen if needed. Beautiful building. Location is excellent to get to main sights in minutes and excellent to escape the business and explore Cannaregio. Head to the the canals around the Campo del Ghetto Novo for great places to eat with tables lining the water if you want an escape. Just be careful of the step leading to the terrace.

• Gary (9/5): Rooftop hideaway with plenty of room to relax - We had a wonderful week at this apartment. Roomy and good light. This apartment would best serve a family of four. Not two couples. Nice furnishings, all comfortable. The kitchen is bright and well equipped. We mostly used the fridge and the coffee maker. Both bathrooms are comfortable. One with a tub and one with a shower. You will be better off bringing your own shampoo and soap. Or stop at local market and buy some great smelling Italian soap as we did. The shower drains slowly. Just a heads up. The balcony is wonderful, with views of canals, rooftops and the Dolomites in the distance. We would have spent more time out there if it was warmer. Directions to the apartment was easy. About a ten minutes walk from fontemente Nove ferry. The neighborhood is quiet and away from the crowds.yet full of wonderful restaurants, bars, bakeries and groceries in every direction. The apartment is on the top floor so be prepared to walk up lots of steps.

• Ami (10/5): A Truly Breathtaking Venetian Escape - This luxury penthouse with terrace was everything we hoped for and more. Spacious, serene, and exquisitely designed, it offered the perfect blend of comfort and elegance right in the heart of Venice. The views from the balcony and terrace were absolutely stunning—we began each morning with coffee overlooking the terracotta rooftops and ended our days listening to the soft hum of boats drifting down the canal. Watching the locals pass by, seeing laundry swaying from windows, and admiring tiny box gardens on neighboring balconies made us feel like we were part of everyday Venetian life. Inside, the apartment was immaculate and beautifully laid out. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms were peaceful and stylish, and the bathroom featured an excellent, oversized bathtub—a perfect way to relax after a day of wandering the city. Every amenity, from air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi to a washing machine, added comfort and ease. Even the walk to reach the apartment was one of our favorite parts—tucked away in a quiet pocket of Cannaregio, it felt like a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. The location gave us the best of both worlds: a peaceful, authentic slice of Venice with easy access to the city’s energy. If you're looking for a stay that combines beauty, quiet luxury, and a real sense of place, this penthouse is it. We’d return in a heartbeat.
• Peter (10/5): Superb apartment in a great location. - Very roomy apartment on the top floor. The small terrace overlooking a canal was wonderful; a real sun-trap even though we stayed in mid-March. The kitchen was well-equipped, the double bed was very comfortable. Only 2 of us stayed for 4 nights but the apartment was sufficiently spacious for 4 people. Excellent location: Rialto Bridge was probably less than 10 minutes to walk to. There are 2 really charming local restaurants within 5 minutes; food and staff were lovely. An excellent property to stay in; we had a very comfortable stay and would definitely return. Some constructive criticism: an information pack upon arriving would have been useful. We also found mastering the light switches and heating controls a bit tricky. Minor things I know but worth pointing out we felt

• Frank (5/5): Would not recommend for seniors. - Very large centre room with tables and chairs at one end, and a large coach and TV at the other end. Master bedroom was large with on suite bath with Jacuzzi but no shower. Second bathroom had a shower and a clothes washer. Well equipped, modern kitchen. Attractive apartment. The penthouse apartment was 3 floors and 6 flights of stairs up … 12-15 steps each. No elevator. Very challenging for seniors like us. Extremely so with our luggage !!! Venice was cool and the temperature in the apartment was often only 19 C ( uncomfortable ) and the owner could not help because the heating was controlled by the building ‘administrator’.
• Anastasiia (10/5): Our experience of staying in those apartments was absolutely amazing. I would say this is one of the most positive exper - The view from the terrace was absolutely amazing. Generally apartments is very beautiful and stylish, give you a feeling of a proper home, lots of space, great kitchen with all the tools for cooking.

• Heather (9/5): Superb - We had a brillaint stay at this property in central Venice. We were a group of 4 adults and found the generous amount of space the penthouse had to offer made for a very comfortable and relaxing 5 day trip. Something we hadn't appreciated from the photos is the fact that the balcony is West facing and unlike many places in Venice looks out onto a very large green church garden which meant that we could enjoy a shaded breakfast in the mornings and then sunset dinners in the evenings. Additionally there is a canal right below the balcony so you get to see daily life in Venice passing you by as you eat and drink. The property was also very well situated in the Cannaregio district, only 5 minutes form the Rialto bridge but off the beaten track enough to not be surrounded by other tourists at all times. We will definitely be back!
