Christian (8/5): Good value place for a short stay - Great location. Good value for money. I stayed for three nights and ended up having the whole flat to myself which was nice, as no one else was booked to stay in the other room. Bins could have been emptied before I arrived. And while the woman who I dealt with over message regarding my stay was perfectly pleasant, the man who delivered the key and collected my cash payment was frankly quite rude.

mahmut (6/5): Centrally located, easy access, balanced in price/benefit - We did not have any problems with the heating of the rooms. The kitchen utensils worked smoothly and everything was almost enough. The beds were comfortable. The location of the house was very good. It had a central location. There was a washing machine. There was an iron. There was a lot of light source. There was a television in every room. It can be called a comfortable stay. Hot water boiler system. Since we were 5 people, we had hot water problems taking a shower. The house was not clean enough, there was dust everywhere. The towels smelled, we had to wash it several times before using it. Since the floor of the house was made of wood, there was a lot of noise while walking. At the same time, the sound was clearly heard from other apartments. The drain of the bathroom is problematic. It takes half an hour to draw the accumulated water. The shower head of the bathroom has a problem. It is not comfortable when taking a shower. At the same time, you can't prevent the places from being water when taking a shower.

Andrew (9/5): Good value - Very friendly reception upon arrival. Host was waiting for me to give me the key. Good location in center of Belgrade, near train station. Private room with shared bathroom and kitchen. So long as the other guests are quiet and respectful, it is a good option. Only two rooms share common areas. Comfortable bed. Warm room. Other guests may return late a night, making some noise. Kitchen sink was full of dirty dishes when I arrived and when I left.

You have a tram and bus station very close(50m) The bedsheets and bathroom were very clean and well maintained. If you are a smoker there is a balcony. The owner is super friendly and helpful.

The check-in is easy with very friendly and helpful personal. It is around 10 minutes (walking) away from the city center. Super markets and good restaurants are also nearby. It was a good stay and I would absolutely recommend it!

Daria (9/5): Perfect place to stay! - I want to say that it was perfect for its money: the stuff was so open-minded and not annoying. The place is quiet and cozy. I really appreciated the quality of the bad, the elevator and the minimal appearance. It was not far away from the city center, and there was a caffeine with the taste of coffee nearby. Also, I want to mention that Wi-Fi worked brilliantly. It's not that I didn't like, but it's room for improvement: - Add a mirror in the room - Add disposable slippers - Add a disposable toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom.

The apartment is equipped with everything one needs and there are supermarkets and coffee shops within 6 min walking. The bathroom could be cleaner. The room can get a bit noisy in the morning since it is right above a busy street.

Leabackpack (9/5): Super place :) - Really convenient location, incredibly comfy double bed, very clean, and we could put our bikes safely on the balcony (we are doing the eurovelo). A washing machine was available. The single bed was a bit hard. It was not really obvious on the Booking page that kitchen and bathroom were shared (could worth updating the info) but actually we didn't really were bothered about it.
