• Diana (7/5): Im Sommer optimal - Die Lage - direkt im Geschehen
• lage (5/5): - Beliggenheten Helsefarlig leilighet. Ingen ventilasjon. Relativ fuktighet på 70 % i leiligheten.
• Beata (2/5): - Das einzige was gut war , war die Nähe zum Strand Gleichzeitig, weil so zentral, ist es sehr sehr laut. Das Apartment liegt im Erdgeschoss, direkt an der Straße und unmittelbar bei zwei Bars/ Restaurants. Es wurde gefeiert bis spät in die Nacht. Und morgens gegen 7 kommen die Müllwagen und Reinigungskräfte d.h. es wird wieder laut. Schlafen nachts geht daher nur mit Kopfhörer. Das Apartment selbst eine sehr große Enttäuschung. 1. Dunkel und sticking; Nur die Küche hat ein normales Fenster, das allerdings auf die Terrasse des benachbarten Restaurants ausgerichtet ist. Das eine Schlafzimmer hat nur ein kleines Fenster unter der Decke und das zweite Schlafzimmer hat kein richtiges Fenster Aufgrund der Lärrmstärke und der unmittelbarer Lage am Fussgängerweg ist es im Prinzip ausgeschlossen die "Fenster " nachts zu öffnen. Die Luft ist dementsprechend. 2. Nur in einem Schlafzimmer (dem ohne Fenster) ist ein normales Bett. Das zweite "Schlafzimmer " ist sehr klein und hat nur ein Schlafsofa. Das Schlafsofa war dreckig, befleckt. Wir ir den Raum deshalb nicht genutzt und waren gezwungen das eine Schlafzimmer zu teilen. Der Fußboden war sehr dreckig Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist absolut schlecht. Ca.125 Euro die Nacht für zwei Personen - für diesen Standard unverschämt Die positiven Bewertungen halte ich für Fakes. Ich kann jedem nur abraten das Apartment zu buchen. Wir haben uns bei booking beschwert, uns wurde aber leider nicht geholfen.

• Nardino (10/5): Viaggio relax - La posizione fantastica dove si usciva dal portone ed eri in spiaggia senza contare il supermercato e i vari locali a due passi Poca privacy a causa di mancanza tendine in bagno e in cucina dove la gente si poteva sporgere vedendo dentro E se posso, la pulizia un po' più accurata anche se non era male. Ma forse noi italiani siamo un po' troppo esigenti per quanto riguarda la pulizia 😁

• Daniel (6/5): Pleasan - The location, near the beach There is some kind of pub near the apartment and is noisy till they close; The owner or the contact person doesn't appear to master the English language very well, and we had trouble communicating. We lost some keys in the apartment and they confirmed that they found them(they sent us a picture), but when I wanted to send a courier to pick them up, they didn't answer anymore to my messages. Also, we stayed 8 days, and during this period, nobody came to clean up the room(apartment). I expected to have some cleaning service for such a long period of time.

• Jacqueline (8/5): Very good - in the middle of the centre, the appartment was clean, all what you need was in. Maybe describe where you can buy the coffee caps, right at the supermarket, 10 meters away that in the middle of the city, noise, chatter and music are understandable and not disturbing, but the garbage collection comes every day at 6 in the morning, which bothered me. With earplugs, which I then bought, it was fine. Put earplugs in the room!!
• Roddy (8/5): Very good - Apartment is one minute walk from the beach and supermarket. Multiple restaurants on your door step Nothing all round good apartment and value for money.
• Anna (8/5): Overall we enjoyed our stay in this property. - The location was great, very close to Los Cristianos beach and many nice cafes and restaurants. The facilities were overall comfortable. Kitchen equipment could be better and the staff could be more proactive in communicating about check in and other information.
• Stephen (10/5): Los Christianos hidden Gem - Location, location, location. On the flat, right in the centre of town 30m from the beach. Spotless and well appointed apartment. Nothing.
• Royston (9/5): Relaxing is our overall experience - Location was at the end of Los Cristianos more the Spanish end, 2 minute walk to the beach, plenty of cafes, shops, restaurants and bars without the endless British/Irish bars that can be found in Playa das Américas which is within easy walking distance. The surrounding area was clean and tidy with everything you need. The apartment is right next to the commercial bins for the cafes/bars/restaurants and it is noisy up to 2am when the they close, ear plugs would be recommended for light sleepers
