- Lisa (10/5): Exceptional place to stay. - The agent, Peter, was there to meet us and explain everything about the apartment, which was gorgeous, and the electronic access. He recommended places to eat. Monte Baldo was fantastic, top class food. Caffè Bossari , around the corner from our apartment, was the best coffee and croissant in the morning. Tiny place, busy but still fun, looked after everyone! Tom looked after us the day we left, minded our luggage for a few hours then organized the taxi for us. Our first time in Italy, but we loved it. Everyone was so calm and helpful, stress free. Verona is a great city, especially for a short stay. We walked everywhere, day and night. We give it Ten out of Ten 👍🫶

The apartment has the best location, so central in the city. Beautifully clean, both rooms exactly the same, and modern in style. Large beds, large ensuite bathrooms, honestly we couldn't fault it. And it's such a beautiful building! Our room was in the old part of the building, with steps, no elevator, and even the entry courtyard and hallways are beautful! I would DEFINITELY stay there again and highly recommend. Nothing, it was perfect, and our best city break apartment ever booked.

- Iris (8/5): Spacious apartment in great location minutes walk from the Arena - You can't beat the location - right in the centre of the historical area. We had booked a one bedroom apartment with city view. It was on the 3rd floor and had windows facing the pedestrian street below. Despite this, the apartment was super quiet with the windows closed. Air conditioning worked well and we had a comfortable stay. Furnishings and fit-out of the apartment is modern but basic. While the apartment is spacious, the kitchenette was a bit cramped and not well designed. Nevertheless, it had a stovetop, MW, sink and fridge and basic equipment for making simple meals. Bedroom was large with wardrobe (with safe), desk and king size bed which was comfortable. Access is via codes and information is sent by the host on WhatsApp, a day or 2 before your arrival date. You are required to complete a pre-checkin and provide personal details and photo ID of all people staying. This request was sent to my Australian mobile and roaming was not switched on so I didn't see it until I went looking. I immediately responded with the information but on arrival the host made it clear he was frustrated that he had to send several follow-up messages and he was impatient to collect the city tax. Otherwise, he was helpful in providing another login option for WIFI which was not working and fixing access to the safe deposit box. The shower screen is not well sealed against the wall tiles so a significant amount of water flooded parts of the bathroom if you used the spray shower head. Less so with the rain shower head. This could probably be fixed with the addition of some silicon to fill the gap.

- Guest (8/5): Bel appartement mais personnel peu convivial. Au départ on se sent quelque peu indésirable. Au suivant ! - Situation centrale en plein centre historique. On nous a tout d abord propose un appartement dont l’une des chambres n avait pas de fenêtres ou la moindre ouverture : le galéras ? Horrible. Finalement nous avons obtenu un beau duplex lumineux mais le fait qu on nous ait proposé au départ un galetas sans fenêtre nous a quelque peu refroidi. En outre l atmosphère était très peu conviviale en fonction du responsable de garde, tantôt agréable tantôt à la limite du savoir-vivre. Le Check out était à 1030. On nous a alors sèchement signalé que nos codes d ´accès étaient périmés, y compris pour l entrée dans la cour extérieure du bâtiment. Notre train partant plus tard dans la journée nous y avions Encore nos bagages … j ai connu des vœux de voyages plus courtois …

- André (10/5): Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mitten in Verona - Das Appartment ist mitten in Verona. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, sehr stylisch und modern. Man befindet sich mitten in der Fußgängerzone und ist in wenigen Minuten an der Arena oder am Piazza Erbe. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig, da irgendwann der Fußgängerverkehr auch nachläßt. Man hat auch genug Chancen, durch Fensterläden etc. für Regulierung zu sorgen. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt war die WLAN-Geschwindigkeit, ansonsten alles gut.

For example they stored luggage for us. Tom was brilliant. It was a little noisy in the evenings (but that couldn't be helped as it was people outside on the streets being roudy). It just meant that you couldn't open the window at night.

The apartment is located right in the central of Verona on one of the busiest streets but the soundproofing for the windows is so good you would have no idea how busy it is outside. The apartment is in a beautiful old building with a lovely square, we had a large balcony overlooking the square. The apartment was modern, large and well furnished with a nice living room, well-stocked kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Would recommend!

The staff were amazing, we were able to message any questions or advice & they responded very quickly Many flights of stairs but apartment was located in the original part of the building, which was beautiful

- Lisa (10/5): Luxurious sleep in the heart of Verona. - Delightfully comfortable and peaceful. Superb mattresses, bedding and air con. Extremely helpful staff, who carried our luggage and organised a taxi to the airport. Thoughtful attention to detail, like good coffee and bottled water in fridge. Absolutely nothing. It was perfect!

- Guy (10/5): Beautiful apartment in the center of the old city - An amazing apartment, beautifully designed, in the center of the old city, closed to everything by walking. The apartment is big, great for a family of 5, with large rooms and two bathrooms.

- Tara (10/5): Amazing, loved Verona and our beautiful apartment. - Clean, centrally located, beautiful apartment with exceptional service and amenities. I would highly recommend and would stay here again when we return to the beautiful Verona. The stairs were challenging g with luggage however, our host carried our suite else’s up so we only needed to manage taking them down.
