• BOAZ (3/5): disappointment - Location The main problem is the unit entrance is to the toilet and the walk in shower. And the separation with the BD is just glass and curtains. No privacy, you can't bring people in. They also have sewerage problems, and one may not feel confident to use the toilet or the shower. The property is very dark. Not enough light. Big disappointment.

• Savannah (8/5): Will stay here again! - It was in a great location, surrounded by so many great places to eat! The only issue we had was the water drainage in the shower but I think that’s just a cleaning issue.

• Bart (5/5): Passable - The location is absolutely fantastic and the design inside the apartment is very nice. The entrance and hallway are very old and dirty. The biggest problem is the noise at night. It’s logical to expect some noise in the centre but the windows could have been much better selected to insulate for sound. Also the curtains don’t keep out the enormous amount of light outside at night specially from the coloured lights from the building across. Better insulation and better shutters would make this apartment great, now we didn’t get much sleep I’m afraid.

• Vincent (7/5): Affordable and accessible, I would not call it a “suite” - Affordable and centrally located! The host was helpful and responsive. As other comments stated, the location is very loud and the room is light, but that is expected for a city. The shower also had draining issues, and would overflow within a few minutes of use.

If you need to go anywhere further the Metro station is a 5-10 minute walk. Our host was very helpful upon asking for information, and cleaning lady very polite and eager to help us in any way she could. Definitely will visit again upon my travel to Athens. • Yixin (4/5): Disappointing - The location is good, very convenient to the supermarket and center of the town. Very loudly every single night from the street, noise from the upperstair and next the room. The water is not hot enough for 2 people taking shower.
• Yu (10/5): I enjoyed the stay and host was very responsive and helpful throughout my trip. Great location. - I love that the location was right in the middle of Athens City and very easy to find. Place is small and cosy. Perfect for singles or couples. May not be suitable for family as the toilet and bath area is kind of "open concept". Also i accidentally activated the manual door lock as I was travelling alone and I always use the hotel lock when I travel alone. The manual lock caused the door to be stuck and there was nothing I can do about it until my colleague tried to unlatch it manually from the outside. So please do not use manual lock if you are staying in the room. The door is using a digital code so that should suffice.
• Mark (8/5): The apartment was clean, very central, easy to access, compact and cosy. Highly recommended by us! - A nice, clean central city location with easy first floor apartment access (via lift) from the main street level. Our stay was made easier given good good communications from the property host. The apartment was cleaned as part of our stay every two days we we were in it. It would be nice for the apartment to have its own electric water kettle. While there was a coffee machine provided us Brits do like our cups of tea. The water drainage rate from the shower basin was very slow and far less than the maximum shower water delivery rates. The drain pipes from the shower possibly need cleaning to improve this and to prevent unwanted flooding of the toilet area of the apartment.

Room was as pictured on website and equipped with all the basics. Responsive host. Room was a bit sparse, could use extra towels, pillows, bedside lamps, etc. Street noise was a big factor so bring earplugs for sleeping. Shower drained very slowly. Entrance and hallway could use updating along with digital access to property and room.

• José (10/5): A trip to know Greece and its culture - Athens Center Boutique Suites 30 Petraki – 1st floor – Plaka - Athens In June 2023, we stayed for a week at the Athens Center Boutique Suites. The apartment belongs to Mr. Lou, who is an extremely polite and helpful person. The location of the apartment is fantastic, right in the middle of the Plaka neighborhood, between its two main squares – Sintagma and Monastiraki. In the apartment region there are innumerous options of restaurants for all tastes - Greek, Italian and international, as well as a number very interesting bars. Next to the apartment, there are also sensational Greek restaurants, with music and dance and the Acropolis Museum. The Boutique Suites is excellent for two people. The bedroom and bathroom are large enough to accommodate two people with all their luggage. Air conditioning is perfect, especially on very hot days. Finally, we must mention the host – Mr. Lou. He is a fantastic person – very polite and helpful. During our stay, he suggested many points of interest and restaurants. We highly recommend Athens Boutique Suites as a prime location for a stay in Athens.
• Kirsty (10/5): Sleek modern apartment in great location - Beautiful modern renovation, looks exactly like the pictures. Location was awesome to walk to the sights, or jump on Metro (Syntagma and Monastiraki both very close). Giannis was very helpful when I got myself in a pickle - he came right over despite it being after 9:30pm. Needed to sleep with an eye mask on, as the buildings all around are lit up with neon late into the night. I found the cafe chatter noises soothing, but if you're sensitive to sound you may also want to pack ear plugs. Don't be put off by the shared lobby/staircase, I didn't have any issues with neighbours. The lift is tiny - 1 human, 1 suitcase but surprisingly quick!
• Charity (10/5): Clean and comfortable rooms with modern bathrooms - Cosy, clean rooms with modern bathrooms, large shower and extremely comfortable beds. Air conditioning worked well keeping us nice and cool. Communication was excellent and very easy to check in with simple instructions. The location is amazing! Close to all the attractions, restaurants, cafes and flea market. Highly recommended! Nothing to dislike.

• Anthony (9/5): Modern, clean and spacious with location, location, location! - I believe we were the first guests in this spacious and modern apartment. The location is perfect, close to Syntagma, the Plaka and Monastariki and shopping precinct. Because of its location there is some street noise and bright lights at night. Take ear plugs if that worries you and the owner, who is very responsive, has said he will address the light issue.
