• Hened (10/5): Parfait - Big apartment, very good location in front of Forum Madeira, near to the sea and to a continente (market with everything), when I called regarding parking for the car and the exact address, my problem was quickly resolved.

• Piotr (10/5): Fajne miejsce na bazę na Maderze - Bardzo dobre wyposażenie mieszkania, jest pralka i kapsułki, więc można sobie uprać rzeczy w trakcie wyjazdu. Lokalizacja ekstra, parking podziemny też na duży plus. Ogólnie mieszkanie widać że nie jest pierwszej świeżości, ale nie można się do niczego doczepić. Bardzo fajne miejsce. Brak zasłon lub zbyt małe zasłony w oknach przez co trochę wieczorami brakowało prywatności.

• Alessia (10/5): If you want to stay at a great location with great parking and air conditioning. Plus has a kitchen. 100% would recommen - Everything. The area, the amenities, the cleanliness. It was a 10/10 stay. Only thing that might be worth gettting a new one is the shower divider, there a thin opening so water gets on the door we used the towels to create a wall so it doesn’t get everywhere.
• Robert (8/5): Very good - spacious apartment with very quick access to public transport, transit road, grocery stores both chain and local bakeries, bars, etc. A bit annoying night traffic nearby. we closed the window in the bedroom at night but we usually live in a quiet place. An excellent convenience is a place in the underground garage

• Tímea (10/5): Exceptional - Really nice neighborhood, supermarket is very close. We discovered the island with a rental car and the place was a great starting point for that. Private parking is a huge plus!
• Kamil (8/5): Very good - Friendly staff. Good location. Little in the way of furniture in the lounge room, so it was not the best place to relax. Another sofa or lounge would have made it more comfortable. The hot water system ran out of hot water fairly quickly, after longer showers.

• Ana_cat (8/5): Good location with private parking - The apartment is located right next to Fórum Madeira, which is great for grocery shopping. There is also a private marked parking space which was one of the main reason for booking so we didn't have to worry about our rental car at night. The Doca do Cavacas natural pools are just 10 minutes walking distance, a must-do! The apartment has a fully equiped kitchen, large bedroom with wardrobe and mirror, a large living room and a bathroom with tub. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice, and offered to give us any advice about Madeira that we needed. Given the prices in Madeira, it was a good deal for it's location! The only negative thing to point out is that there is no AC in the room, only a fan, which made the nights very hot, given Madeira's climate. We visited in late September and it was still pretty hot, summer like.
• Sousa (6/5): Small apartment, excellent location - The location was excellent. Small apartment with the essentials for our stay. The bedroom is near the road so we can clearly hear the outside noise. There were a couple of things that needed replacing such as the bathroom door handle.
• Natal (10/5): Madeira - The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. A big positive of this accommodation is the parking in the underground garage. The location is great because opposite the apartment there is a shopping center with a supermarket and there are many restaurants nearby. So we can definitely recommend it!
• Linda (7/5): Good place to stay - The apartment was very spacious, clean and close to shops, cafes, restaurants and bus stops to get into the centre of Funchal. Large supermarket Pingo Doce within the shopping mall Forum just across the road. The staff were great, whatever we need, we texted them and the extra items were sent round within a few hours ie extra pillows, cleaning products. On the first night we could not get the TV and cable box to work and Heliodoro came out that evening to sort it out for us! We were kept waiting for over an hour and a half to be checked in, with nowhere to sit to wait. There appears to be only one person checking everyone in and with properties spread around the area, there was long waiting times, especially for us! The ants! They are a problem in Madeira but any little crumb of food and there is a swarm of them! They were also in the other rooms but not as many. We had to ask for a spray to deter them, we feel that should have been in the apartment. The insulation was not very good with road noise quite loud. Also could do with thicker curtains in the living room as in the evening, with the lights on, even low light, diners in the restaurant across the road and people walking across the road could look into the apartment.
• Artem (8/5): Nice apartment outside of Funchal with a good bus connection. - Clean, kitchen well equipped. Close to Pingo Doce. Close to bus stop from which there's lots of buses going to Funchal center. Also close to Aerobus stop, from where it's easy to reach the airport by bus. Free public parking spots in 800m. No sugar, no salt in the kitchen. Poor noise isolation. One night I was woken up by a noisy neighbour at 2:30am. Also noises from the street are well audible, although the street is quiet most of the time. Host was a bit late to check me in. Make sure you agree the meeting time in advance by phone with him. Advice: get coins to pay parking on Madeira and cash to buy bus tickets. Parking apps don't work in Madeira.
