• Sara (10/5): Good location, clean facility and kind staff!! - I really liked the location of the facility, it’s near everything, MRT, Sky Train, 7-11. There’s an ATM right outside so really convenient. The staff was always really kind, welcoming and ready to help whenever we needed. It’s not something I “didn’t like”, but the only thing I would’ve preferred is if they could’ve left more toilet paper, we had to ask for it a few times (we stayed 3 weeks) and since we didn’t wanna bother them too many times we bought some. But it wasn’t much of a problem, just an observation.
• Ralph (8/5): I'll stay again in Furama next in Bengkok. It's not perfect but it's close. - I've stayed at Furama XClusive Asok at least 15 times over the years. It's location is superb. Right off the Sukhumvit line and close to the Asok station and Terminal 21. Can't ask for a more accessible location. I like the workout area on the roof of the hotel. Decent treadmill and cycle machine with a set of weights and equipment. Convenient in that there is a superb massage business 2 doors down (good quality massage) and 7-11 to get water. This time, for some reason, I had problems getting on the internet. It just wouldn't connect on my computer and this was never remedied. I ended messaging from the internet cafe down the road towards the Sukhumvit station. So that wasn't a big deal. Separately, the breakfast buffet has lost some of its magic. No sushi or cheese in the buffet anymore. Sad. But the salad was tasty.

Staff where very friendly and went out of there way to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I consider this hotel my first choice when staying in Bangkok. Sometimes the traffic on the road can be heard depending on the room facing and floor level.

• Daniel (5/5): Great location, but recommended for short stays only - Literally the best thing about this hotel is the location. Very close to the Asoke BTS / MRT station and Terminal 21. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Khun Ball, Nan. I was very disappointed with my stay. Let's start with my arrival: I was given a room card to an already used room, guests did not check out yet and I could enter their room. I was then given a new room card, entering another room that ALSO had guests at that moment, which was a bad experience for both sides. Luckily on 3rd attempt I could finally settle in my room, at least I was given an upgrade. The condition of the room was unacceptable (e.g. broken lightbulb, clogged bathtub drain), but at least the A/C was pretty good. Breakfast was weak: options were so so, and when you come in the last hour before end of breakfast, there is almost nothing left over and they don't refill at that point in time. All in all, value for money was not good. 1-2 days staying is fine, but not longer.

This hotel took care n kept of my luggage, for free which I left at the hotel during my visit to Pattaya. The hotel is very close to BTS n Terminsl 21 Nothing to complaint for this hotel.

Good number of food and convenience stores .Also next siam society building.. the staff was helpful to assist me to go to pattaya. Noisy traffic in front of the hotel. My balcony view blocked by another apartment. The swimming pool is so small , looks like a bathtub and ,the roof top is closed early.

• Tammy C. (8/5): Great location and staff was exceptional. - Loved the location, so central to BTS, Terminal 21 and WS1 Market. That made it easy to get around and find great food! The staff at the hotel was very professional, helpful and nice - that made our stay more enjoyable. This isn't really a dislike because it quickly turned into a positive. We were upgraded to a bigger room that had a king size bed and a cot (we had requested 2 eds) however, that did not work very well for us (the cot was short and not very comfortable) and the staff was very quick to reassign us to another room with two beds.

• Bruce (8/5): Good location... nice room... definitely eat elsewhere. - Restaurant food quality was terrible. Ordered the shrimp cakes things.... uggh definitely not shrimp. Shrimp flavored battered something. Ordered the fried chicken plate. What a joke. Very small pieces of chicken (bite size to a rodent small) fried beyond recognition. A dog would not have eaten them. When said something to server, she just looked lost and confused. Tried the breakfast buffet the next morning, why I don't know. Same quality... same disappointment.

• Monika (10/5): Perfect Base for Exploring (and Indulging in) Bangkok - A bed so big and comfy you might briefly consider cancelling your sightseeing plans. After a day in the Bangkok heat, it’s exactly what you’ll need. There’s also a fridge — which in this climate isn’t a luxury, it’s survival. Perfect for ice-cold drinks… or storing that ridiculously good Asian mango (assuming it makes it past the first five minutes). Location-wise, it’s a winner. A mile from airport train. You’re close to both the BTS Skytrain and MRT, so ticking off Bangkok’s must-see sights is easy. Want a little chaos with your culture? Simply cross the road and you’re at Soi Cowboy — enter at your own discretion. Shopping is dangerously convenient too — ideal if you “accidentally” packed light and need to fill an empty suitcase. Food won’t be an issue either. Feeling lazy? There’s a comfy restaurant downstairs with a discount for hotel guests (we love a bargain). Feeling adventurous? Terminal 21 and the Korean night market are both within easy walking distance. Comfort, convenience, mango storage. What more could you want? Especially, for that price, which is not bad either. N/A

The front desk staff Lina and Mook were great, very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was a tad bit dinghy but overall acceptable. I think the hotel only cleans your room once every 3 days.

• Bernd (9/5): Bin begeistert - Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis überzeugt mich und ist meiner Ansicht nach unschlagbar. Das Personal sowohl am Empfang als auch in den übrigen Bereichen ist wirklich nett und zuvorkommend. Mein besonderer Dank geht an AMP, die für die Sauberkeit meines Zimmers zuständig war. Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig (ein paar eigene Bügel mitbringen kann nicht schaden). Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut. Für mich ist die Lage des Hotels einfach fantastisch: MRT und BTS sowie das Einkaufszentrum Terminal21 (u.a. mit vielen Restaurants aller Geschmacksrichtungen) sind allesamt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Habe deshalb dort schon zum wiederholten Mal übernachtet. Und: mein nächster Aufenthalt dort ist bereits schon wieder gebucht! Das sagt dann ja wohl alles was meine Zufriedenheit betrifft! Das Frühstück endet um 10 Uhr. Für Menschen, die Bangkok erkunden wollen, kein Problem. Später starten würde ja wertvolle Zeit rauben, und in Bangkok gibt es ja soviel zu sehen! Für Menschen, die Nachtschwärmer sind (immerhin befinden wir uns in der Nähe bekannter Unterhaltungszentren) empfehle ich zu überlegen, bei der Buchung aufs Frühstücksbuffet zu verzichten.
